Really around the east bay 580, livermore, pleasanton, there are moderate pockets that have just developed. As you look around a pleasanton and foothill road and then really around the north bay very widely scattered and very light around clear lake and santa rosa. When you look at the last six hours of rain, not a whole lot. 27 where our radar is. 19 fran and san Jose Livermore and concord. 02. Here is what is interesting. San jose, wettest decembers. 1955, more than nine inches of rain. That was the wettest december on record. We are now in second place for san jose with just over seven and a half inches of rain. When you look at San Francisco, the wettest decembers, well, we have had some pretty wet decembers here in San Francisco. More than 15 inches in 1866. We are now in 11th place with over 10 inches of rain. Storm number three is coming in, and it will be here faster than you think. They think weak roots and saturated soil are to blame. All of this rain is helping replenish the reservoirs in northern california, but more rain is needed. Here is where we stand. As we look at live doppler 7hd, what is left of the disturbance is in the form of showers. A few showers are around the region. Let me take you to the east bay where we have seen some light returns. It is right around a hayward and out toward livermore. As you look from the Peninsula Area down toward foster city and the san mateo bridge, you will notice a few showers moving across the bay there. Season to date, all this rain is making an impact. San joses 254 percent of average, 269 from moffett field. San francisco is 230 and Oakland Airport is almost 200. Just over that at livermore as you notice, santa rosa is well above average. Ion ukiah and sacramento are above the norm. We need several more years of rain to completely erase the drought.
