After confronting a suspect someone fired at at him, an officerser was spired in the foot and is expected to be okay. Of carson city, nevada, and force hundreds out of people out of their homes. More than 1900 acres have burned. Nevadas governor declared a state of emergency as hundreds of firefighters battle the flames. No serious injuries have been reported but four firefighters have been treated for smoke inhalation. And a man is in custody this womans apartment in aurora. Rain coming from the Pacific Northwest, but colorado seeing high clouds and a lot of wind starting today and in particular as we roll into tomorrow and your day on monday. Many people in Commerce City have worried about their health after a plume of smoke billowed from a refinery there. The plant was shut down and People Living nearby were told to stay indoors.
