Evidence to justify finding the suspect they calls faycal c. The man in the surveillance tape. Theyre back to the beginning of that. Meanwhile, three more people are being held on terror charges. Among them, police arresting a man believed to be connected in a separate plot that was set to attack paris. Mike tobin is live in brussels. Mike, whats the latest on this continuing and heated investigation . Reporter well, it is a setback. The largest cache investigators thought they had has been released. Protocol has to go before the judge and has to justify holding him. And that investigating judge determined there was not enough evidence to hold faycal c. Terrorist murder, attempted terrorist murder and activities in a terrorist organization and now hes free to go. There is now that investigators have released the cctv video. The third bomb did not go off. Local media reported that the third bomber was faycal c. We know thats not the case. Regardless, hes free to go. And the mysterious murderer is at large. And the setback comes at a sad time that the Health Department has said that the death toll from the deadly attacks has risen to 35. That is because four people succumbed to the injuries received in the blast. 96 people are hospitalized. 32 of them are in the burn unit. One person is flying back to the United States to be treated. Martha. All the ramifications from this bombing, its just awful. The more we learn about it the more we learn how brutal it really was. In terms of the investigation, mike, as it moves forward, what are the investigators finding out . Well, the investigators certainly have been busy. They hit 13 houses yesterday. Four people arrested. Three of them now charged with participation with the activities of a terrorist organization. There was a raid that was carried out yesterday in rotterdam. And that apparently is linked back to a raid last thursday in paris. The man picked up in paris was described by an interior minister as a high level operative. And as far as what was taken in the rotterdam raid yeele yielde phones and sim cards. They communicate through apps on smartphones. And you have this very complex web spread out over a number of countries and were also seeing a lot of connections between the brussels bombings and the paris attacks. Martha. The raids and arrests that mike was just describing over the weekend in belgium in paris, in the netherlands, add to the evidence that this network is bigger in europe than anyone originally thought. Authorities making more connections between them. As mike just said the brussels bombing and the paris attack. And even saying that they thwarted an upcoming attack believed to having arranged for paris. Its bring in general jack dean. You know, general, my mind goes back to the days after the paris attack in november when there was discussion that there were hundreds of people with european passports. And yet, there was a smaller number who had u. S. Passports that had gone back and forth to syria to train. But this beast is looking larger than anybody thought. Yeah, absolutely. Certainly, the intelligence and Security Forces in europe underestimated the size of this network. Police forces in belgium are absolutely overmatched. Theyve got 11 million people. 12,000 police over five jurisdictions. You think in new york city, 8 m million people, 30,000 police in terms of that, wider protection. 800 sympathizers to isis alone in the molenbeek neighborhood where abdeslam was captured. There on the terms of the scale of the problem is significant. Secondly, they dont coordinate very well in sharing intel grens one country to the another. And march that, the fundamental problem is European Countries and belgium has got to recognize that theyve have war against the united statnations. Thus, why would we be releasing somebody who has suspected terrorist activities even though we dont have the evidence to go to court. Thats criminal activity. That person should be detained based on the General Information that we have. Secondly, abdeslam who was captured for 24 hours in the hospital he was never questioned. And then on the second day, hes only questioned for two hours, because they found him to be tired as a result of his wounds. I mean, we should have been putting pressure on him. They held him for four days prior to this horrific attack that weve all so saddened by. And there was an opportunity, possibly, to prevent the attack, because, certainly, he knew all the players. Again, treating it as a criminal activity, gathering evidence to convict him of a crime, versus driving to get intelligence out of him. I mean, what youre describing is so unbelievable. What is it that they dont get . Because they have to know now that the next bomb is literally around the corner. That if they uncover these networks how many more are there in apartments around the area. Theyre just not serious about this. And yet, its a major problem that we have. Look at nato. Nato is a Major Organization itself. A major intelligence capability. Obviously Major Military capability. Nato is sitting on its hands, doesnt want to invoke article 5. Two countries, and yet nato has not responded in one way or another. They have hughe resources to apply here and they dont want to. Why is that . Theyre sitting on their hands, theyre not serious. It sounds that donald trump might be on to something in the foreign pose discussion that they had, and pointing to nato saying theyre simply not responding to the terrorist threat right in their jurisdiction. Yeah, it absolutely is. And certainly, the military cooperation that theyve had for years is a boiler plate with how to do things properly. Thats got to be married up with the Police Intelligence system and get after this thing. But mostly, martha, this is about the leaders coming forward and getting serious about whats taking place here. And uniting from an intelligence perspective. And also making up your mind youre going to so to the source. So weve got more than 70 people who were killed in Terrorists Attack a busy park in pakistan where families were playing together on easter sunday, general. 14 of those killed were identified as christians. 44 of them identified as muslims. Most of the victims women and small children. A splinter Taliban Group that has publicly said they now support isis has claimed responsibility on this. Your thoughts on this attack . Well the radical islamists have a strategic hand that theyre launching that transcends the traditional radical islamist groups. The main tenor of that campaign is to drive conditions and muslims and jews out to making it virtually inhabitable for them. That is taking place in the middle east. Its taking place in africa. Its taking place in south asia. And it is by all means a strategic campaign. The director of the United Nations said listen, radical islamism is morphing into a global problem. Its now a global jihad and it is worsening. And we sit here today with no strategy to cope with that. Political and religious leaders are not trying to undermine this ideology. Were not organizing ourselves to deal with it. And we certainly have no strategy. And this is going to continue. And obviously, they just dont make war on christians and jews. They make war on what they believe are nonbelievers, shias as well. They are serious. This is a spreading cancer that the world is facing and we have yet to organize ourselves to cope with it. And they seem very organized and focused in their goal which is, agency you say, to drive people out. And we want to do the same, drive the terrorists out of the area. General, always good to talk to you. Same here, martha. Lets go to the race to the white house for a moment. We are just a week away from the next battleground in the republican contest. Candidates gearing up for the wisconsin primary which comes next. Its got 42 delegates as a prize. And foxs blake berman joins us live in wisconsin today. Blake, governor kasich is changing around his game plan . Reporter yes, he is indeed, martha. Were southwest of minneapolis, minnesota. The governor is on stage behind us. Well keep our voices down just a bit. He is in the middle of a town hall here at river spill. The campaign announcing that theyre taking money out of resources in certain congressional districts and putting it in other districts. Youre right, 42 delegates are at play here. The way things are broken down, part are awarded by whoever wins the popular vote, the other by congressional district. For donald thump to continue his march to 1237, he needs 53 , 54 of delegates to win. The Kasich Campaign is trying t winning a couple of congressional districts here. Three delegates per congressional districts. So if they can pick up a few of the congressional districts they feel they can essentially stop trump in his tracks. At least here in wisconsin. Blake, thank you very much. Big news in georgia. Religious freedom fight today. Im going to tell you what the governor has decided to do about the religious freedom bill in that state. A lot of people watching that for you. Well tell what you the latest is. And a pilot arrested in front of a plane full of passengers, suspected of being drunk, as he was about to take that plane in the air. I mean, thought it was a prank. You just got to really kind of look at that. Uhhuh. Yes. Well, i found this new thing called Allstate Quickfoto claim. Its an app. You understand that . You just take photos of the damage with your phone and upload them to allstate. Really . So you get a quicker estimate, quicker payment, quicker back to normal. I just did it. But maybe you can find an app that will help you explain this to your father. Quickfoto claims. Just another way allstate is changing Car Insurance for good. Hello . n presents the yardleys. You do . Important, folks, many states have banned texting behind the wheel. Now a new jersey lawmaker wants to take it one step further. Making it illegal to text while walking. How many times have you tried to cross the street and people are bumping into you because theyre texting, right . Its been known to a rise in recent deaths. They could be fined up to 50 for texting and walking. Not just new jersey an even tougher bill in hawaii who have fined people 150 for crossing the street while use their electronic device. There are major battles now over the freedom bill. To deny services to those who they say violate their religious beliefs. The governor has Just Announced hell veto it. Jonathan serrie is here to boil it down for us. What does this mean . Hi, nathan diaz said the bill would be best addressed by what he described as the broad protections of the first amendment, and not some new state legislation. Take a listen. In light of our history, i find it somewhat ironic that some in the religious Community Today feel that it is necessary for governor to confer upon them certain rights. Reporter the government would have allowed faithbased institutes in the state to deny services and jobs to persons who violate religious beliefs. But opponents said the bill was a thinly veiled attempt to discriminate against georgias gay community. Martha. So whats the reaction so far to this . As you can imagine, martha, reaction to the governors announcement has been mixed. The whole issue put the governor in the cross hairs of two major government constituencies. On the one side, you have the business community, by and large, opposing this bill, fearing that any sense of discrimination would scare companies from setting up shop in the state and hurt georgias growing film industry. But social conservatives regards this bill as a top priority. Overwhelming support in the house and senate. And the governor is is counting on the people in georgia vetoing this legislation. So in some extreme cases you have some advocates on one side questioning the governors moral character if he were to veto this bill. And then other advocates on the other side threatening to take jobs out of state, if he were to sign the bill. Addressing both extremes, governor deal said, quote, i do not respond well to insults or threats. Martha. Very interesting. Jonathan, thank you very much. It happens sometimes, there is once again a situation coming from houston. The Fire Department telling us that window washers are stuck in an uptown business tower. They cant get down, folks. So, they apparently were up there and the power went out. And now theyre stuck. And so, the police and the Fire Department are keeping an eye on the situation. And theyre hoping the power will come back on. And then they can kind of get the Police Working and get these guys down. I dont know why they cant do it without power. We will see. So far, they seem to be relatively calm. And well check on them to make sure all ends well there. More window washers stranded. This time in houston, texas. So another unusual and rather serious travel delay. A copilot with major American Airlines arrested just before the plane was to take off. Who wants to drive with a drunk pilot, right . The latest on that coming up next. Tired of working for peanuts . Well what if i told you that peanuts can work for you . Thats right. Im talking full time delivery of 7 grams of protein and 6 essential nutrients. Ever see a peanut take a day off . I dont think so. Harness the hardworking power of the peanut. He is. Rrible at golf. The state department saying that it welcomes the removal of the Islamic State from the historic area of palmyra. In syria, the unbelievably historic area has been basically shred to ruins. That they dont know yet how this move on the part of the Syrian Military will impact the peace process. The assad regime troops, backed by russian air support, cleared much of the ancient city over the weekend. But isis had already destroyed huge parts of the city. Much of what youre looking at on the lefthand side does not exist anymore. Some experts shocked at the damaged artifacts in the citys museum. Isis also demolished two large temples that dated back nearly 2,000 years. But left several important archeological sites and ruins intact. They also beheaded the 80yearold archaeologist who ran that site several months ago. Fox alert now, Ted Cruz Making a stop at a restaurant. For seven years, weve had a president who goes on National Television and lectures americans on islamophobia. If i am elected president , we will utterly and completely destroy isis. Jihadists across the globe, theyre day of reckoning is coming. And ill tell you, theyre in wisconsin. People are hungry for economic growth. Weve been wages stagnant. My number one priority as president will be jobs and economic growth, bringing jobs back to america. Driving wages back up again so people can work an honest job and provide for their families and achieve the american dream. If im elected president , we will repeal every word of obamacare. We will pass a simple flat tax and abolish the irs. We will rein in the regulations and stop amnesty and secure the border. Ted cruz, familiar topics, isis, jobs, obamacare, on the campaign trail where the focus is in wisconsin. Hes at altoona at a family restaurant. No doubt making a lot of stops today. For now, lets get you this story. An American Airlines copilot arrested, accused of showing up for work drunk at around 7 00 a. M. In the morning. The faa says he was scheduled for a flight from detroit to philadelphia. That flight was cancelled because he failed the breathalyzer test. Thank goodness they had one going for him in the morning. And he also failed the field sobriety test. Live in dallas, what more have we learned here and have they pressed charges against this pilot . Well, martha, this is absolutely terrifying. We know hes 51 years old and hes from pennsylvania. A passenger just happened to snap a photo of all of this going down and out to social media. Look at that, you can see the pilot being handcuffed and being led away by police. Authorities were called to the detroit airport early sunday morning after a tsa agent noticed the copilot was acting strangely. Officials say the man failed two different breathalyzer tests. The flight eventually cancelled leaving passengers not only stranded, but stunned. Thats kind of scary because, you know, hes supposed to be, you know, on an airplane, and its supposed to be safe. And hes actually drunk while riding in the plane. Thats crazy. Back in january, you may remember an Alaska Airlines pilot was arrested for allegedly flying a plane drunk on two separate flights, martha. Whats American Airlines saying about this, casey . Well, i just got off the phone with them not too long. The folks over at corporation for American Airlines still tight lipped for most the details. They wont say how long hes been employed. They did release a statement, im quoting, is this a serious matter and we are assisting local Law Enforcement and the federal Aviation Administration with the investigation. We will handle this matter appropriately as the safety and care of our customers and employees is our highest priority. Federal law says that a pilot may not about allowed to fly a plane if they have consumed alcohol eight hours prior. Martha. Good thing tsa was paying attention. You wonder about the other people on that plane, including the other pilot what they noticed as well. Kasey, thanks very much. New details today about Hillary Clintons private email server and how her account was even more vulnerable to hackers than previously thought. Senator Bernie Sanders gaining momentum following a decisive sweep at the caucuses. Can he close that gap on Hillary Clinton . And new witness accounts of the horrific terrorist attack in brussels. One victim is claiming how this changed her life. I think its a shame, my anger i never knew anger with anyone. So you can invest with more certainty. Mfs. Thats the power of active management. All right. Its monday, back to work. Take a look at these houston window washers. Theyve been stranded out there for a while. Its 1 32 houston time. That is a ladder that has been brought out. Hopefully, they will be extricated from the situation shortly. Lets hope they got it under control. I think these guys get the rest of the day off. Lets give them the rest of the day off. Up the ladder, guys. All right. Bernie sanders heads into this new week some pretty big momentum. After sweeping the weekends contest, he got alaska, hawaii and Washington State by huge margin. Hillary clinton looking ahead to wisconsin where she leads in the polls. And ed henry, hes live in madison, wisconsin. You never know where ed is going to wind up. And clinton focusing on the Supreme Court battle. Why is she focusing so much on that . Reporter well, shes trying to energize they are base and shes struggling with that. And the sanders campaign, just had a conference can campaign with supporters, where they made a bold declaration. They said that neither clinton nor sanders will have enough pledged delegates to win this outright at the convention. Its going to take the superdogs that weve been hearing so much about this, to divide all of this. They believe after the sanders win, if they can win here in wisconsin, next week that they can get some of the superdelegates to flip over to the sanders camp. Heres a pollster explaining. Well, trump and clinton are not seeing trusted. For trump and clinton are seen as the least trustworthy of all the president ial candidates. And Bernie Sanders is the most trustworthy. Reporter so, she will be here. Hillary clinton, a few moments here in madison. Going after republicans on the Supreme Court nomination battle. In part, hes going to call out chuck grassley, he has to hold a hearing on the president s nominee. Interestingly, grassley is already firing back. Wait a second, you look at the the New York Times today that suggests the fbi investigation of clintons email is coming to a head. Grassley said she should be focused on talking to the foobi and changing the tone of her campaign rather than coming after him. Theres actually a lot of new information and in a pretty indepth Washington Post piece today on how the whole blackberry problem started, ed. Yeah, they talked about the beginning of the obama situation. What they call as mahogany row, the seventh floor, the secretarys office in the state department in washington. Its supposed to be a secure area. There have been years before the obama administration, they had basically gotten a listening device in there. They were concerned about clinton using that blackberry. Saying, quote, our review rearm fifths our belief that the vulnerabilities and risks associated with the use of blackberrys in mahogany row considerably outweigh the convenience their use can add. Any unqualified back burglary is highly vulnerable. And in march of 2009, the server received a digital certificate. Interesting as well, the post says nearly 150 fbi agents are working on this. The clinton camp says, look, theyre willing to talk to the fbi. Theyve always been willing to do that. They think if Hillary Clinton sit downstai with the fbi in th next weeks, they can take care of all of this. Lets bring in nikki kahn and lisa bruce. Twok both of you. There are pretty interesting brand new details about how this setup happen aed. The accountability property in terms of hold her accountable for this is 147 fbi agents who are completely dedicated to tracking this stuff down. What do you see in here thats an issue for her . Well, i think one of the biggest issues is president obama ran on transparency. There was a lot of that. Honesty, transparency. Changing the way that washington does business. And i think that hillary basically went around around the rules to set up the server for her own conveniences. Whatever the Washington Post is trying to lay out, her addiction to the blackberry. Her addiction to sending messages at the last moment. The bay her staff communicated with one another. He was secretary of state. And i think it goes into the campaign in the general election if hes the nominee, shes going to be attacked from all angles. I dont see democrats really being affected by this. I see independent women who really value that. When you read this, they talk about mahogany row, lisa which is the highest part of the state department. About ten years ago, a russian spy was able to get a recording device into the molding at mahogany row which is a stunning story. They kind of fought to get around the rule. Why is one of the main questions . And why was she able to get away with that . Well, martha, Hillary Clinton wants to oversee and be in charge of the Worlds Largest nuclear club and they cant even trust her. And as we found out theres 147 fbi agents that are dedicated to this investigation. Theyve given one staffer immunity. Theyre going to be interviewing her allegedly. And theyve looked at the Clinton Foundation as well. The biggest problem for Hillary Clinton here, unlike her husband, unlike previous scandals that theyve been a part of, she does not have the charisma and likability to sweet talk her way through this. 64 of americans do not trust her. This is a huge problem for Hillary Clinton. Its been a problem in the democratic primary and a huge problem in the general election as well. Lets get another look at information here. John kerry was speaking out, defending president obamas response to what happened in brussels. President of the United States schedule is not set by terrorists. He talked to the Prime Minister of belgium from cuba. He could talk to the Prime Minister from cuba. Everywhere i go. Ever leader i meet, they ask about what is happening to america. They cannot believe it. So some degree, i must say to you, some of the questions theyre posed to me, its clear to me whats happening is an embarrassment to our country. Lisa, i think you could take that second part a number of ways, based on the president s reaction to what happened in brussels. Right. I think it was the tone of his reaction. And you have to remember, that when he was responds and on the phone with the leader in brussels, we didnt even know at that point. People hadnt been identified. There were four americans killed in that attack. And americans are seeing the president at a baseball game and tangoing. Its a sensitivity issue if nothing else. Well, martha, as you know, it matters here. In the wake that the belgians suffered the largest attack since world war ii. In the wake of that, president obama gave it 51 seconds of his time, proceeded to a baseball game with a communist leader, doing the wave and then dancing the tango. Meanwhile, argentina is burning. Theres a global terror concern right now, theres a president who is acting lisa, listen, this is a 24second news cycle. Every single thing that president obama does or doesnt do is going to get attacked by people like you in the right who want to tear him down. Its because its an Election Year and no excuse me. Let me ask you a question, if you were advising the president , would you say to him when theyre still cleaning up the rubble and bodies in brussels, yes, mr. President , i think the baseball game is fine . Its okay. Diplomacy is difficult. You have to understand oh, come on. Lisa, come on, you cant attack the president for every single thing he does. Is this a very high youre not listening to my question. My question is very specific. If you were advising the president in that moment while theyre still cleaning up bodies in the airport in brussels. Would you say, mr. President , i think it might be wise to pass on the baseball game . I think dealing with castro, that could have basically ended the entire relationship. Were dealing with somebody who is very sensitive. But i would have advised him to get on camera and make a speech. To be fair there is something to the point when you call attention to the terrorist attack, theyre winning. Thats what they want. They want to see us freak out. But we need leadership. Yes, but who is leading here . Thats a cheap shot. No, its not. Its against isis. Republicans wont even show up to vote. They wont even show up to vote on sending troops. You we got to go ladies. Thank you, lisa. Nikki. As far as castro, it was basically said gifts and excoriated the president after his visit there. Its pretty rough going after visit. Donald trump is threatening a lawsuit. You have heard about this . After hearing that ted cruz may get additional delegates after one very close primary. Does he have a case . And two people now facing charges after a day of fun turns very, very tragic for one little girl. The latest on this incident that left a child dead. When we come back. A major escalation today in Donald Trumps war of words with ted cruz. Trump is now accusing this closest rival of conspiring with a super pac to attack trumps wife something if true would be a federal crime. The allegations and response at the top of the hour. Shepard smith reporting. So there have been two arrests now after a little girl died while playing in a bounce castle in an easter fair. This tragedy happening just north of lontdon where the inflatable castle was swept away. Police say a man and women from the bounce castle firm have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. We have so many of those incidents. Never something that ended like that. Awful story. All right. To politics now as donald trump is crying foul in the hunt for delegates despite his lead in the race for the president ial nomination. Hes now threatening a lawsuit, claiming that the system is crooked. And hes accusing senator ted cruz from trying to steal his delegates in louisiana. Trump tweeted, quote, just to show you how unfair republican primary politics can i won the state of louisiana and get less delegates than cruz. Lawsuit coming. We have fox news analyst alise. Good to have you. We know trump won, but cruz is ending with more of the delegates. How . It was actually a split in delegates and rubio with five delegates. So there are ten delegates out there to be decided, right . So trump is saying well, ill just threaten a lawsuit the ten delegates left over. Under the rnc rules, really those delegates can go wherever they want to go. Trump is threatening a lawsuit. A lawsuit, trump, threaten . Really, hes never done that before. When you look at the rules that are the rnc, the states love to get involved in a lawsuit and the feds in a lawsuit. The feds have said, look, unless theres something on the face of the rule thats unconstitutional like this, like only whites can vote or men can vote, were not as the fed going to get involved. Its a states right issue. He can threaten to sue. Its a states rights issue. What this may do, though, this may be what donald trump is hoping is that it sheds light right. On a situation that i think a lot of people a lot of us, people fighting overs. But ted cruz is playing this really smart. Hes had people on the ground working with the delegates trying to get them to submit to him in state after state. It seems at least on this ground hes beating trump at this game . He has. The fed, not going to get involved in a legal matter, unless on the basis of the rule itself it is blatantly unconstitutional. But joe and joanna voter out there are saying, wait a minute, they go to vote, they feel like whoever gets the most votes should win. Right. But its really a challenge to read the rules in your state. If you want it. We thank you very much. Good to have you here today. See where that one goes. And a new ruling against the irs, what a federal court is telling the agency to do in their handling of tea party groups. You remember this whole story, right . They say they were unfairly targeted. So whatever happened with that . When we come back. I have x1 from xfinity so. Dont fall for directv. Xfinity lets you download your shows from anywhere. I used to like that song. Stunning display of forgiveness by one of the victims of the brussels terror attacks. A mormon missionary from france just walked into the airport when one of the bombs went off, causing serious burns to her head and to her face. Klain responded with this when asked if she was ang angry. I realize theres still good people in this world and before i was kind of, i know, i know, people dont care about anything. But now i still see how people can be nice to each other and love each other, and so i feel really yeah, the world is not too bad. Wow. What a response klain was one of 270 people injured in the attacks. A federal Appeals Court is now slamming the irs. Theyre ordering the Tax Collection Agency to stop stalling and produce the names of the organizations, like certain teaparty groups, that it targeted because of their political leanings. Gerri willis with the Fox Business Network is live. Whats the latest . The judge is nonly that this is a threepanel judge group of judges saying, you have to turn over the socalled bolo list, be on the lookout list of organizations that were targeted by the irs, could not get that approval to have tax exempt status, and one of the groups, Northern California norcal are leading the charge. Its a class action suit. Theyre actually representing many groups in the same situation. They tried to get approval six long years ago and now finally, these judges are saying, hey, lets start this ball rolling, and that 17page opinion, they didnt mince any words and didnt appear to be on the side of the irs. We watched this process before. There was an investigation that already happened. Right . Well, the treasury inspector general, watchdog for the irs, government organization, under the aegis of the Treasury Department but theyre the ones who originally said, this was targeting, and what i want to show you what the judges said about the idea of targeting. They said no citizen, republican or democrat, social gist or libertarian, should be targeted on those grounds. On the grounds of your politics. You cant do something you otherwise would be allowed to do because youre not in the right party. These people waited a long time for answers and obviously trying to use every legal avenue they took force ther is is to fess up about what the program was and who was part of it. Thank you very much. Youre welcome. So we are going to continue to keep a close eye on that front. And gerri, thank you for being with us this afternoon. Well take a quick break and be right back. e 8nun÷ 0 hyeah . M. Weve got allstate, right . Uhhuh. Yes. Well, i found this new thing called Allstate Quickfoto claim.
