The bridge will open when the fix is in place. That fix will not northbound place until december. So based upon completion of the fix as well as weather conditions a new date will be selected. If there is good news its that the other 2200 bolts seem to be holding up well. Any repair of those can be completed after the new bridge is open to traffic.
