A texas judge says she initially wanted an autopsy conducted on justice scalia, but changed her mind after speaking to his doctor. As dr. Confirmed a history of heart trouble and other illnesses. The judge says the medical history and no sign of foul play meant the justice likely died of natural causes, and no autopsy would be necessary.
