And again, its gone from just about 800 acres to now well over 2500 acres and spreading because of change in the wind. Were told that the cal fire napa county and solano county, crews are fighting the fire. And watch it this afternoon just got bigger and bigger now, at 2500 acres deputies going door to door, using bull horns now to evacuate residents. Police in san jose are looking for a second suspect tonight in connection with a Home Invasion robbery of an elderly couple. An 85yearold woman was sexual assaulted and police say the two teenaged criminals stole the couples suv, and ended up crashing into a house on sutter and singleton road. Theyre looking for the second suspect described as a male hispanic between 1825 years old he may be younger. Police told he has a deep cut on his body, caused by that car accident. This suv crashed on single ton lane. People being chased for failing to stop the passenger is a 15yearold boy, arrested but not the driver. This woman saw it all. I thought i was going to get shot. About 15 minutes later, it was discovered we had a Home Invasion. Suspects had stolen the suv from the owners of the house belonging to an elderly couple. Two suspects entered armed with weapons theyre forced to the back of the house. At some point, 85yearold female was sexual assaulted. Police confirmed they found a graffiti tag on the back of the house. But would not confirm if it was part of a gang initiation. A neighbor behind them told us she found two spray paint canisters in the backyard, supposedly tossed over the fence by the suspects. Police took the canisters as evidence. And the father of oscar grant lost his claim today for compensation in the death of his son. The jury found two did not have a deep connection.
