The first is the Jameis Winston part and its an interesting case because when you think about it, the standard of proof is much lower than you would have in a criminal case. Criminal case is beyond a recent reasonable doubt. Here lets say she says he sexually battered me or falsely imprisoned me. If thats the case the standard of proof, its got to be more likely than not true. Its easier to prove in a civil event. Easier to prove in a civil venue. The issue will be she may have to identify herself and testify under oath but its something that they can do to prosecutors found a lot of holes in her story. Yes, thats true and thats why i think its unlikely that youll see a criminal charge come from any of this. You think about it like this, the state attorney looked at this case and saw holes in the case and didnt believe he could prove the elements of the crime alleged. So if they cant do that in good faith, they cant bring a case and their hands are tied. I dont think youll see any more things in the criminal venue. But civil is a possibility. Trying to put real pressure on the police department. Right, right, and thats going to be key because thats a tough one. You go the to prove a civil rights claim so essentially shes saying you made the case more about me than about him and you didnt listen to my accusations. You didnt because he was a football player, youve got to prove a pattern of conduct so that its not only happened to her but happened to other people and therefore you should be liable. How about winston . Does he have any Legal Options . He has Legal Options but i dont know if hell take them. Here is why. He could say she defamed me. She and her family were driving in this Gray Toyota Corolla when they got two flat tires after it was lifted on to a tow truck they were approached by robbers. Terrified they locked themselves inside the car. Thats when police say the assail ants fired six shots killing them and injuring their 5yearold daughter. One of daves yogurt rules, go for the greek. It has more protein and less sugar. We compared dannon greek light fit peach, a nonfat yogurt sweetened with a no calorie sweetener to dannons fruit on the bottom. The difference here is seven grams of sugar. Seven grams of sugar to 26 grams of sugar. You make one smart swap like this, and youre saving 100 calories a day over the course of a year, thats 10 1 2 pounds. Reporter next up, cereal. A good rule of thumb says dave look for six to eight grams of sugar per serving. Here weve got kelloggs allbran. Kelloggs smart start here. Food quiz. What do you think . And its also confusing, dave, the amount of calories that we need. Enlighten us. Yeah, i mean, the fact is if you make these very small changes, huge differences, the way we eat here, and there are all kinds of meal plans in the book, if youre eating between 1400 or 1500 calories a day and you get to go to your favorite restaurants and you get to eat your favorite packaged foods you could be losing for men up to 50 pounds by summer and women over 12. By the summer . By summer. Not the whole year. Just by the summer. Right, by the summer. And this is a sample of what we can eat. Right. For 1500 calories a day, all this food. Exactly. See, what you want to do is start with some protein and fiber. Here youve got multigrain cheerios with some skim milk, calcium is a magical weight loss mineral. So youre under 150 calories. Youve got almost your days worth of vitamins and minerals. Multigrain cheerios, these are like little lifesavers for the arteries. A snack. A midmorning snack. Kashi oatmeal dark chocolate cookies. In a snack if you can find a twotoone sugar to fiber ratio you are in good shape, and in this case, eight grams of sugar, four grams of fiber. Two cookies, eight grams of finer. Pizza, come on. Cheese pizza. You have two slices under 300 calories. Its like ten cheese pizza, and get some all natural ginger ale. Oh, these another snack, a kind bar, 200 calories, fruit, nuts, fiber. If it were any kinder it would jump out of the package. Ba dum dum. And for dinner. And for dinner, we have so many recipes in the book. This is the trouble skirting skirt steak. If you have trouble fitting in a skirt, have this. 300 calories, great mint tea and you can even have a sundae at mcdonalds afterwards. Get out. Everything is 1500 calories. Even the sundae . Even the sundae. So youre trying to show us how to incorporate weve got to keep it real and thats a way. No deprivation. Get to eat all your favorite foods. Im telling you what, this looks good.
