So, our facilities were not designed to handle this type of more importantly this demographic about 63 being family units and uacs or unaccompanied alien children. Steve on the big board we have some of the numbers you are talking about. I understand in march in the phoenix area you we leased 14,500. In south texas 37,500. In el paso, 24,000, in san diego 8500. I know, the huma huma arizona mayor declared a state of emergency if 25,000 people get dropped at your doorstep, what happens to those folks . As i have said before, we are being overwhelmed right now. Our facilities just simply werent designed to handle this type of flow or demographic. So, with that, we had we have had to look at for the safety of our agents and for those that we detained releasing process noncriminal family units which we dont want to do. We want to apply a consequence but with the outdated laws we simply cannot apply a consequence with what we have right now. Steve sure. So far this fiscal year Border Patrol alone since march 19th has released over 30,000 processed noncriminal family units. And thats, again, thats not what we want to be doing. But, just a simple flow and the demand on our agents and the safety of our agents and those in our custody force us to do it. Steve chief, there is new video i believe from over the weekend from the border shows families trying to create a distraction by surrendering to Law Enforcement while other migrants are at another location crossings border illegally. They hear this through social media they hear this through family phone calls and even on the radio in south america they hear this type of material and its not surprising smuggling organizations utilizing these family units to create a distraction so they single adults can sneak through since they dont have children. Well, i went actually to his bank early in january, to get a printout, wells, first to close his accounts and i asked for a print out of all of his debit card transactions. And, banking transactions. And noticed that he had withdrawn money in playa dell carmen, mexico, november 9th, early in the morning. I noticed two attempted withdrawals from atms ms in Oklahoma City on december 7th. Because we froze his account shortly after his murder, they were unsuccessful. Steve kris you think there was possibility he was murdered after he did a withdrawal at an atm, they forced him to give them his number, right . Yes. When i was at the Police Department looking at the video, because ultimately i used to build banks and i know that atms have cameras. And so when i got the information, i took it to the Police Department, they forwarded it on to the Oklahoma City police. And, they in turn got the video from the bank which i watched. And it appears that the person sticking the atm card into the atm machine knew his pin number, because he made four attempts punching in a number. Of course they were all unsuccessful. Well, we, you know the frustration is, weve been asking for the Mexican Government to cooperate with our fbi and invite them into the investigation. To this date they have not done so. This prison known as the Federal Correctional Institution in otisville. He will be housed in dorm story style unit in the minimum security.
