Some family members were able to get back into the boat but they lost site of those teenagers. A new development in the death of a High School Student, marin county sheriffs deputies and San Rafael Police have executed a search warrant in connection with that shooting and stabbing near the my school wednesday. Authorities are still searching for a third suspect. The victim has been identified as 17yearold Edwin Ramirez guerra from san rafael. Two suspects, ages 16 and 17 who both attended Novato High School were arrested on thursday. Another student who was shot and stabbed survived that attack. Deputies in saratoga have arrested the driver they say hit a woman and hurt her two dogs so badly they had to be euthanized. Christopher isles is in custody, facing felony hitandrun charges. Bryce dejeanjones was fatally shot after breaking down the door of a dallas apartment early yesterday morning. Police say jones went to look for his girlfriend around 3 00 in the morning but ended up at the wrong apartment, kicking in the door. The man inside woke up and called out to him but after get nothing Response Police say the man fired his gun. Jones collapsed and died later at the hospital. He was 23 years old. A fouryearold boy came face to face with a 400pound gorilla after falling into his enclosure at the cincinnati zoo yesterday afternoon. Security guards killed this male gorilla, saying tranquilizing him would be too risky for the little boy. Zoo Officials Say the child crawled through a barrier and then fell 10 to 12 feet into the or go gorilla moat. He was picked up and carried around by the gorilla for about ten minutes. A cincinnati zoo employee shot the animal when the child was in between his legs. Zoo employees then unlocked the gate. Two firefighters quickly retrieved the little boy. Sad day all the way around. The right choice was made, it was a difficult choice. We have protocols and procedures, we do drills with our dangerous animal response team. That little boy is expected to survive. He was taken to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. A man in Washington State is talking about how he survived falling down two waterfalls. Josh ryker 70 feet after slibing on a rock in Olympia National park. As he was falling he hit a rock, shattering his feet. After the fall he managed to swim to the side of the river. It took nine and a half hours for rescuers to get to him. The hiker just got out of the hospital. He has casts on both of his legs. When asked what he was thinking during that fall, he says, hey, its just a miracle he did not die. I guess thats the closest thing to a thought i could be thinking at this point is you better just live. I hear you. Richert says he knew he was stuck on the rock and needed rescuing.
