The third element the report looks at police lawfulness, three members of the monitor reviewed the stoppage officers wearing cameras were more often judged unlawful compared to officers without cameras. Finally after surveys of 14,000 people the report found no change in public perception, the study argues one year is not enough time. This year protesters marched demanding justice and police reform.
