The days victims were carried through crowds of weeping mourners who chanted heroes. Lots of emotion, lots of tears here in this crowd as the protestors stop for a moment of silence to remember those who were killed today. But tonight, despite the bloodshed, galvanizing symbols. And a ukrainian skier in sochi saying she would not compete as her people die. Diane, word late tonight, that the white house is readying a package of sanctions, in response to this violence. Those sanctions will target specific individuals the white house believes are responsible. Those sanctions could be in place as early as tonight. Diane. And now, next, we turn to latebreaking news on the terror warning we reported last night, about explosives possibly concealed in shoes and cosmetics on airplanes. Homeland, was behind yesterdays new warning about shoe bombs. Targeting commercial planes. We also learned tonight that the u. S. Government has discovered a secret plan by the terror group to recruit americans and europeans to go to syria to get terrorist training and then return to attack the west. Officials are deeply concerned, because al qaeda in yemen has been committed to attacking the u. S. Homeland. It is the group behind two underwear bomb plots. Targeting commercial airliners and a plan to blow up cargo planes over u. S. Cities. Foreign fighters, from some 50 countries gravitated to syria. Reporter in response to the recruitment campaign, the u. S. Government and european counterparts are developing a plan to track the recruits and block potential plots. So, who . Primarily women and those 70 and older, who are more likely to suffer from insomnia. In fact, women suffer from sleeplessness twice as often as men and menopause is often cited as the reason. But with this increased usage, comes concern of the possibility of misuse and side effects. For women, it can be an issue because they might be taking too much of a prescribed dose. For elderly, it can be an issue because they tend to be more sensitive to medication.
