Police say after the attack, the suspect and two other people drove off in a gray sedan. San jose police say around 11 30 two men were shot near mckinley elementary school. Both men were rushed to the hospital where one died. Officers did arrest a man who is responsible they believe. Then about an hour later, they responded to a shooting on madeira avenue. A man was shot and killed near a halloween party. No word on arrest or suspect description. And also overnight, a stabbing downtown near west san salvador street.
