She is right that infanticide is technically illegal under federal law and so she should join with us and wanting to make sure that the work around to active infanticide, smothering a baby that survives an abortion, is a just a technique we know exist now. And so we should pass all laws that make sure that babies who survive and abortion have the same level of medical care that any other baby was born a at the same gestational stage has. And so what she said there is that this is about creating all of these ambiguities. Please read the law come as it it doesnt require any doctors to prolong the suffering and paa baby who was actually dying. These are for babies who live through an abortion attempt. You have to give the medical care. The fundamental question is does the senate want to stand on the side of the most vulnerable among us . Most of our rallies, 1825 of our attendees are registered democrats. Roughly 2530 percent did not vote in 2016. So we are feeling like the support for donald trump is even bigger than it was in 2016. Listen, they are very different candidates as well. You look at the fact that Bernie Sanders i has been a politician for 40 plus years. He wasnt a politician until he got to the race in 2016. What is Bernie Sanders have this show . I think he passed maybe two bills. Donald trump on the other hand has created 7 million new jobs. Lowest unemployment in the history of this country. He has given us back our standing on the world stage finally as the United States of america again. So they couldnt be more different candidates. Bernie sanders can try to take from the trump playbook, but i dont think he has the support out there. Okay, so the president has made it through the molar report, impeachment. The department of justice has withdrawn the to warrant a request saying they were illegal. And in january of 2017, the primary russian sub source told for members of the department and the fbi that the dossier was a bunch of bartok and hearsay. And not reliable. A lot of people digging into this. Do you think that the chairman will get any farther than anybody else has so far . Durham probably has a little bit more power and his criminal investigation that he is conducting. I think its very important everything the fbi does whether its fisa or whether its the Law Enforcement powers its all laws passed by congress. I think its very important that congress understands how the powers that they have authorized have been used. And if those powers need to be revised or extended, or however adjusted based on what happened. We make sure that they pass laws that addressed the 21st century challenges. Fundamentally, we do need some accountability. And i think the American People continue to wait to understand who made these decisions, who exercised judgment in using this unverified and unverifiable dossier. I think Lindsey Graham and his committee are going to have a lot of questions to ask and i hope they get some answers. Do you think that the American People can have confidence that chairman graham or the special investigator durham, that they will get the answer is that there will be some accountability if there was any wrongdoing cosmic obsolete. Again, i think durham has the most, strongest case. As to how this investigation started. But at the same time, i think the American People are used to congressional hearings and i think Lindsey Graham and his committee has some really good lawyers on that committee especially people like mike lee and ted cruz and others. I think they will be able to get some answers and hopefully they can hold people accountable by shining a light on what happened to. Oh, okay. I want to ask you also there is a new public charge moving forward. The Supreme Court granted the process for this to move forwa forward. But anyway, there were essentially it said it allowed immigration officials to look at someone applying for a great guard to say if you are relying on government benefits, we can use that in making a decision about the green card. I think the United States should always try to attract the best and the brightest from around the world. We are the most generous people. Thats exactly whats going to happen. The first thing that must happen. You dont bring him to l. A. And then bring him back for sentencing. He will be sentenced, im predicting at least 15 years in prison. This judge is not playing. She reprimanded him. No opportunity to flee. No opportunity to give them a slap on the wrist. I know this judge is going to hit them hard. Then he will go out to l. A. And possibly phase consecutive time. Okay, so the atlantic said this is a story. How the flood of victims becomes a trickle of. So even though a couple of convictions, there are many who have come forward, very frightening for them to do in the beginning. If you read her book or the other accounts, the women for decades didnt say anything about this. Do you think they will be encouraged or discouraged by this verdict today . I think a grudge. Look, some victims who testified were not believed in this case. Or they just had reasonable doubt. It is always been difficult to secure convictions in cases like this. However, this is an encouraging moment. The tide has changed politically. We feel like there is a chance that people will be believed in the system and so this verdict speaks to that.
