It starts in aurora Tuesday Morning where police say shooting at an apartment complex on del mar circle. One man was shot and killed and police got word the shooting suspect left a home in northwest denver on east 46th avenue. Officers found the suspects confronting police that were there on scene and shooting at each other. One Aurora Police officer was shot. He has scene. We talked to folks in the area who are worried about the shooting suspects family. It hit me hard. Its sad. Hes a great father. I cant imagine how his kids would feel especially his older son. Police are not releasing names of the officer injured or anyone that was shot in this case. But again, were hoping to learn more from dpd later today.
