Bart Officials Say the woman was acting erratically on the concourse level at the station. New video of a three alarm house fire in the panhandle neighborhood. We learned a dog went missing during the fire but the dog has been found safe. Fire started around 8 00 last night at fulton and baker. When firefighters arrived, they saw flames shoot you out the garage and first floor. It quickly escalated to a third alarm. A dozen bus stops have been taken out of service, part of a plan to ease traffic flow on the busy thoroughfare. Lilian kim has more. Muni riders showed up at their usual stops only to discover that the buses were driving right past them. Much to their surprise changes have gun on Mission Street. A busy corridor where people ride on this 2 1 2 mile stretch 55,000 times a day. Its always better to have more stops than fewer stops . I guess i need to adjust my routine and go down one street so maybe its not the worst thing in the world. Flyers are posted on muni stops and being handed to putt along Mission Street. In all 12 stops have been taken out of service. Seven going toward downtown, 5 toward daly city. Some people are upset, the older people, they are upset. But what can i do . Its all part of a plan to ease traffic flow on Mission Street and to make the muni ride faster but some are worried about safety. Especially if you are walking alone at night.
