Against him because of his mexican heritage. Martha it feels like we are in tuesday already. The Presumptive Republican nominee pushing back against allegations of racism. Hes insisting the judge in the Trump University case who was born in indiana may not be able to fairly rule on the Trump University case because the judges parents hails from mexico. I have had horrible rulings. I have been treated unfairly by this judge. This judge is of mexican heritage. Im building a wall. No mek cans can be involved in a case that involves you . Hes involved in a society thats pro mexico. Bill speaker Newt Gingrich says he has gone too far. He has every right to criticize a june and say the decisions arent right and the attorneys can file to move the venue to another judge. But this judge was born in indiana, period. This is an uphill climb for donald trump. Hes been endorsed by paul ryan and all democrats. On the other hand you have to remember that he doesnt back down havent. He was on fox and friends this morning and didnt back down and i dont expect him to. Does anything like that get through to you and make you reform your tactics when somebody who been a supporter of yours comes out and says its a huge mistake. All im trying to do is figure out why im being treated unfairly by a judge. The former attorney general said first its just wrong to make this sort of accusation based solely on heritage. It goes against Court Decisions that said ethnicity is not a valid challenge to a judges decision. On the other hand gonzalez made clear it would have been okay to point out that the judge said he was a member of a group called la raza lawyers, san diego, and a lawyer in the case had given zillions of dollars to Hillary Clinton. Bill its not normal to see how few republicans come to his defense. Members like bob corker or Mitch Mcconnell were asked about it. They really dont want to talk about it and they are not defending what trump is staying in this particular instance. Byron york there in washington, d. C. , leading our analysis today. Martha Hillary Clinton on the cusp of the democratic nomination. She is 56 delegates shy of the number needed to secure the nomination. Taking into account all the mentioned superdelegates, she should be over the top in new jersey tomorrow. But the polls are razor thin in california between clinton and sanders. She may not need california, but sanders could make this interesting. It will give him a lot of leverage, perhaps. Bill she has been appealing to him over the weekend. Thats what she did 8 years ago on june 7. The man tapped as the antitrump candidate will not go for the job. David french said he will not run on a third party ticket. He says im not the right guy for the job. That was shortlived. Martha the irs coming clean on the list of Tea Party Groups it targeted for scrutiny. It came only after federal judges became fed up with the federal agency for dragging its feet. What took so long for the irs to produce this list. Reporter the pressure to do so was exerted by a series of frustrated federal judges and not the congress. The irs produced the documents as part of a class action lawsuit. They believe the list grew larger once the irs knew it was being investigated. He believes the irs added more liberal groups to protect itself from allegations of bias. Packing its own internal list of targeted groups to support its narrative. The Tea Party Patriots tweeted this. Its time to impeach coul koskin for failure to comply with a subpoena. Martha who is on the list. There are 420 names on the list which is large their than the Inspector General believed there was when he identified 290 groups. Four other groups opted out of the class action lawsuit. The Washington Times reported 60 of the groups had tea if their names, others has 8 yot and liberty in their names. Martha where are the outcries of the liberal groups on that list. Bill terrorist suspect armed to the teeth arrested in the nick of time Authorities Say was targeting one of the countrys biggest sports events. Even his own employees called it a fraudulent scheme. Martha france has been the site of a string of horrific terror attacks. French police say they are supplying 90,000 security forces. Donald trump is a fraud. Donald trump has preyed on people and taken them by asking them to max out their credit cards, to appoint financial despair and walked away. I will let the lawsuits go on. Bill that might be called a repeat performance. Democrats said to be dusting off the romney playbook trying portray trump as a heartless man. John sununu, author of the quiet man. Does it work against trump or is this a different animal . This will be a wild campaign. Donald trumps best defense is the traditional ploy of strong offense. He will go after hillary for putting all her money in her pocket from the peripheral activities of the clinton foundation. The email issue that is really i think a strong issue that has not been effectively used politically by Bernie Sanders. What sanders has done is he undermined a good portion of the democratic base. She wont be able to do what obama did so easily and that is get the protection of the press. Every time the Romney Campaign tries to attack the news cycle of the response was measured in minutes and they would go on to what the Obama Campaign put out. I think hillary will find out she will have a much more difficult time. Bill people said romney did not hit back hard enough four years ago. Trump seems to be a little more difficult to land a punch. He knows how to change a subject. Hes very good at responding on an attack on a with a response on b. And he has done a much better job of playing the press. Both the conservative press and liberal press. I think shell find out she is not going to be treated as kindly in the press by the liberal press as barack obama was. Bill you also seem to think hes got plenty of ammunition against her. I think she under estimates the size of the playbook against her. We talked about two or three of the principle issues. But the playbook is probably a foot snaf high. She may think the bad days of her past are behind her. But when its resurrected, it will give her problems. A former secret service and all the ladies claiming they were molested by bill clinton will be part of it. Bill the polls suggest this race is razor tight. Some suggest trump has done better because he wrapped up his nomination earlier. Do you believe this race is as tight as the polling suggests. I dont think the polling in this cycle is reflecting full sentiment out there. I just think there is a lot of people who arent expressing their feeling. There are people supporting trump who wont want to give the pollsters that answer. There are people uncomfortable with what trump said over the weekend. But individuals may have those same feeling, even though they know they are going to vote for them, not feel they want to communicate that in any public or semi public mechanism. Bill does that stay that way through november . Because if it does it suggests polling throughout. I dont know what would happen in terms of attitude by the electorate. There will be two or three cycles in this campaign. You have the cycle between now and the conventions. You have the conventions themselves. Trump said its going to be a different convention. Then you will have what they are both formally anointed as nominees the process will go record. The third and fourth and fifth Party Candidates will play an attitude in peoples polling. I think anyone who tries to predict how this will go, i think they dont understand. Bill what do you mean by third, fourth and party tickets. You have a libertarian ticket that consists of two former republican governors. Then you are going to have who knows what will come out of the left as another party in this campaign. There is so much opportunity for mischief because of the high negatives of both of the candidates, that i think its hard to predict what will or wont happen as a result of other campaigns. Bill john sununu in new hampshire, thank you. Martha already rising homicide on city streets in america. We are seeing crime rates in this city we have not seen in decade. The f. B. I. Director sounding the alarm. I dont know what the answer is, but holy cow do we have a problem. Thousands of people came out today to run the race for retirement. So we asked them. Are you completely prepared for retirement . Okay, mostly prepared . Could you save 1 more of your income . It doesnt sound like much, but saving an additional 1 now, could make a big difference over time. Im going to be even better about saving. You can do it, it helps in the long run. Prudential bring your challenges bill the family of the 3yearold boy who climbed into the gorilla complex. Michelle gregg, the boys mother was at her son at the zoo when he got inside the gorilla exhibit which prompted authorities to shoot and kill the gorilla harambe inside that enclosure. Well find out at 11 00 eastern whether authorities will press charges. Martha a main crime in some u. S. Cities. Last month chicago reported 66 murders. Thats a 40 increase from the same period last year. And Authorities Say they are not sure why chicago is seeing such an increase. The people dying are almost entirely black and latino men. Its being reported on at local levels. But in my view its not getting the attention at the national level. Im not sure what the answer is but holy cow do we have a problem. Martha hes not just talking about chicago. Hes also talking about st. Louis memphis, detroit and others. We are seeing numbers we havent seen in decade. Whats going on out there . This is a troubling trend. The director is correct in bringing this to everyones attention. This would be great if it became part of the National Conversation during this elect year. What we are seeing is 1950 levels. The academics will tell you the crime reductions the last 20 years have been steep and brought us back to a point we havent seen vince the 1950s. Academics say when does this bottom out and when do we see this stop. We have to Pay Attention to whether its a spike or a trend. But every life is precious and its important we follow the directors direction and do something about it immediately before this does become an overall trend. Martha everybody point to three or four things. Heroin is one of the issues. The other one is this fear of police that they will end up on youtube. The attention certain cases have gotten in this country, you think about ferguson and other incidences. But we do not hear day to day about the immense issue of black and black crime. Latino crime that the director pointed out. Why is no one yelling from the rooftops about the injustice and the loss of life within these community that need more attention . I agree, the loss of life is staggering. And there are many reasons for it. Its drugs, its gangs. Its available guns. You lump all these things together. There are figure strategies that we should be pursuing. But we have to have an honest conversation about it. The number of People Killed every year in violence our cities is outstripping the number of people lost in war zones. When that happens we have to get it on the front burner. Martha are Police Holding back because they are afraid they will be seen doing on on a tape that could be a career ender. Police are affected like anyone else. But i believe the average officer on the street is going to do their duty no matter what happens. These aberrations we have seen, where we see real violence occurring, these are not the form. The officers are risking their lives. And we have to rely on the good officers out there to continue to do their duty and i think that will happen. Martha many minority officers have lost their lives in the line of duty trying to protect these community. Why is it places like boston are sought seeing the same problems. Community police. We introduces Community Policing in the early 90s. Our relationship with the community is really strong. We are using data to drive our decisions and its based on academically proven strategies that reduce those causal factors. If you continue to do that and stay close to. Martha in ferguson and elsewhere it would be great to hear a more forceful argument being made for the other arguments for the murder happening every day. Bill there is a bombshell new book, a tellall on the clintons. What a former secret Service Agent posted outside the oval office says about the first lady and the evidence he personally destroyed. Martha isis is killing its own members. Well explain in a moment. They brought this on themselves. Now its war, and i want them dead the fleas and ticks . Their whole gang. We can do that. Sand is available for those who need it. Thousands of bags have been filled for the weekend. Im told the Emergency Management is expected to make decisions soon on how to proceed. They say the most chance for tornado activity is through this evening. They are already asking the workers inside the Emergency Operations center to think about the possibility of this operation stretching into the overnight hours. Bill our best to everybody down there out of fox tampa. Martha an explosive new book on the clintons time in the white house. An explosive new book is about to telltales of screaming matches, and even a black eye and branding Hillary Clintons behavior jekhill and hyde. He says so concerned were they at destroying their real or imagined enemies that governing became an afterthought. Matt schlapp, former political director under george w. Bush and chairman of the American Conservative Union and maryanne marsh former secretary to june kerry. Everyone thinks the clinton scandals are about sex. And what we are see being the clintons is about something totally different. Its about them having a separate set of rules. And there are basic questions of character. Not just covering up infidelities. But how they treated their colleagues. When i came into the white house after that 2000 election i had white house staff tell similar types of stories. Its how they roll and the American People should know it. Lets take quotes from the book. The secret Service Agent said i secretly disposed of sordid physical evidence. The blue dress wasnt the only evidence of his misdeeds. There was a box containing a light blue vase. Hes talking about a time when he claims Hillary Clinton flung the vase across the room and smashed it to bits. He went on to talk about a shiern, a black eye bill clinton was Walking Around the white house with after a particularly difficult argument. Maryanne what do you make of this . This book is one more example of where this campaign is going, which is straight to the gutter. A really negative campaign is the best bill clinton is looking for. People get turned off by negative campaigns and they wont vote. He wants this to be a base vote election. Do other voters repudiate this kind of campaign and turn out to vote in droves . If its just a base vote and trump wants women in particular to stay home by characterizing the clintons this way, thats the one he wins. Thats what a book like this contributes to. What kind of impact does it have on the overall race . I think thats right. I think voters benefit from knowing more information. I know Everyone Wants to talk about trump and trumps campaign. This gentleman wrote there is book because he felt compelled to write about it. Hoik acted a certain way during all the years her husband was in the white house and it wasnt all positive and its something voters need to know. I think the character of the person who is going to become president and the way they operate is important. We read a lot about donald trump. Its important know who is Hillary Clinton as a person. How does she treat people. How did she treat the very people who were there to protect her life. Books like this raise one question. Why did you write it now. She is running for president. Hillary clinton ran for president 8 years ago and this book wasnt written. There have been lots of books and Hillary Clinton has been discussed in many different ways for decades. So then it says for people who dont like the children tons, this recontinue forces it. I think for the rest of the country who has not decided where they will go in this election, it wont that big a factor. I think that in particular is exactly the kind of thing we can reject. Martha some ar are saying these activities and stories are out there. The reality of some of these stories put it there. There are young voters who are maybe not aware that all of us lived through and it goes to filling in some of the blanks. Its also a question of these specific allegations. Were you there, matt . If this is false and not true, i want to hear why its false and not true. Quit going after the author. The fact is, matt, you dont have the facts and i dont have the facts. Hillary clinton has the facts. Martha the secret Service Agent says this is the story of he lived when he was in the white house. Well see, mary anne, thank you very much. Matt, good to see you as always. Bill Hillary Clinton questioned about her email server. Clinton insists she did nothing wrong. Martha honoring the greatest generation 72 years after dday. Bill 14 years later and its still going felon that country. Isis executing dozen of their own fighters, searching for anyone who might be talk together United States after the killing of several top commanders. Retired four star general jack keane. He slow to you. It has been documented they are killing their own because they are afraid and paranoid on the inside. You believe thats how this group crumbles. Explain. I always believed isis greatest weakness was inside itself. Several hundred fighters organized by albaghdadi and moved into syria, and in less than two years they number 3. ,000. Number they number 30,000. So their cohesion was an issue. When they were surk seeding it was fine. But now its starting to crumble because they are not trusting one another. The United States has been able to kill some leaders. Now they are picking up people wholesale and killing them on speculation and not on. Bill we are watching people drive out of town like raqqa and we know who they are because they have told us on the inside, and then you pop them, right . Thats essentially it. These are selective cases. This isnt happening every single day. But it has happened with a degree of frequency. And also the pressure that has been brought to bear on isis is a factor. They lost territory, they lost a bunch of their financing. They are recruiting from a peak of 2,000 to less than 200. And their brand is being tarnished. All that being said, they are still a Resilient Organization defending a swath of territory. Bill if they are losing recruits and territory in iraq and syria, whats the state of the area today. They are expanding into syria and iraq and other affiliates. Libya close to 7,000 fighters and the sinai and afghanistan that are expanding. I think realistically they are still capable of motivating others to kill their fellow citizens in countries away from this fight in iraq and syria. That will not end until we destroy this organization. Bill 72 years since dday. Credit the leaders in dday. Despite the planning in england. Most of the credit has to go to the troops that brought those launchers in and those troops when the ramp was lowered, they knew full well death was almost a certainty. Our troops dont want to die, but what makes them different is they are willing to. Those troops on that day displayed that. They put at risk everything they cared about. The ability to have a long life. To be a parent, to have love in your life. To love and to be loved. Why did they do that . Why did they put all that at risk . That generation and generations serving today have done that. I believe out of a simple yet profound sense of duty. Believe me, this is true honor that we saw that day, and we have seen on evidence by our troops since that time. I want to credit fox news at never ever taking this kind of devotion for granted. Bill thank you, general. Jack keane from washington. We appreciate your commentary. Martha rehonor them on this day, all of those who lost their lives on d day and those who succeeded for the world. Mike, what do we know about the plans for this funeral and what we can expect . Reporter we keep hearing the question whether there will be a political element about the final farewell. He put his own plans in place with enough time to bypass any recent political developments. He arrived here in louisville yesterday and was accompanied by his family in keeping with his wishes. A Muslim Burial preparation will take place thursday. But everything will be interfaith. Rabbis, buddhists, mormons. And it will be one of inclusivity. This is not a political statement. The inclusiveness is not meant to send out a political statement. Its meant to reflect how he lived his entire life. Reporter freedom hall has been chosen for the service because thats the last place ali fought in louisville. The dalai lama has been invited but he send his regrets and wont be able to attend. Martha mourners coming out in full force in louisville . Reporter it seems hard to satisfy the appetites of people who want to pay their respects. There was an interfaith service, muslims, christians and jews celebrating the life of muhammad ali. Muhammad ali to me was the most generous, loving, kind person in the whole world. He was a great champion who had convictions and love. Reporter when the public memorial takes place you will notice the names of some of the youlsome theeulogists. Bill it will be beautiful. You can disagree whether he was the greatest. But he was what giant among us and so recognizable not just here, but everywhere in the world. He once said i could go to any house and they would invite me in. Martha he was one of the first star athletes in a time when tell vague media was so much more simple. There were just a few channels you could watch. When he was doing something, everybody gathered around the tv and watched what he had to say. He was an eloquent spokesman for his religious beliefs. It was a complicated time. But what we face now, in some ways it seems so much more simple. Bill report that Top Republican leaders are starting to worry about donald trump. They are saying its time for the brash businessman to change his tone. Hillary clinton trying to steal the deal on the nomination and Bernie Sanders shows no signs of giving in today. Hillary clinton i want to finish strong here in california. It means the world to me. Martha so Hillary Clinton is now on the cusp of what many said was hers to lose from the beginning, the democratic nomination. But before she can claim victory she still faces a very close fight in california with a lot of ramifications if she does not pull out a win there. Brand new hour of americas newsroom. Glad to have you with us today, im martha maccallum. Bill ill bill hemmer. Brutal battle finally coming to an end. Hillary clinton said to clinch the number of delegates necessary in new jersey tomorrow. When you add in the superdelegates she gets to the mark. The candidates are neckandneck in california. Bernie sanders says he will win there and fight all the way to the convention in philadelphia. Here is where the delegate count stands at the moment according to ap. Hillary clinton needs less than 30 delegates to wrap it up after winning puerto rico saturday afternoon. Martha the rcp average of polls shows them nearly tied into tomorrows primary. Either way Hillary Clinton says she will be the nominee. I think if you look at the popular vote, look at the majority of pledged delegates i should have captured those by tuesday but im going to keep fighting hard here in california and in the other states that are voting on tuesday because i want to get as strong a vote as i possibly can. Bill Jennifer Griffin watching all this live in lynwood, california. Good morning, jennifer. How are the candidates spending their last day on the primary campaign trail today . Reporter bill, were here in mexico plaza in lynwood, california, an indication just how important the latino vote will be here in california. 30 of the voters are latino. Secretary clinton will be here in just about two hours and address some of those voters. As you mentioned she will not be here in california on tuesday. She will be in new jersey about three hours ahead of when the polls close here in california. Her campaign released a scathing advertisement this morning stringing together the constant rebuke of trumps recent comments about judge gonzalo curio who is over his trump u case. This comes from prominent republicans. That is what makes it so scathing. Bernie sanders campaigned with young people who still say they are voting for him. The polls though that clinton and sanders here in california are just one or two points apart. It will be a nailbiter here in california but again clinton will be back on the east coast tomorrow night. Bill what are you picking up between the clinton and sanders camps . How are they treating each other, jennifer . Reporter it is still extremely cool at best. We were at a bill clinton rally in East Los Angeles yesterday and he had very strong words for some bernie protesters who disrupted his remarks. I dont want to pick a fight but if i were them i would be screaming too, if you figure this out theyre toast for election day. The Democratic National convention will be a contested convention. We do have rules you know. This is still a democracy. And somebody will have more votes and someone will have more delegates. Reporter so clinton will be in brooklyn tomorrow night where she expects to make history as the first female presumptive nominee for the democratic nomination to run for president. Bill, back to you. Bill Jennifer Griffin, good to have you back, lynwood, california. Thank you, jen. Martha meanwhile donald trump doubling down on his comments on the judge in the Trump University case. He is facing criticism from both sides after saying that the judge, he believes is unable to be fair in this case because he is mexican. It has been pointed out the judge was born in indiana, his parents are of mexican descent. He went further in the comments, a muslim judge perhaps would also create a conflict of interest given Donald Trumps positions. Listen to some of this. He is a member of a club or society, very strongly promexican, which is all fine but i say he has bias. Im talking about common sense, okay . He is somebody, he is proud of his heritage. I think that is great. Youre saying a barrier to do the job. Go before the judge he lets her out. He can let her out but you have to dismiss the case. Im confuse what his mexican parents have to do with that. I want to build a wall. I dont think it is very confusing. Has nothing to do with anything except come on nonsense. We have to be stop being so politically correct this country and we need a little more common sense, john. If it were a muslim judge would you feel like they wouldnt be able to treat you fairly because of that possible . It is possible, yes, that would be possible, absolutely. Martha fox news senior political analyst brit hume joins us now. Hi, martha. Martha good to see you. There is a lot in there. What are your thoughts on the old thing . There is the old adage when youre in a hole stop digging. Trump clearly dug himself a hole on judge curio that he was mexican. He is not a mexican but an american, in the same way so many of us are americans with foreign heritage that is the american story. There is no evidence in anything that trump said that judge curio ethnic background. He does not have a leg to stand on. It was denounced by both leaders of both political parties. What does he do . He turns around and make as slightly similar comment about a muslim judge unnamed. Meanwhile of course, martha, he is in this rather advantageous moment for him or what could be because he wrapped up the nomination of his party earlier than expected. He doesnt have to worry about attacking his republican opponents anymore although attacks on republican critics, or those who havent jumped on his band wagon, what he says do nothing to advance his case against Hillary Clinton which he has a clear opportunity to do. It does nothing to advance his cause among ethnic minority groups that might, who support he might need, to get at least some of, so, this is, this could be seriously regarded as political malpractice. Martha you know, Newt Gingrich is one of the worst mistakes he thinks trump has made. He called it inexcusable. This from a person considered on the list perhaps to be the vice president. It is, donald trump has a way of sort of being hamfisted in the way he talked about these things. Underlying sentiment when he says i think im being treated unfairly and heres why he has an association with certain organizations he believes are antitrump there is substance under there that makes sense but the headline, well he is mexican. But he is not mexican. This gets everybody up in arms. You have paul ryan sputtering what is going on. Other republicans saying that is not the way we do business. What the is overall impact and why is he getting caught up in this stuff when there are some other things he could be talking about or not talking about . This is exactly what i think worry as lot of people about trump. He has been suggesting for a long time that once the republican field was cleared and he was the nominee, that he would campaign in a different way, or behave differently and begin to you know, enlarge his base which, you know, is a significant part of the republican electorate but, you know, is distinct minority of the national electorate. He needs to build on that. That takes selfdiscipline. You figure out what you want to do day by day or week by week, you relentlessly stay on message about that and drive the point home with the electorate. You dont let yourself get distracted into, you know, feuds suggesting some ethnic prejudice on your part with, on matters that have nothing to do with the campaign. And this Trump University lawsuit, while it may be an embarassment to the campaign is not about the campaign. So its, makes people worry that whatever he says on a given day will be canceled by something he says the next day. Martha yeah. That he is there for undependable general election candidate who could lead the party as some republicans worry, to a general election slaughter in which you know, the down ballot candidates would all be in jeopardy, including possibly even if it is bad enough the majority of the house of representatives. Martha yeah. Well see, long term whether this is all damaging or not damaging, but it does feel like the sam pain has not made a pivot. We talked about a pivot from so long from the primary posture to general election posture. And were going to be talking about this for weeks and months to come. Brit, thank you very much for weighing. Bill well mess with the map now martha, to let you know what is happening. Last primary day, primary battle in new jersey in the east and california in the west. A lot of attention on wednesday will be on the electoral map and Hillary Clinton and donald trump stack up. We have done this, done the following. By the way we think she starts at 217, trump would start at is is 160. 270 is the magic number. Blue is democrat, red is republican and you can see how Hillary Clinton start at 217, where does she go to win the white house . Ohio and florida put her, take that back again, sorry. Ohio, and florida would put her at 264 which is just six shy. So if she gets those two states, anywhere she could go, colorado, nevada, that gets her to 270 that is needed. Take those off the board and find out what trump does. Say he gets typical republican states like arizona, like a georgia, like a north carolina, he is still battling. For the sake of this argument, give him ohio around florida and he is it still shy, even with arizona and north carolina, you see how high of a hurdle he has on the electoral map. If he were able to do this, you know, 18 shy. That is part of reason why he keeps talking about pennsylvania, because that would give him number needed to win the white house. So were going to mess with this thing. There is a mill scenarios you can plug into it. Well even do it online tuesday. You can mess around with it at home, not at work but at home. Martha we can do it at work. We get to do it at work. Thank you, bill. Meanwhile the Republican Party appearing to rally around its nominee. He is a good man. He wants good things for the country. We will agree on many things. Were not going to agree on all things but were going to agree on many things. Martha talking about paul ryan there. Already reports of heartburn at the highest level. As a commander, as a commander of my unit, im powerful. I am dedicated, and it is important that we recognize that gender does not limit us in the United States or [cheers and applause] bill congratulations. That is a big night. There she is in uniform. Barber plans to use her new title to shed light on issues that affect martha good job she did. More power to her. How about this . Apparently difference of opinion on the Inspector General report over Hillary Clintons email scandal. The state Department Audit finding her use after private server violated government rules. They said that very clearly in the i. G. Report. The democratic frontrunner appears to look at this whole thing differently because the report vindicated her because the rules were murky until she left after office. I would say it was a mistake, i would not do it again but i think the rules were not clarified until after i had left and the first secretary of state to use a government email account was john kerr hery, some months into his tenure. Those are the facts. Martha judge andrew napolitano, fox news senior judicial analyst. Judge, lets jump right in. Is she right about that . She is wrong. On her first day in office she receive ad two hour tutorial by two fbi agents which she signed a twopage oath. She acknowledged her so obligation to keep secure state secrets entrusted to her. Two weeks before she signed that oath she already engaged bryan pagliano, her Information Technology guy whom she made 5000 to migrate the public and secret email streams away from the government servers. Martha she believe she was keeping them secure. She says they were secure. They werent secure according to general Michael Hayden who ran the cia and nsa in the bush, george w. Bush administration, she was hacked by the russians, the chinese and the israelis. So, shes again misleading the public. The i. G. Report, the Inspector General report is damning to her. She can not compare herself to colin powell. He didnt use his own server. He replied about 3 dozen times using gmail on nonsecret matters. She diverted of 6,000 emails away from the government on to her own property. Martha look at one more piece of sound from this interview with George Stephanopoulos who pressed her quite a bit on this issue. Watch. You dont accept the conclusions of report because they say you were unmindful of rules. Everybody in the department knew that i was emailing from a personal address. Hundreds of people knew it. People around the government knew it. And you know, that was, what the practice had been and thats what i did as well. Martha they did all know it. I mean they all saw every time they got an email from her it was not coming from a dotgov address. She did her best to keep her email, we know this because we reviewed 33,000 emails that have been published of the 66,000 to within her inner circle. She did not want the rest of the state department to know what she was doing. She didnt want the president to know what she was doing. She didnt want this subject to the freedom of information act. This selfcreated crisis is blowing up in her face. The rules did not change. The oath that she signed, she signed on day one. She blatantly violated. She continues to lie. Here is the danger to her about trying to pull a fast one over on George Stephanopoulos. She may do that with him, friend and former employee. He is nice guy and not a lawyer and might not know the right followup questions. Every time she does this, she taunts and challenges yet again the federal prosecutors and fbi agents who will be interrogating her about this. Martha when . When is this going to happen . I think it will happen next couple weeks. Once new jersey and california primaries are over tomorrow, she will sit down with them and they will ask her questions she will not want to answer. Martha do you believe she will be indicted . I believe there is enough evidence to be indicted. Decision will be made by political branches. If fbi diligent work in this case is not vindicated president will have Serious Problems on his hands as will she. Martha judge, thank you very much. Always good to have you. Youre welcome. Jake reese, day to feel alive jake reese, day to feel alive jake reese, day to feel alive bill new investigation revealing some of those new offenses include Violent Crimes like attempted murder and rape. Rich edson is on the story. He is live in the white house there. Rich, what did the investigation find . Good mornings, bill. Boston globe examined 320 criminal cases in new england from 2008 to 2012. The paper says the federal officials were supposed to deport these folks send them back to the home countries. Instead the globe claimed they were released in secret, as manies 30 , 30 committed new crimes. However in 2011, immigration and Customs Enforcement reported a report, relatively low redetention rate of 7 . The globe says the review didnt find immigrants commit more crimes more than any other people in the United States but it does detail these isolated incidents where people are released, they are supposed to be deported, they are not, go back into the United States and never leave the United States and committed crimes at least in new england like rape, attempted murder and child molestation, bill. Bill congress is looking into this. What are they doing . Senator Chuck Grassley chairman of the Senate Judiciary committee. He recently released statistics that i. C. E. Told him 121 criminal aliens were released between 2010 and 2014 and they were charged with 135 homicides within the United States. In recent House Committee hearing, lawmakers claim that i. C. E. Is unilaterally deciding to let these folks go. You released them back out into the public and they commit more crimes. How do you look those people in the eye . How do you go back to a family and say, you know, they were in our detention we thought it would be better to let them out into the United States of america . Over 2 3 of the criminal releases were as a result of the Supreme Court telling us we had to release someone. It wasnt i. C. E. Choosing to do so. Reporter i. C. E. In a good, clean salad, every ingredient is the main ingredient. The new Green Goddess cobb with avocado, bacon, freshly made dressing, tomato. And chicken. At panera. Food as it should be. Florida are bracing for letting and Tropical Storm holly closes in on the coast. The storm is picking up speed as it had north. Parts of the state already under a warning as the governor tells folks they really need to be prepared. Meteorologist ray molina, live in the fox extreme weather center. What you know about the storm at this point . Its been active season already and we are a couple of days into this. We already at the third named storm, Tropical Storm colin and it has intensified somewhat. It has maximum speed wins at 50 Miles Per Hour with stronger gusts but a lot of the thunderstorm activity actually centeredtoward the east of the center of circulation so that does show the storm is somewhat disorganized though it is rapidly intensifying and its forecast remain similar in strength as it does make landfall coming up later into tonight. It is moving toward the north , northeast at 14 Miles Per Hour and it turns more to the northeast, that will be happening later today and eventually making landfall late tonight and bringing in heavy rainfall. It will be emerging into the Atlantic Ocean tuesday, just east of the carolinas very quickly by tuesday afternoon and it could be intensifying a little bit more up here, possibly with winds at 60 Miles Per Hour but the bigger threat here is the threat for flash flooding that could be occurring across portions of florida, georgia and eventually into the carolinas. We are looking at potentially up to eight inches of rainfall, locally heavy amounts possible and the other threat believe it or not is that some of those outer rain bands move over parts of florida we will have the risk for Severe Weather including damaging winds and possible tornadoes out here so headsup if you live in jacksonville, even though the storm is making landfall in your area you will still be feeling the impacts from the storm. Martha maria, thank you so much. The comment about the judge the other day just was out of left field for my mind. Its the reasoning i dont relate to. I disagree with the thinking behind that. So he clearly says and does things i dont agree with. Bill some leading republicans not rushing to defend donald trump and the bigger question, will they . Does the draw of beating Hillary Clinton overcome their differences . Kareem jeanpierre is a Senior Advisor and spokesman for google. Org and former Deputy Campaign manager for Martin Omalley for president. We are out of time because the introductions are so long. Ladies, good day and a good monday to both of you. Lisa, welcome back. Do the differences, are they overcome despite no agreement here . For a lot of republicans, Hillary Clinton is perceived as much worse than donald trump, particularly if theres an ideological divide among those individuals such as there is for Speaker Paul Ryan and donald trump and look, i think that Donald Trumps accusation and attacking the judge based on his ethnicity is a misfire. Its a misstep and i think people are rightfully. Bill what should he have done . He has merit to question the bias of the judge not based off his ethnic city but solely the fact that this is an obama appointed nominee that the judge also appointed to the plaintiff along firm that has donated pretty heavily to Hillary Clinton. The judge has also released documents that Hillary Clinton has used in an attack lines against donald trump and he mistakenly released some of those documents, resealed them and redacted information. Bill your point is he could have gone after the case in a different way. Very much so, yes. Bill karim . You cant parse out what you like or dont like about donald trump because he has spit misogyny, racism, zeno phobia and violent rhetoric as the hallmark of his campaign. By saying hey, you know what . Im not going to vote for a democrat because i dont want to or its a bad idea, no. Thats not okay because what youre saying is that im going to vote for a racist republican instead of a democrat and theres no surprise herethis is what donald trump has been doing for the past year. This is the type of rhetoric that hes been putting out and this is what helped him win. Bill in interviews, republicans are asked about trump and i think they knew that. That was perhaps the hesitation but now they are on full speed. Including Mitch Mcconnell who said this on sunday. This is a man who was born in indiana. All of us came here from somewhere else, almost all americans are either nearterm immigrants like my wife who came here at age 8 not speaking a word of english or the rest of us whose ancestors were risktakers and got up from wherever they were and came here had made this country great. Bill i dont know whether or this story goes or if the date dies in the current new cycle that flips over every hour. Trump tweeted this last hour. A massive blow to obamas message. Only 38,000 new jobs for the month issued in the jobs report, thats really bad. That was a reflection on fridays numbers. Lisa, you just wonder if he hammered at that for three days, hes beating her soundly. In the polls when it comes to the issue of the economy. Youre right bill and i think thats part of her frustration among some republicans because the the reason people dont like Hillary Clinton is because she has a failed record. She has a failed record of secretary of state, she wants to be an extension of the failed obama economic policies that affect the middle class behind, that have destroyed businesses and have hindered economic growth. Those are the reasons people are supporting Hillary Clinton, their supporting donald trump. But your broader point, those are the things donald trump should focus on. He should focus on the economic issues. He has a strong record as a businessman, that he should focus on so it is frustrating when he gets bogged down by these poor statements. Bill kareem, the economy, not the liability for her. When you think about the fed it was going to raise and now they probably wont and everybody thinking about the economy again. Donald trump has been the nominee for over five weeks now and instead of reintroducing himself and rebranding himself, he decides hes going to double down on an american judge who happens to have a mexican heritage heritage. He refuses to release his personal taxes and then goes to new mexico and insults the only latino governor and the first latino governor so republicans are not only losing their party of lincoln to a bigot, but there also potentially going to lose the house and the senate. Bill its a whole new campaign, ladies. Thank you corine, thank you lisa. Martha officials lifting evacuation orders as firefighters battle whats left of the devastating brush fire that broke out northwest of la and spread to an office building. That building was destroyed. Everybody who worked there is okay. Furniture and desks and things like that, that all can be replaced and there was nobody here, nobody hurt. So we will rebuild. Helicopters and bulldozers slowed the fire around mulholland highway because of that quick response. Firefighters did not lose a single home , only two buildings had partial damage. This is a very early start to fire season despite the hype , Northern California got pretty average rainfall, even less in the south where we have above average gains right now because of the drought, even worse in these areas where a beetle infestation has killed over 50 percent of the forest , leaving thousands of acres primed for large fires. Thats according to the National Fire center. Martha thank you. Bill today we remember the men who stormed the beaches of normandy and turned the tide of war. These are the men who took the cliffs. Former president bill clinton with sportscaster bryant kumble and comedian Billy Crystal will all deliver eulogies and what is sure to be a very memorable service. Joining me now is Fox News Contributor jim graywho as a young Sports Reporter did his first interview with muhammad ali in 1978. Jim, welcome to you. Tell us about that one. Thank you market. I was working at kb tv, channel 9 in denver and i was a dot editor and i was 18 years of age and muhammad ali was coming into town, getting ready to talk about his fight coming up with leon spinks and later the following year he would fight while szeto with who was a denver bronco defensive end in an exhibition. They couldnt find a sports guy, but a news anchor, nobody had cell phones or pagers so they said you know sports, go out and do the interview so i went out to the interview, borrowed a weathermans coat and tie, ali gave me 45 minutes, i came back to the edit moves to edit myself out, the news director walked in by the name of roger ogden, he looked at it and said were going to put that on the air, its barely adequate. I have been barely adequate ever since. Martha thats high praise from a grizzled newsman, i understand that. Tell me what he was like to you during the interview. He was so kind and considerate. He saw that i was young. That didnt faze him. He answered every question three it the questions work good or bad, he had fun with it, called me at the local Howard Cosell and it started really a friendship and relationship by getting to some of his fights and interview him on numerous occasions. Then mark i guess the greatest honor was not only getting to know him and understand him and to hear all the stories but he selected me and allowed me to do his final interview on television. That was in 2004. It was when we tookhim , mary lou redden, ray leonard and carl lewis and we flew upthe night before. Michael phelps took off for athens greece so we had five american olympians and they turned out to be the greatest living american olympians and that was his last interview on television. Martha weve been looking at these amazing photographs while youve been speaking and i want to play another soundbite that deals with another part of his life and check out this. Me and other socalled negroes go 10,000 miles away from home here in america to drop bombs and bullets on other innocent brown people who never bothered us and i will say directly, no, i will not go. Martha he was registered for thedraft and took a public stand on it. Ive heard other young people , young black went men and women at that time saying just watching him stand up for what he believed in even though it was very controversial obviously gave them a lot of strength. Talk to us about that part of his life, jim. He sacrificed what no one would sacrifice in this day and age. He gave up three years, his best earning years as the world heavyweight champion. That was the highest title a man could hold in all of sports. Were talking about back in the 60s. He gave all that up because of his religious concerns and his Conscientious Objection to the war and so he was willing to walk away from all that because he did not believe that he should be fighting or that this government and our government and people should be engaged in this war so muhammad ali was not beyond belief in the rain but we wouldnt be talking about him here today if it werent for his social justice, his civil rights and him taking a stand. He took a stand for something bigger than himself and he was despised. He was not liked. There was a lot of hate and antagonism toward muhammad ali but he brought the whole country with him and he was celebrated. So much so that in 1996, billy payne at the suggestion of dick eversole from nbc had him light the torch in front of everybody, battling parkinsons and that was a great moment for peace, humanity and everybody across the world. Martha thank you so much. I appreciate it. Bill in a moment we are going to the moon. Martha we are . Bill an American Company close to making history, the first ever private mission to the moon. Thats why we make more ecommerce deliveries to homes than anyone else in the country. Here, there, everywhere. United states Postal Service priority you we are hearing the First Private Mission to the moon is about to get his approval. The Company Called moon express once the land a 20 pound package there sometime next year. Mike is a former nasa astronaut, former Senior Advisor to the intrepid museum. Engineer at Columbia University and author of the upcoming book space man. You are our spaceman. Thank you. Bill moon express out of Cape Canaveral florida. You know this company . I know bob richard and i know about them. Its an interesting company. They got great ideas and this is a big step forward for them on the legality of what they want to do, getting approval to launch nothing, commercial company, not a government launching something beyond low earth orbit but they still have a lot of technicalwork to do. Bill legally to get the approval you have to pursue it but getting there is stage ii. The federal inmate Aviation Administration approves everything that goes on in the air including launches so theres regulations and legislation in place for launching things into low earth orbit, launching satellites and so on, commercial companies are taking part in that. The big difference here is now we are going beyond lower orbit to the moon and this could open up the opportunities legally to go to the moon, two asteroids, to mars by a private company,. Bill it would be a big deal. It would be a big deal but again this is just legislation. Bill regardless of whether this is the company or not, this is inevitable, do you agree . Yes, this is huge. Theres a lot of companies watching this because they are egg, groundbreaking legislation, legal parts, getting permission from the government to actually do this. So thats what they are doing. But its going to have implications for these other Companies Like space x. Elon must wants to go to mars and hes out of a lot of success launching things to lower orbit. Now this page the way formal legal point of view. Bill do you think they could do this or anyone could do this by next year . Im very skeptical because this is a big deal. Going to low earth orbit is 250 miles from the earth, right . The moon is 250,000 miles from the earth so going to low earth orbit where we put stuff recently is one 10th of one percent the distance to the moon. Its a long way away and youve got the land and then things have to work. Bill they got the right name, moon express. If its not then, its going to be somebody else. Whoever, i think its very exciting. Bill come back real soon. Back in a moment. And bill we going to california . Martha it mentally, yes. California state of mind. By everybody.
