Police in new cannan say they found her black suburban about a mile from her home and Search Rescue teams are focusing on that area. She and her estranged husband have been locked in a twoyear custody battle. The mother said in court that she was afraid of my husband. She claimed that he was verbally abusive and trying to get away with the kids would make him enraged. Her husband claimed that she was trying to alienate the five children from him. So far he hasnt commented publicly on his wifes disappearance. The couples children are reportedly staying with the moms mother and her family is with body guards. Laura ingle with more. Laura . The search was centered her the last several days as we watched k9 units go through the park with no sign of the missing mother of five. Her 2017 chevy suburban was found parked outside one of the entrances here, here in new canaan. This is a very affluent area. People jogging, going about their days, all with Police Vehicles driving by. The vehicle spotted her vehicle spotted after she didnt show up for several appointments friday. Her friends estimate she probably hadnt been seen or heard from from over ten hours after dropping her kids off at school. Jennifer is an incredibly gentle and kind and gracious and wonderful person. Were heart broken. Very concerned. But we are just hoping for her safe return. State, local and federal Law Enforcement have teamed up looking for her on foot and through the air and through the use of helicopters and drones. She moved out of the home that she shared with her estranged husband. Hes name is fotus dulos. The two have been locked in a bitter custody battle, including two sets of twins all under the age of 13. There was supposed to be a Court Hearing regarding the custody and safety of the children. When you go through these documents, you can see just really how bad and contentious this divorce has been. Jennifer dulos filed for an emergency order for full custody that was denied by a judge in 2017 stating her husband was controlling, had been having an affair and she found out he had a gun. The court papers filed that year show she told the court im terrified for my familys safety, especially since discovering the gun as my husband has a history of controlling, volatile and delusional behavior. Thanks. President trump this morning blasted the special Counsel Robert Mueller one day after mueller resigned and made his first Public Comments on the russia investigation. The president this morning claims mueller has had it out for him all along. The president called mueller a never trumper and said that had there been enough evidence, he would have brought charges. Judge Andrew Napolitano says there was plenty of evidence, but as the Mueller Report explains and mueller himself reiterated, the special counsel did not consider prosecuting the president because of department rules. Prosecution says mueller, was never on the table. No matter what the evidence. The report details multiple separate instances of President Trump obstructing justice. Obstruction of justice is a felony. Mueller said only that he could not vindicate the president and any prosecution would come in the form of impeachment in the house and trial in the senate. Now the attorney general, bill barr tells cbs news that he believes under the rules mueller could have reached a conclusion on obstruction. We saw a special counsel make the statement. He analyzed 11 instances where there possible obstruction. Said that he couldnt make a decision. Do you agree with that interpretation . I personally felt he could have reached this decision. He could have reached a decision whether it was criminal activity. He had his reasons for not doing it, which he explained. Im not going to argue about those reasons. But he suggested, hoffler, that including a census Citizenship Question in the census could affect the drawing of congressional districts. Hoffler wrote a switch according to the lawsuit, hoffler ghost wrote an application that the white house was going to put in to have the Citizenship Question added to the 2020 census and also help come up with a national and enforce Voting Rights act protections for immigrant communities. The mayor of the town of prestonburg, which is about 170 miles or so southeast of louisville, says it happened when a roof fell off of a home and hit a moving vehicle. An Airline Passenger is suing after he says another flyers emotional support dog attacked him and caused injuries so bad, workers had to rip out a bloodsoaked row of seats. This is all in a lawsuit against delta and that dogs owner. The lawsuit claims that delta didnt verify the dogs training or require the passenger to keep the dog in a kennel. The lawsuit says that the dog was seated on its owners lap when it growled at the plaintiff, a man named marlon jackson. The lawsuit says that the animal attacked his face, biting him several times and pinning him against the window of the plane. The folks with delta told fox news that they dont comment on pending litigation. That was it. They explained that last year delta tightened theyve policies on emotional support animals by requiring confirmation of animal training form as well as other official documentation. Airlines also banned pitbulls and animals under four months of age Action Service or support animals. Again, those changes happened last year. But this situation were talking about here happened a year earlier in 2017. Attorneys for the man who is suing says delta should have enforced the policies from the very beginning. They have their honey separate act. That act is broader. It also covers the companiontype dogs, the emotional support dogs. Delta has to follow the laws and regulations in that act. What theyre allowed to do, theyre allowed to have discretion, set their own rules and regulations. So they can say, you know, if we think this affects the health and safety of our passengers, we can limit the animals from coming on board. Theyre allowed to limit the size of the animals. So they will make new rules to try to limit the types of animals and how big the animals are. So i think because they didnt follow their own rules, they will face liability in this case.
