You talked about the war on christmas. Yeah. You are sort of the paul revere on the war on christmas. We won. Christmas is fine and made it . I have been doing this 10 years. The only year we have not had a store that commanded its employees not to say Merry Christmas. Over. We won. Congratulations. Anybody can say Merry Christmas if they want to. They dont have to. Has some support. But unfettered abortion, not gaining ground. Even among young people. So, if a traditional leader emerges, he or she will find a country that is now ready to listen and, perhaps ready to return to the vision and discipline that created the greatest nation the world has ever known. Stopping of the democrats of the Midterm Election cycle. For a couple of reasons. When you look back over last year, year and three months or so, we remember all of the scatter walling about the Government Shutdown and that the g. O. P. Would never recover and that it was the end of the g. O. P. s chances to try to realign the country in the Midterm Election cycle. And pretty much all of that faded away. And the republicans came back. They won historic victories. Not just in the house and the senate, but in state legislators as well. Governorships that were deemed to be very vulnerable. No, i dont buy into the pessimism and cynicism that all hope is lost and genies out of the bottle. Thats the same type of thinking that said, well, obamas election in 2008 and then in 2012 was a sign that the country had moved forever to the left and that there was a complete shift in realignment in american politics. Bill, remember after 2012 president ial election there were all these conservatives on television saying its over, were never coming back . And then a couple years later the country gives obama a 38 Approval Rating, says that the twoparty system in the country is not really serving the people. Poll after poll showing that the public is craving for something more. And i think something better. So, look so you agree with me i totally agree with you. Youre absolutely right. It has to be sold. All right. A jfkstyle leader with charisma. Look, i gave president obama a chance and i got a lot of hate mail for doing it. Yeah. That was just hate mail from me. That was just my hate mail. But you were on your broom circling my house at one time. Oh, watch out. Youre in the naughty category. You know, naughty and nice for christmas, you are now naughty. Cant do coal. Its global warming. Fine. I gave barack obama a chance to see what he had, all right. And to see this progressive new vision. And it just hasnt worked. It hasnt worked. Well, it never works. But the it never works. Bill, i think people should take a look at whats happening around the world, right. A lot of the polls and the changes in politics in britain and france, even places like sweden, switzerland, is showing that as long as you have a middle class, a working class, who are unhappy, right . Their lives arent really getting much better, we have a lot of people making a lot of money at the top. But the middle, the working class spirit, theyre beleaguered. The Independence Party in britain realigning politics in britain. Even though the european economys worse than our economy. You know whats driving a lot of that conservatism in europe is the antimuslim. The eu and immigration. And people are not catching on, look, if youre going to flood the zone with muslims cheap illegal labor or cheap labor. Working class peoples lives doesnt get any better, bill. We cant have a situation where for 15, 16 years in a row peoples lives arent getting better, wages arent going up and we can expect this situations going to hold. You were right in the talking points memo. A figure will ultimately emerge. Its either going to be someone on the lef or someone on the right who taps into that discontent in Middle America and among the working class. And i hope its someone who comes at it from more of a traditional conservative perspective because i actually think that works and its very renewing and positive.
