Yes, and i think thats the ceo theyve got over 300 million users and thats why they cant get this thing going. Ultimately whom ever is in that job is going to have a difficult time monetizing it and 24 billion 24 million . I think its more like 5 million. Its hard for twitter to monetize themselves.
