It looks like a pretty nice day and a warm front develops. That will lift to the north an additional showers will develop. It looks like late tomorrow night and into the Early Morning hours on thursday. Some of the storms could be strong and putting down rain. Our present model shows from an inch to oelwein down to washington. These areas may not see that much rain but the potential is there with some of those stronger storms.
