The program is locked up in the state Supreme Court on two challenges. One is in opposition of the other says the Program Allows public money to go toward religious education. A violation of the state constitution. The state treasurer. In charge of administering the program. Says the program is legal because the state pays the parents. Who then get to choose what to do with the money.
