you can't just wave a magic wand at somebody and say they are, character or delayed gratification or at these and attitude or personal responsibility. those things have to be taught. they are choices. my foundation works hard to make a persuasive case for those choices but you are right, some policies get in the way, some policies don't. it's interesting to see how that all plays out. >> sean: when you did the dirtiest jobs, what was the worst of the worst? >> they were 300 of them. a couple coming up this season that of her right up there but i think getting a ruptured lip pump out of the wastewater treatment plant, it's all for ton motor and a five-story silo and when it ruptures, you've got to dog paddle through the filth and they winched the whole thing out with a big crane and with that lift pump breaks the seal
