Police had claimed he was out of control, and nearly beat officer Daniel Kunkel to death before kunkel finally shot and killed him. A High School Student has fired a federal lawsuit. The suit alleges the district and two School Guards used Excessive Force and violated rodriguezs civil rights. So close, a petition drive fell five signatures short aimed at how the city deals with tourism. Supporters help local businesses, but they also complain of news from large tour buss. Petition organizers say they will double check to see if morinne county officials counted the signatures property. Only 478 were verified. The official process to keep the raiders in oakland gets underway on monday.
