The only date in the constitution is january 20, so we have more than enough time to right the wrong of this fraudulent election result, and certify donald trump as the winner of the election. As we speak, today, and ultimate slate of electors in the contested states is going to vote and were going to send those results up to congress. This will ensure that all of our legal remedies remain open. That means that if we win these cases in the courts, that we can direct that the ultimate state of electors be certified. The state legislatures in georgia, wisconsin, pennsylvania , can do the same, and likewise, congress has that opportunity as well, to do the right thing. If you just cured three simple constitutional defects, donald trump is the winner of this election. Whether its the signature matching in georgia that was illegally changed as a result of a Consent Decree without the legislatures approval or whether its the hundreds of thousands of improperlycast ballots in wisconsin, absentee voters who never actually submitted the request for an absentee ballot or whether youre talking in pennsylvania the clear equal protection violation when democrat ballots were cured in advance of election day and republican ballots were, these are just three of hundreds of violations that weve documented and those three violations alone make donald trump the winner of the 2020 election. Steve right and we know that your legal team has litigated that. Youve not had any success with it so far, but steven, explain if you will, what these trump electors are going to do today, because you know if a state went for joe biden, everybody votes for joe biden. Youre saying the trump electors are going to come in and say hold on. Were not going to go along with it and cast our votes for donald trump. Thats right. You have an ultimate slate of electors in a state like say wisconsin or in a state like georgia and well make sure that those results are sent up side by side, to congress, so that we have the opportunity, every day between now and january 20, to say that slate of electors and the contested states is the slate that should be certified to uphold a fair and free election and an honest result. As you know, as youve covered weve all talked about, there were millions of ballots that were cast in violation of plain state law, federal law, the u. S. Constitution. You have underage voters you have voters with felony criminal records just qualified from voting in their states, you have nonresident, noncitizens, voters who are deceased, you have voters who havent lived in the state for years, and you add all of these together and you have donald trump winning the state of georgia, winning the state of arizona, winning the state of wisconsin, winning the state of pennsylvania and i could go on, so thats what these ultimate electors are going to do to preserve our rights to ensure an accurate and honest result to this election. Ainsley so stephen, a fox news poll 77 of Trump Supporters believed he was robbed, 68 of republicans believe the election was stolen and 10 of democrats said that they agreed too but whats your next step . The Supreme Court already reject ed this. How do you plan on, whats the next quiver, what did nancy pelosi say arrow in your quiver . Well we have open election challenges and all the contested states. Take wisconsin for example. That is still working its way through the system and if you look at what happened in wisconsin, wisconsin has a state law that says in order to vote, by mail, you have to apply, but in democrat precincts, instead, they solicited hundreds of thousands of votes from people who never applied to be absentee voters. We have no idea who these people are. We have no idea if they are even eligible to vote in their state or how many fraudulent ballots were included but we do know that those votes were cast in clear violation of federal law and it is also a clear violation of the equal protection clause as well, because Republican Voters were not solicited to issue those same ballots. Thats still being worked through as we speak and in georgia, any day, the state legislature could stand up and require signature verification in that state. That one act, that one act, would give donald trump the state of georgia. There was a rejection rate of mailin ballots of over 6 in 2016. After the illegal Consent Decree , that was done without a legislature approval, it went down to a third of 1 at the same time as the number of mailin ballots increased exponentially. Guys, thats not possible unless there is massive fraud. Brian stephen so if there were underage people voting and criminals voting, if there was illegal ballots cast, your legal team, in almost every state, 50 times lost, so do you have the worst legal team who just dont seem to be presenting good case or you just too late in this case should have been brought before the election . We did bring this case before the election, but what you have to appreciate and realize is that the pressure from the corrupt Corporate Media to make everybody cave and bend is overwhelming. It is overwhelming and so yes, judges are caving. Yes, politicians are caving. We need heros to step up and do the right thing. Ask yourself this question. If democrats really believe, if Democrat Officials really believe that these results are lawful and honest, why are they opposing an audit of the vote . Why are they opposing that we take the ballots, we take the envelopes and we actually match them up to real human beings . Do you realize that in not one state thats been contested, theyve actually done a forensic analysis of the vote to see how many illegal aliens and dead people voted. Democrats have opposed that at every single step of the way. Meanwhile, weve tweeted out the names and the pictures of the dead people that voted in this election. Thats just what weve been able to find. Imagine if you did a forensic analysis of the vote. Think about it. Yeah, this is what i wrote about a few weeks ago and i called the death star strategy that seemed to be unfolding and that is to force a fight on the floor of congress that has happened around 1870 we had the type of challenge that occurred with the hastehilden election and its very hard to do and its very unlikely to succeed but they can force a question to the presiding officer who be Vice President pence, but i still dont see the votes that be available to make that type of shot successful. Ainsley how does that work . What do you mean . They would vote, everyone would cast one vote for who they wanted to be president . Well to challenge this type of issue you need a member of both houses. One senator, one house member. The democrats did this , by the way, without all of the criticism were seeing today , but they actually did it in 2016 to try to block the votes in ohio. This be a more comprehensive challenge. That did not work in 2016, to their credit some democrats condemned that effort. I think theyd have a hard time bringing some of the republicans in on that effort if they try it and it does seem like theyre laying the ground work for it. Brian so jonathan i talked to you before the president s interview just to get a sense of william barr did the right thing and the president is very disappointed, to say the least, with the attorney general. Not talking about hunters investigation, listen to this exchange. Jonathan turley said that he had no choice, he would have been like it would have been like james comey again. President trump all he had to do is say an investigation is going on. When you affect an election, bill barr, frankly, did the wrong thing. When they are saying things, making statements, and the press is purposely not reporting it, bill barr, i believe, not believe, i know, had an obligation to set the record straight, just like Robert Mueller said the record straight he said it straight. A very bad thing was said and it was a false article, a false statement and Robert Mueller stood up and he said that is a false statement, and that was a great thing. Brian so is the analogy there . Im afraid its not this be pulling a comey not a mueller. I understand the president s point but hes referring to a buzzfeed story which was false and when that buzzfeed story came out various legal experts immediately called for impeachment, that Michael Cohen had been told by President Trump to lie in congress, which was false, but keep in mind, the Mueller Investigation was already public. It was actually wrapping up. He was preparing his final report and what he released dealt with a case that was closed. Michael cohen who already plead ed guilty and so what he was doing was saying look thats not the evidence in the cohen matter that we dealt with. Thats very different from what the president is suggesting. Moreover, what the president would have had bill barr do would have violated a host of department of justice policies and practices. It also, by the way, would have been exactly what the democrats wanted because they were calling to terminate these investigation s. If barr had done that, if he had pulled comey they would have pulled the plug on these investigations. The way he did it is going to be hard for them to terminate these investigations even in a biden administration. Steve speaking of hunter biden real quickly, ron johnson, the senator yesterday, made it very clear that hunter biden and joe bidens brother jim and five other associates of theres are not responding to the Senate Committees that would like to get some answers. Are you surprised by that . No, i think ive been writing about hunter biden for a long time. These are very serious allegations that the media had a blackout on and now, they are struggling to explain why, but these are very serious allegations and theres evidence to support them.
