It would require the development of a plan to ensure that someone calling the Veterans Crisis line or the backup call center gets an answer in a timely manner. Brandon ellingson died while in the custody of the Missouri State Patrol Trooper Anthony Piercy was arresting ellingson on suspicion of boating while intoxicated on the lake of the ozarks in missouri. Ellingson is fell into the water while wearing handcuffs and an improperly secured life vest. Piercy is charged with Involuntary Manslaughter in his death. The man accused of killing two Des Moines Area Police officers praised one of their departments just days before the shootings. Cedar county now has a larger today, the cedar county Law Enforcement center opened its new solar array. And the sheriff says this array will be Strong Enough to power the entire center. Jordee now all of these solar panels are finally in use starting today. And all of the energy thats created here will be used to power the Cedar County Jail and Law Enforcement center. This is a 212 kilowatt solar panel. Theres even extra panels across the top of the jail to help contain heat in the winter or cool air in summer. Now the cedar county sheriff originally came up with the idea for these panels. Solar energy and saw the potential for it because of the space around the jail. And Eagle Point Solar says solar array here is a commonly used model. The company also says its a clean source of energy. 46 57, over the life of the project its going to be equivalent of about 18 million miles driven by miles an automobile. And the equivalent of planting about 20,000 trees, thats a reduction in the carbon footprint. And i believe about 15 Million Pounds of coal burned.
