a thorough review of the investigation just concluded. the degree to which accountability measures were taken. and the degree to which strike procedures need to be altered in the future. that's an important process. i would not note that there is a difference between a self-defense strike which is what this was. there was one prior to this that was successful and those that that pose an imminent threat to u.s. forces who were on the ground and facing threats in real time and in over the horizon strikes where we typically expect to have more time to assess both the threat and the target. that is a different approach. it requires a different approach internally and general mckenzie spoke to that. >> the victims relatives want to be relocated here. will the administration help them do that? >> i am not aware of that ask.
