Heather dan, im sorry, youre going in and out in my ear but i did want to ask you, you yourself, you were an iraq war veteran, you received Mental Health through the va, what does the Mental Health what does the va do to help these veterans when it comes to Mental Health . Well, i will just say that the va has a lot of great programs and resources that you could access, theres also a lot of great programs to offer to private sector, i will say that the va has vet center program, they have programs specifically tailored for female vets, programs that are tailored for veterans like myself that recent returned from iraq or iran conflict. You cannot take people that ask for asylum hearing and bus them to a different part of the United States, when they have a hearing they would not be able to make the hearing, the president of the United States asking people to break the law and when they dont, they either resign or he fires them in Homeland Security and thats exactly what happened. Heather its interesting youre making the argument, a lot of people are breaking the law to begin with and asylum is an international and United States law, theyre not illegal, theyre asking for asylum, its legal process. If you then just take people in and ship them to a different part of the country where they cant come back to hearing then they become illegal. President trump is actually trying to create more illegal people in the country than not and as far as people bringing their kids in, imagine, put yourself in shoes of a mother that is fleeing violence enough to be able to daughters or sons border, try to do this and the more we shut down legal ports of entry which is what President Trump has done, the more illegal immigration. The president is looking at this as political issue not humanitarian issue, putting kids in cages is not american values. Heather the Previous Administration did as well.
