There was a very thered store clerk who saw it all happen. I was staring out the door. I didnt know what to do. I was freaked out. I didnt know what to do after that. She said she stood at the counter and watched it happen in the parking lot of the target Shopping Center in richmond. She says she saw two men yelling at some others in a silver car. All i heard was basically, no, not you. The guy in the back. They were yelling back and forth. Then i basically heard two gunshots. She says both men fell on the ground and the victims quickly got up and drove off in their own car. Two victims uh arrived at a local hospital and suffered from gunshot wounds. Police say a teenager was in Critical Condition and a 23yearold man was in serious condition. We rarely ever have any kind of Serious Problems here. In fact, this is the first serious crime i can recall in the existence of this Shopping Center. Two slugs were found at the scene including one lodged in a customers car. Police say the shooting was at close range and most of the evidence markers signified drops of blood at the scene.
