Oil spilled into a ditch near highway 7 and riverdale road in brighton. Not clear how much of it spilled onto the road. The crash happened before the the man who confessed to the mass shooting at the planned parenthood in colorado springs. 58yearold robert dear is still not competent to stand trial. He will get more treatment at the state prisons Mental Health facility. Authorities will monitor dear for the next 90 days. Then, the court will again determine if he can go to trial. That shooting was a year ago this month.
