New this morning, the Lake County Sheriffs Office believes they have located the remains of a fourth fire victim near cobb. 66yearold Robert Fletcher was reported missing by his family on september 16th. While a positive identification has not been made, the Sheriffs Office believes the remains found belong to fletcher. He was one of two people still missing after their homes were destroyed. Robert litchnors family and friends have not heard from him. There will be a press conference in middletown to talk about the next step in recovery. Residents will have a chance to ask questions at a Public Meeting tomorrow night at Middletown High School at 6 00. The fire is now 80 contained with just over 76,000 acres burned. New this morning, a San Francisco firefighter is facing possible disciplinary charged for allegedly drinking on the job. The chronicle reports the firefighter missed an alarm call while on duty at a grocery fire house. According to the report, his bloodalcohol level was found to be more than four times the limit for onduty firefighters. Hes reportedly a 46yearold firefighter at station 21 who was ordered to work a shift in august after completing his regular assignment. Well, he said he had a medical appointment to attend but was denied and thats when it is believed he got drunk. An investigation is under way this morning into what appears to be two Home Invasion robberies in as many days in the north bay. The more recent happened at a home in sausalito on Central Avenue last night. You can see the heavy police presence. Several officers including a k9 unit responded to the 911 call. Its not clear if anyone was inside at the time. Monday night Police Responded to a similar incident in tiburon. A masked gunman made his way into a home on reed ranch road, locked a woman in a closet and made off with jewelry. She was not hurt. New information involving the theft of Social Security numbers and other in was affecting nearly 22 million federal employees. First the government thought a million of those employees had their fingerprint data stolen. Now the investigation has revealed that fingerprint theft soared to more than 5. 5 million victims. Federal experts believe the ability to misuse fingerprint data is limited right now, but they say that could change over time. The safety of federally funded School Lunches is being challenged in a new sanford study. It finds those meals may contain unsafe levels of toxic chemical called vicenol or bpa.
