You dont put forth, all right, this White Privilege and if you fail thats why you fail. All right . America is now a place where if you work hard, get educated, and an hun n tion person, you can succeed. Also ahead, the White Privilege craziness continues. Now the university of notre dame offering a course on alleged white racism. Caution, you are about to enter the no spin zone. The factor begins right now. Hi, im bill oreilly. Thanks for watching us tonight. Achieving the American Dream, that is the subject of this evenings talking points memo. When i was a kid growing up in modest circumstances, my parents told me that i could succeed in life, they didnt say much more than that, only that i could be successful. From my Vantage Point the American Dream meant that i would have a happy life and contribute to society. Each one of us has our own definition of the dream. A recent New York Times poll does do you think it is still possible to start out poor in this country, work hard and become rich . 64 of americans say it is possible. 33 say it is not. 3 dont know. Second question. Do you think the Economic System in the u. S. A. Is basically fair . 52 say it is. But 45 say its unfair. 4 dont know. For this poll, money was a basic theme and for this memo we will stay on that subject. As someone who started out with little. I was flat broke when i began my first broadcast job in scranton, pennsylvania. I know you can become welty in america with no assets to begin. The 33 who say its not possible are wrong. You are looking at the proof. But there are things that you have to do to succeed economically. Number one, must g. E. D. Et indicated get educated unless your athletic skills you can get that way. You must be willing to work hard and work to levels of performance. That means you have to learn how to speak properly. You have to learn how to groom yourself. You cant have a face covered with tattoos unless you punch like mike tyson. Basically succeeding economically is being about smart, working hard and presenting yourself in a way that leads to making money. Thats it. Now, some americans do work very hard. They are smart and they dont succeed economically. Thats why life is not fair. You never know how its going to shake down. But, remember, the poll question was is it possible to start out poor and become wealthy . Now, here are are some the things that you absolutely cannot do. First, if you feel america is a rotten, awful country, you will not succeed. And thats whats being pedaled by the far left. Whats the next institution that you think needs to be isolated and then challenged . The economy. Capitalism. I think thats the institution that all over this country, right, it is really what is the oppressive force and the police are actually, in my opinion and i think we have a lot of theory that proves this, are that fourth that are keeping us as particularly working class people from achieving this idea of, you know, Economic Justice. She will never succeed in america because her concept of Economic Justice is basically communism. And were not going to convert to that you want communism, ms. Clement, fiddle and raoul castro are just 90 miles from florida. Two, you cannot walk around with a sense of entitlement, that people owe you things. In our system nobody owes you anything. Three, if you do want to succeed, really want to succeed, you cant portray yourself as a victim of White Privilege of slavery or any other historical injustice. May be wrong, but the free marketplace doesnt want to hear it. Finally, if you behave badly, if you are disrespectful, if you act foolishly on a consistent basis, if you refuse to develop your godgiven talent, if you have three children by the time you are 20, if you abuse drugs and alcohol and do other selfdestructive things you will never succeed. Talking points laments that our leaders will not tell you the things im saying right now. Our Political Parties do not level with the folks. Instead both democrats and republicans pander to them. Capitalism is tough. Very competitive but the American Dream is still achievable and i know what im talking about. And thats the memo. Now for the top story tonight. Growing pressure on president obama to diminish the power lines of the Central Intelligence agency and u. S. Intel gathering organizations in general. Pressure is coming primarily from the left. Joining us from washington fox news chief White House Correspondent ed henry. So, i have seen the president all this week kind of dancing on one side and then he goes over to the other side and give occasion central. As the chief White House Correspondent for the most powerful news agency in the world, all right . Thats us. Define president obamas attitude about intelligence gathering. Define it. Its got contradictions. Because on one hand is he basically saying these tactics were illegal. That they were torture and he is not going to put terror suspects, detainees through that because he thinks its unamerican but on the other hand, as you know, he has ramped up u. S. Drone policy to take out terrorists positive successes out of that by the same you sometimes take out innocent civilians. And so innocent people can be killed under these policies even though there is safeguards and caution and Everything Else when, meanwhile, there is just as much or more caution in terms of dealing with terror detainees. There is a contradiction in that. Its an individual decision as opposed to a collective war time decision. Im going to put that question to john mccain. We have him coming up after you about the drones versus the waterboarding and other things. Sure. Essentially, president obama and it there was an article today in one of the left wing newspapers, it might have been the times that said he is under pressure from the left wing of the Democratic Party to, you know, put the handcuffs on intel gathering. I have never understood that. Im certainly we want to be a lawful nation and a humane nation but certainly we have to protect ourselves. But these people they just want to gut the intel agencies. And is the president is responding to that pressure or not . Well, there is that pressure on the left first of all. I mean, had you democratic senator mark udall lost his election so he is leaving in a couple of weeks just yesterday saying john brennan and other top officials need to be fired are. Later. Yes, he did he. He would like to reign all of that in. Might put more on intel agencies in terms of their behavior and activities and how tough they are going to be on terrorists. Then you have the aclu that is saying mr. President , you need to prosecute people from the Bush Administration, from the cia, maybe even current cia officials. Is he is not going to do that. John breneman around in the Bush Administration. Is he not going to do it. Here is where he will feel the pressure and where there may be some movement on all of this which is that he has Loretta Lynch as his nominee to be attorney general. The aclu and others on the left are saying that while they support her nomination, they are going to use those confirmation hearings which again will be run by republicans, not democrats come january to get more, even more information out of the administration about alleged torture, what really went on in the Justice Department but not just the cia and the Bush Administration but what john brennan and cia officials have been doing legally or illegally now. And so there will be that pressure. They are going to be disappointed because once the republicans take over in january, this story goes away and a lot of things change very fast. Thats why Dianne Feinstein wanted to get this report out before republicans took over. I wish senator feinstein would come on this program. She wont. I want to know who teed her off in the cia. Somebody did something to her. John brennan and his officials allegedly were spying on her staff during this investigation. She is teed off about it and a woman scorned kind of deal, you know . I know its personal with her. Ed thanks very much as always next on the run down. What is the mentality of americans who do not want a Robust National defense. What are these people thinking . Later, Notre Dame University offering a course on white racism. Wow. Were coming right back. Ght, sol arthritis lasts 8 hours but aleve can last 12 hours. And aleve is proven to work better on pain than tylenol arthritis. So why am i still thinking about this . How are ya . Good. Aleve. Proven better on pain. Thanks. Continuing with lead story earlier today cia chief john brennan said this. The studys contention that we repeatedly and intentionally mislead the public and the rest of the u. S. Government rests on the committees view that detainees subjected to eits did not produce useful intelligence. A point on which we still fundamentally disagree. With us now in the studio Andrea Tantaros host of out nourished seen 00 fox news channel. Janine democratic strategist. I mentioned to ed henry, a bunch of former cia chiefs. I have talked to the Vice President. I have talked to the president family roomer president bush. Killing talked to pretty much everybody i could talk to. They say we had actionable intelligence that led to the courier for bin laden, that led to bin ladens compound that led to bin ladens death. They are all i believe them. I believe them. So that just throws out the contention that waterboarding and other methods never lead toe actionable intelligence. Thats not true. Are you with me so far . Are you with me so far . Go on o. Are you with me . Do you agree with me so far . I agree that choicing. And i agree that we all have respect and that for the dedication of the people in the cia, and i understand the dilemma that people and fighting terrorism is not easy. You either believe bush, cheney and all the other cia chiefs, including the present one brennan under obama, you believe them or you dont. I assume you do because rational person would have to believe all of those men. Then, the question becomes this okay. We dont want to be a nation of law breakers. We dont want to be a nation of torture errors. All of this has unintended consequences that are negative it. Its true. Okay. But you in certain situations like your daughter or son, gentleman niece, being held and could be beheaded at any moment, sometimes you have to take actions that arent strictly lawful, i believe thats true. Am i right or wrong . I think that torture is wrong. Even in the case of your son our daughter would be killed almost momentarily and you have got somebody who knows where they are, you would wouldnt do anything like that. Laws exist for a reason. And i think that we have im going look, i respect your theory. But im going to say if im your son or daughter, my head is gone. You, im sure. There is no guarantee, mr. Oreilly that torturing that person is going to bring my son or daughter back. Even mccain, senator mccain has admitted that there is no question. Were going to talk to you right behind you. Has said techniques are wrong. If you are a mom or dad and you have children who may be killed. Do you everything possible. Thats what im saying. Right. Ms. Fen as it said law are there for a reason. Dont petty fog this issue. Its the cognitive distance of the left. The president said we are a nation of laws and we are talking about, bill, how the president is handling this. He believes what he did is lawful, so lets keep it on this. And so does his doj. His doj believes that this is lawful, as you point out, cia directors believe this is lawful. Bill, this is all politics, its base ginning. Lets move it forward. If the left wants him to do something about it, does president obama then have the political stomach to prosecute people at the cia for what he believes. No. No, exactly. Do you know why . Because then it would reveal what these cia agents did. Waterboarded the mastermind of 9 11 . They would be heroes in the eyes of the American People. 65 of the American People support coerced interrogation under extraordinary circumstances. Thats what we should have, bernice. The law should be rewritten to say under extraordinary circumstances with a signed order by the president of the United States, these techniques may be employed. Thats how the law would you object to that law if it were written that way . You know what . Possibly. I think that there is a lot of details in this community that we dont know. To use the example of my son or my daughter, i want my son and my daughter back. I dont want to know how you brought them back. I want them back for sure. There you go. Dont misunderstand my not supporting torture, with not letting the cia do what they do best. As a nation. To gather intelligence. As a nation, we can draw better laws. Gets the last word. Im just baffled by the left. They put a lot of faith in government, bill. Its sad to see them distrust the cia. But they always have. I know they have. Think dont like authoritarian. I agree, its reckless and disingenuous. Americans will be killed over this and the president is acting like a child. All right, ladies, always a lively debate. Thank you, directly ahead, senator john mccain is mentioned one of the few politicians supporting the torture report and we will find out why. Bernie goldberg on bad journalism and is president obama hating on the press. Hating on the press. Dont you love that expression . Up ahead. Nobody told us to expect it. The only isp legally bound by full Net Neutrality rules. Personal story segment tonight. Controversial bye bye the cia on the Central Intelligence committee. Director brennan, and the cia today are continuing to willfully provide inaccurate information and misrepresent the efficacy of torture in other words, the cia is lying. Well, mark udall, member of the Intel Committee was voted out of office by coloradoians so that was his last hurrah. Joining us now from washington senator john mccain. See some merit in the report. First of all, we had cia director brennan basically contradicting udall said look, we didnt lie about anything to anybody. We did get actionable intelligence using these he or harsh measures, we are not going to do in anymore. Do you know who is lying, senator, do you personally know . I know that that kind of treatment does not get accurate intelligence information. I know that. Let me stop you though. I was told directly by three former cia directors they told me. This i talked to them. They told me they did get it it they did. And you say they dont. So im confused. My viewers are confused. You know, come on. First of all, let me say a word about waterboarding, it began with the spanish inquisition is. After world war ii they sentenced japanese to death who had waterboarded our american prisoners. Had no doubt about exquisite kind of torture that is for mr. Brennan we do things wrong. This is really wrong. So, have no doubt about the exquit sit form of torture that waterboarding is the second thing about, bill, and this is a fact. And anybody who has been subjected to this kind of thing will tell that you if you inflict enough physical pain on someone, they will tell you anything they think you want to hear in order to make it stop and thats just a fact. Thats just a fact. Im not disputing those facts. Yeah. Put yourself in the position of the viewer watching you and me right now. They are hearing from the highest levels of the Intel Community that, yes, we heard from mr. U yesterday on this program. Okay . Um. Um yes, we did. We got worthy intelligence using these harsh methods. Yes, we did. And then we hear from sitting senators, no, we didnt. Its impossible for the American People to know. Well, all i can say is that that can be resolved. But i can also tell you that mr. Brennan said he was for it and then he said he was against it. And now he said he is for it so there is a little bit of question about his. Im talking about the other guys. I dont know him. And i didnt talk to him. Look, then the question is, bill, why didnt we juan and torture japanese prisoners of ours or german prisoners of ours or korean prisoners of ours . Why didnt we go out and torture them. Im glad you asked that question. Isnt that a question . Absolutely and im glad you asked it. I want to point out to the viewers that senator killing kennedy as part of our research we found out during the battle of the bulge u. S. Troops did kill germans with their hands up trying to surrender because the ss was gunning down american prisoners. Im not saying they were justified to do it but im saying it happens in the fog of war. Thats what happens here. No, no, what happens in the fog of war and combat there is killings that took place but we never ever captured a prisoner, took them back to a place german or japanese and practiced at temperature methods on them. With their hands up. We put a bullet between their eyes. We did that in the fog of war. Yes. Just as we carpet bombed cities and capitals all over europe and killing thousands of civilians in order to gain victory. That is dramatically different. Any person versing the law of war will tell that you is entirely different situation between the heat of the battlefield and there is a huge difference between the heat of the battlefield. There is a huge difference. You have to understand that, bill. Im surprised you dont. There is a difference. I dont say i dont. Its my job to interrogate you and ask the questions. Wait, senator. All you want to do is kill somebody on the battlefield thats wrong. Its dramatically different. Capturing taking them some place and using the spanish inquisition torture thats different. How about this . The Debate Centers around in some circles drones that are used to kill suspected terrorists and they kill other people killing other people with the suspected. Administration does that and supports that then when you get a Khalid Sheikh mohammed who knows and they say gave up information that saved thousands of american lives, you cant put them in the water a lot of people are confused, senator. Well then maybe you were confused when we carpet bombed dresden that had no military involvement. Will of the jerry man people. It certainly was slaughter of thousands of innocent people. Yes, it was. Is the tokyo bombings. War is tough business and its hell. All right,; can i mention one last thing. Absolutely. I had conversations with with the Vice President of the United States and with general hayden the head of the cia who tried to convince me that they wanted to be able to do this. I vigorously disagreed with them at the time on the grounds that you and i are talking about. Oh, you have been remarkably consistent and we have to respect your opinion because you went through it. And you are a patriot and i want everybody to know that its my job to interrogate you without throwing any water on you. And i want to wish you a very, very merry christmas, senator, thank you. You are pulling out my fingernails. All right. Here is a great Christmas Gift idea. Senator mccains new book called 13 soldiers, a personal victory of americans at war in stores everywhere. We hope you check it out. Plenty more ahead as the factor moves along this evening. Why is the university of notre dame offering a course on alleged white racism . Well try to find out. White racism that is a theme the far left puts out there under the banner of White Privilege. Let me repeat this and i will do it slowly. All right. So even you can understand it. All right. If you work hard, if you get educated, if you are an honest person, can you make it in america. If you live in a neighborhood where people poverty is endemic its harder to work hard its harder to get an education. It was harder for me than it was for the white guy in garden city. Its all relative, yes. Its harder if you are a ghetto kid. Yes, but you can do it . Yes. Yes, you can. [ applause ] the book can called killing patton and im sure you sold a lot. No White Privilege in the book. Awe. Now the university of notre dame will actually offer a course on White Privilege in the spring if you can believe it. We talked to a woman named iris outlaw who is a radical leftist. We asked ms. Outlaw to come on the factor but apparently she is on the lamb. President of notre dames republican club. Do you know this iris outlaw . Is she a professor . What is she . First off, thanks bill for having me on and for picking up the story. Although i have never been personally introduced to ms. Outlaw, im very much well aware of her activism and role on campus. She is actually not a professor. She is the director of the Multicultural Student Services at notre dame. What does that do . What does she do with that . Its, you know a group on campus, subsidized by the university to promote inclusion and, you know, different activities for students of different ethnicities on campus. She is also the student advisor, faculty advisor to four different student clubs. Including the naacp who she was involved in planning a a demonstration against College Republicans last year for hosting ann coulter. She definitely steps into leftist activists as well. She didnt want ann coulter to speak. She wanted to ban her from the campus; is that correct . Im not sure she wanted to ban her but spewing hate speech. Board of notre dame is still devoted to attacking a ann coulter in the college of republicans. Liberal agenda trying to push here. Whats White Privilege course . Whats that all about . One of my friends showed me this when he looked up his classes. Mark, take a look at this. Mark, from what i have been able to gather a one credit course for 10 students that will explore White Privilege as if its historical fact. Its a sociology course although none of the teachers have any background none of the teachers are professors at all nor do they have any background in after infantry they will receive funding from the university to travel to louisville, kentucky for a White Privilege conference, which is a whole another issue. Ouch. I want to go to that i wonder if i can go to the White Privilege concert. And we asked all kinds of people at notre dame to come on and talk about it while you would do this and why are you doing this and nobody wants to talk about it. You know, im pleased to have you, marken on the program. You seem like a very articulate guy. But, you know, we wanted to get one of the brass, what are you doing here . Whats the goal of in this. And they are all hiding. Why are you hiding . I dont know. Yesterday i received an email from the director of the naacp chapter a student telling me how much i enjoy White Privilege and tell me to stop spreading misinformation. Im surprised she didnt come on. No, i mean, we didnt ask her. I have to be honest. I wanted to get some the instructures the head of the sociology department. The head of the university, all of that notre dame a pretty big deal. And to have a radical little cabal like this, you know, look, i want freedom of speech and thought on college campuses. But i also wanted to explain. So if its student fees being used to truck people to a White Privilege concert, concert meeting, i want to know why, all right, mark, keep us posted on it it we appreciate it when we come right back, president obama apparently being very angry with the press. Then, talk with an american who used harsh measures to interrogate a muslim terrorist suspect. He did it. This guy did it. He will tell us moments away. Thanks for staying with us, im bill oreilly in the weekdays with bernie segment tonight. Former abc correspondent ann compton a very honest woman recently said this. We have seen in the last year barack obama really angry twice, both were off the record times. One profanitylaced where he thought the press was making too much of scandals that he didnt think were scandals. Another where he took us to task for not understanding the limits he has with Foreign Policy in the way he is dealing with iraq and afghanistan. Joining us now from nim react purveyor of bernard goldberg. Com. Mr. Goldberg. So apparently the president was swearing at us, bernie, probably you and meal in particular. About this. I will do my best to get over to. Okay. I just got over it. Seriously, as you say, seriously, i think the president is right, that socalled Mainstream Media have mistreated him. But not in the way that he thinks. They mistreated him by not holding him for most of his six years in office. Not holding him accountable. They mistreated him by covering for him. They mistreated him by covering stories as if they really were phony scandals because the president says they are phony scandals. People in power, people in power need to be held accountable, not just for the general good, bill, but for their own good. Otherwise, they start to believe that everything they are doing is right. And then the midterm Elections Come along and they get slapped in the face and they learn that they have been out of touch with the people. The president knows that he has gotten preferable treatment from the press. He even said so. No, no. He said it. He said it at the white house correspondence dinner. I was sitting there. And he said something to the effect that im happy to be here tonight with all of my supporters. Yes. But that was supposed to be a joke. That was supposed to be a joke. I think this president is not only one of the most liberal president s we have ever elected buy he is the most thinskinned president we have ever elected. Do you remember in the beginning . Of course you remember. He went after fox. That was the low hanging fruit. Yeah, a couple of times. More than a couple of times, right. Now is he going after his most loyal base, you know, the socalled Mainstream Media the acolytes who think they are tough journaliststhis m and being thin skinned. He may joke at the dinner that im here this is a not a man who thinks that america who have have been easier on him than any press has been on almost any president in our life sometimes. Thats for sure. Kennedy got an easy ride. All right. I have got to get over to Rolling Stone. So they botched the story on the rape at the university of virginia frat house, and now there is all kinds of unintended consequences off that there is an article that said the reason that Rolling Stone magazine made the mistake is that it wants to have its competing with the internet. Have all of these salacious headlines, journalists dont check anything out. Editors put anything up there. Rolling stone lowerrers standards to compete with them; is that right . I dont buy that here is the piece in the wall street journal. The guy says here was a story made to go viral, doing journalistic Due Diligence on it. Blunted sharp edges and sap its appeal. I think the internet is not the internet may be a villain in 100 other things but not. This it isnt twitter and facebook and the internet in general. This was bad journalism, period. Once this suppose supposed victim, this jackie woman who says you cant speak to the woman who supposedly raped her, its ballgame is over. If there were no internet, bill, if there were no if it didnt exist, this would have happened anyway because this was a reporter, a feminist within an agenda. She wanted to find this particular story she said okay, final. Its just bad journalism. Lets not blame anything else for it. Its embarrassing. There was Good Journalism attached to it because the the Washington Post they exposed this bogus story or even now people would be like the duke lacrosse thing people would be getting punished for nothing. The colonel succeeded and the man gave up some vital information. Joining us from washington to tell us exactly what happened is colonel share of the author of the book operation dark heart. Set the scene for us, colonel. Who is the guy . How did you catch them . What happened . Remote afghanistan, u. S. Citizen who turned out to be the brother of a terrorist enabler, iranian terrorist enabler captured as part of combat operations. It was very much, bill, a 24type scenario. This individual from northern virginia. He had been in the states for a while. He was a u. S. Citizen on the virginia drivers license. They called this in to figure out what the heck was going on. We had to figure out, when we it break him within 72 hours because of a a number of things ongoing. Most of important of which in 2003 we were still worried about terror plots against the homeland. That was our primary concern. This guy was caught in a remote part of afghanistan. On the combat. In a combat operation. Right. Right away, you are trying to figure out who these guys are he is an american. Peel him off from the others. They bring you in. Okay. Right. They take him where. Where did you guys take him . Took him to remote fire base. He was isolated. Let me be very clear on this. Technique used to break people. And, bill, wepeople. And, bill, we arrived on helicopter at 2 00 in the morning, we woke him up, we started the interrogation. Sleep deprivation and changing things to make an individual feel disoriented is very much necessary. And clearly coercivcoercive. And over a threeday period after going through figuring out what his greatest fear was and let me be very clear on this, we hammered the heck out of his psychological fears. We coerced him psychologically, threeday period, sleep deprivation by his own making most of the time because of his fears, isolation having time to think in the end he was so broken. We could tell he hadnt slept at all. And everything we needed to know came pouring out rapidly. Hold on. So when you deprive him of sleep hes in a cell by himself, bright lights on him and when he dozes you wake him up or whatever, right . We kept it light just so we could observe him. If he couldnt sleep with the light, too bad. Yes. So hes exhausted. Youre threatening him, right . Yes. His life was over as he knew it. And i said that every time. Your life is over unless you tell us what we want to know. And he had to turn over his brother, which was very difficult to do. Turning someone against their relative in that circumstance is very difficult. But we had to turn him against his brother. So you didnt slap him around, didnt hit him with a hammer or throw water on him . No, not at all. What did he tell you in the end . He gave up the fact his brother worked for the Iranian Intelligence service, that they moved over the Iranian Border in afghanistan 75,000, to fund the very insurgency we were trying to fight. And most importantly he talked about some of the issues of how people were moved from iran into the United States which i cant get into because thats still classified. He broke completely where hed made admissions to the fbi agent and i about certain sexual pick dill lows he did with his wife. You didnt ask him and hes giving you stuff. Right. It wasnt torture. You didnt physically man handle him. But depriving somebody of sleep thats not allowed or whatever. It works. Thats in your opinion. It worked in this case, did it not . Thats what im worried about, bill. When senator feinstein comes out and starts pushing this line where things like legitimate often used from the dawn of time from world war ii on are legitimate. They are very coercive. They make you very uncomfortable. Lets face it, if coercive use of sleep deprivation was a crime, every professor in the United States would be locked up. I mean, look, people can make up their own minds, but they always say when you get information under duress its usually bad. This turned out to be good information for you . It did. Im not for waterboarding. I believe because its pain. This other stuff is discomfort. Very interesting story and we appreciate you telling it, colonel. Thanks very much. Thanks, bill, for having me. And i quit smoking with chantix. I had tried to do it in the past. I hadnt been successful. Quitting smoking this time was different because i got a prescription for chantix. Along with support, Chantix Varenicline is proven to help people quit smoking. The fact that it reduced the urge to smoke helped me get that confidence that i could do it. Some people had changes in behavior, thinking or mood, hostility, agitation, depressed mood and suicidal thoughts or actions while taking or after stopping chantix. Some people had seizures while taking chantix. If you notice any of these, stop chantix and call your doctor right away. Tell your doctor about any history of Mental Health problems, which could get worse while taking chantix or history of seizures. Don take chantix if youve had a serious allergic or skin reaction to it. If you develop these, stop chantix and see your doctor right away as some can be lifethreatening. Tell your doctor if you have a history of heart or blood vessel problems, or develop new or worse symptoms. Get medical help right away if you have symptoms of a heart attack or stroke. Decrease alcohol use while taking chantix. Use caution when driving or operating machinery. Common side effects include nausea, trouble sleeping and unusual dreams. I love myself as a nonsmoker. Ask your doctor if chantix is right for you. The factor tip of the day, getting you to sleep in a good way in a moment. One more day to get your order in for signed books. Vincent, new jersey, you said american soldiers in the battle of the bulge shot germans trying to surrender. My father fought in europe and told me that was true. Killing patton explains what happened in great detail, vince. And what happened in that battle is relevant regarding the war on terror today. Sergeant patrick kelly, kansas city, missouri, Russell Simmons absolutely knows that blagojevich drug gangs are a direct cause of much of the devastation in the, as we in the Kansas City Police department know well. Perhaps he wont admit that his hip hop industry is extremely popular in those neighborhoods. Bill, problem is not young black males committing violent acts, the problem is they go to prison for them. Not fair, he believes violent criminals should be incarcerated but does not believe trafficking and hard drugs is violent. I told him hes desperately wrong and i stand by that statement. The other night i woke up at 3 00 in the morning and couldnt get back to sleep. Instead of taking some kind of chemical, which i never do, i put on some music. I never thought it was such a bad little tree. Its not bad at all really. Maybe it just needs a little love. Charlie brown is a blockhead, but he did get a nice tree. At least hes not a pinhead. It is the music, not the cartoon, that put me to sleep. Fantastic. And ive even used that music on the urchins so wired by the machines its unbelievable the Charlie Brown music puts them to sleep.
