too far out in front of the facts right now. we have to wait and see. todd: how much interaction is there right now going on between the police and the prosecutors? >> well, there should be a tremendous amount. this is a big issue i always have. when police do investigations like this, they should talk to the prosecutors. i always have my prosecutors involved in any significant investigation. why? at the end of the day, when they charge somebody, the prosecutors have to go into the courtroom and prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. maybe the next coble we're talking about with -- next subject we're talk about with rittenhouse, would be an illustration of what happens when that's not of done correctly. we have to make sure that rights are protected and the investigation is done correctly, that the trial proceeds to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt and that's at the hands of prosecutors at the end of the day. prosecutors being involved at this stage of the investigation, crucial. todd: you mentioned rittenhouse. here is kyle rittenhouse from
