New details about the sexually violent predator known as the pillowcase rapist who terrorized the bay area in the 1907 he will live in the community of womb dale after being released from state custody. The teacher has a huge role in this but its a different role than standing up and giving all the information to the students. Its really engaging the learner in taking their own responsibility for their learning. We are trying to figure out if the snail can get out of the maze. Kids are messing around with stuff, trying to figure out whats going on with it and once their curiosity is activated then they want to learn more. But a number of studies say most Elementary Schools offer little science and kids with lesseninglish schools get less. Its been a nice stretch of the cool and wet weather. Weve needed it. Anywhere from about 40 to 50 of normal. So still, yeah, not what we want to hear, but this morning starting out with the gray sky. Halfmile, quarter mile visibility santa rosa. At the coast it is a little bit better. And temperatures are cool, 8 degrees cooler in the north bay with two to three degrees cooler from livermore to Mountain View this morning, as well as oakland. Sutro camera, our forecast highlights then partly cloudy skies with the patchy fog. We will look for a sunny and warmer part of the weekend. That heads our way tomorrow. The flow turns offshore.
