Dennis good morning says the nations fell short of a record, but a good farmers harvested 13 pointsix billion bushels of corn, which ended up being about four percent lower than the record Crop Production. Average yield per acre was listed at 168. 4 bushels to the 2014 estimate of 171 bushels per acre. As for the Soybean Production, farmers did set a new production record at just slightly under four billion bushels. The actual production for 2015 was at 3 point93 billion bushels. That number was slightly lower than the Usdas November estimate, but up from the estimates from a year ago. Farmers were able to have an average yield of 48 bushels per acre which ended up being a half a bushel better than the 2014 yield.
