The document was handled appropriately at all times and i think the most important thing about said document is that the whole world has access to it now. Democrats insisted it was a coverup. The transcripts with the ukraine president which were in an open system that the white house employees could access were moved into a top secret covert Action System which i think shows a consciousness of guilt. White house said after calls with australias former Prime Minister and mexicos former president were leaked. The white house implemented new protocols to store leader calls. President trump continued his Campaign Today to shred the whistleblowers credibility tweeting sounding more and more like the socalled whistleblower isnt a whistleblower at all. The president pointed to inaccuracies in the complaint, including the claim that state Department Official all rec was on the call. Is a Senior Administration official tells fox news he wasnt. According to the New York Times, ukraines president wasnt aware of the hold on u. S. Military aid at the time of the call and defense secretary mark esper said at no time did the suspension jeopardize National Security. Most of the money is out the door. And at no time or at any time has any delay in this money, this funding affected u. S. National security. The president s republican colleagues rushed today to back him up. Criticizing the whistleblower. Had no first hand knowledge, wasnt on the call and the Inspector General even told us that he had a bias against the president. This guy was out to get the president. In the complaints apen addition sites whistleblower. Transcript placed in a stand alone Computer System reserved for code level intelligence information such as covert action. But a former Senior NationalSecurity Council sill official who worked at the Trump White House questions whether the process was unusual. When i handle transcripts of president ial phone calls of foreign leaders when i was at the nsc last year we put the transcripts into a very secure top secret code word system. I dont see any difference from what this alleged whistleblower is claiming. I dont think there was any change. During this weeks congressional testimony, the acting director of National IntelligenceJoseph Maguire said he believed the whistleblower acted in good faith but that did not equate to proof of president ial misconduct or a records coverup. The newest thing from congress a subpoena from different committees of secretary of state pompeo asking for specific documents, an october 4th deadline issued by the Foreign Affairs committee. Im hearing in my party that they want to get this wrapped up by the end of october, which is why not only are they having the subpoenas you just mentioned of a secretary pompeo but also they have individuals from ukraine that they have specific dates for interviewing. So they shouldnt be going on break. And i would agree with you they dont know where this is going to end. Look, even without, you know, quid me pro and quo here. At the end of the day you do have an alleged abuse of power without the issue of aid. You have somebody saying very clearly i want you to look into this guy. He happens to be my political opponent. Even when we have seen historically there hat not been any evidence to show anything negative with regard to joe and hunter bide and what the president is alleging. I think the way they are rolling this out in the house is to allow maximum flexibility for the speaker. In other words, they didnt have a formal vote for an inquiry. And i think we really have to, at some point, the whistleblower has said and his attorney has said that or this individual has said that they are willing to testify and i think in that testimony, especially if its not public, they would be able to name those individuals that came to them. This whistleblower is being found credible by the Inspector General within the Intelligence Community and also by the acting defense director maguire as well. I mean even the people who talked about, you know, political things. And there are people out there that are alleging its some kind of former cia individual because of the way this was written.
