Sandra they havent entered into a bear market territory which would be a drop of 420 or more but correction territory, raising some eyebrows. Charles in a short period of time. Sandra their recent high was late february so it is 12 even with some bounce back, stocks 12 from recent highs. Is there a concern . Yes. While some were speculating, the biotech were in a bubble, they say, not so. The benefit risk remains for the group. They do not think that biotech is in a bubble. Charles such a big industry. Can the religious views of the shareholders be manifest to the corporation that they owned . Such that a corporation can refuse to Purchase Health insurance when some of the provisions go against the core religious beliefs of the shareholders. In this case, we are talking about contraception. This is contraception as we all understand it. This is also euthanasia. Can the Government Force you to provide those services at your extent when youre religious views find those services repugnant. They are debating it as we speak . Charles is there another underlying argument here . Yes. Determined indisputably. Corporations are persons and enjoyed the rights to persons so they have right to free speech and privacy. The free speech with citizens united. Who would determine the religious liberty . This is not to say that female employees of these corporations are not entitled to the freedoms to choose the contraceptive programs. It is just to say they do not have the right to make their employer pay for it. Charles could this become a slippery slope . Could this argument is extended beyond religion per se. We are the majority of shareholders. We do not like this. There are one or two Supreme Court positions. A model belief held in the same mental hierarchy as a religious belief qualifies for protection under the first amendment. It is an old case. At least a 40yearold case. They reported earnings on thursday. Lulu lemon, the stock has been down like 14 . What people want to hear is, can the company, okay, what is the strategy . This is a genius move by lulu lemon. Girls want to live in this stuff. They are not just working out in it. They are wearing it all the time. Yes, they have had a bout of social snafus. How many of those who have signed up have enrolled in obamacare have paid their premiums . I cant tell you that, sir, because i dont know that. How many of those were previously insured . I do not know that, sir. Affordable. Affordable. Affordable. Affordable. The reason they change the name of it is because they wanted to get away, the opponent is the word affordable. Charles millennials are the key to the success of obamacare but they are not signing up. Those who are signing up, they dont sel so on private exchangs good look at the health. 44 of enrollment on ehealth this year, the obamacare key demographic to be successful, meanwhile obamacare has Something Like 25 of enrollment that are millennials. Joining us now, ehealth ceo. You made a major press release. Many pages long. At the very beginning there is something you said, i want you to elaborate on this. This is the moment of truth for the Affordable Care act, what does that mean . The intro was quite interesting. This thing succeeds or fails based on enrollment. You have to have diversity, you have to have balance. We know people who are older have been signing up, but you have to counterbalance those with young people. One of the things we have done for years and years of the tractor lot of young people simply because we are an online venue. Young people dont want to pick up the phone or go through a call center, they want to do this online quickly. That is why were having the success we are having and perhaps that is a reason why the government exchanges havent been as successful as they need to be enrolling the younger people to provide the balance that is needed. Charles the younger folks seem to be attracted to catastrophic policy. I think these are the policy deemed by the administration to be junk or not worthy of americans even though obviously theyre typically less less expensive, right . They are compliant with obamacare. So somebody doesnt have to pay the tax penalty. A lesser or a smaller premium price typically got a higher deductible, but for younger people who dont see the doctor a lot, dont have a lot of needs, this probably makes a lot of sense. We know all of this. I dont know why anybody would be surprised by that. Charles what are the implications . We have had over 30 arbitrary changes to the law. We know they are not going to meet the definition of success with 7 million unless somebody fudges the numbers pretty good in the next few days. We know a large swath havent paid. You said enrollment was the key, but a lot of people might say that it was promised to ensure people who were uninsured would have a success, maybe 400,000 people fit that description. What is the future of this plan . That is very interesting, charles. One thing that we disclosed was since january 1 over 50 of those who have purchased products were previously uninsured. We are very pleased with that. That gets a part of the market that needs us so badly. I am somewhat concerned that if in fact the government exchanges are not getting a lot of uninsured, that is concerning. That is really concerning. We have to have a lot of participation. A lot of balance, if not this will be mitigated by pricing which means prices will continue to go up because the insurers have got to find a way to balance the risk and they do that through pricing. Whether the government or the private sector, doesnt matter, they need at least as much revenue coming in as you are paying out for different kinds of medical services and costs. Charles they warned of that and coincidentally on monday they upgraded the company in their stock. This health story, no matter what the reality is, the left keeps saying this thing is successful. Talk about young people not joining up. Lets face it, it has become the National Public radio has become the propaganda arm of the Obama Administration and the Democratic Party in general. They have a lot of our money. The day of the Government Shutdown because they were considered indispensable and they are indispensable to the Propaganda Machine. They have come out with report after report saying the premiums have been coming down, young people are applying in droves to help the health care. Theyre quoting a 21yearold saying i am healthy, i dont make too many trips to the doctor. When i do i would like to have a different way to pay for other than it it coming out of my po. Reports like this coming day after day, very often after these reports come out the white house will tweet these reports out saying this is what is happening with the rollout of obamacare. The people who have been referenced in these stories were actually working with the Democratic Party, so probably npr got their names from the white house, put it out there and the white house tweets out their names so it is a Propaganda Machine that is working on mass even with that information, the disastrous rollout of healthcare. Gov. Saying despite the glitches, healthcare. Gov could have been worse in october they said that, and the report that said they would be 2. 5 million less jobs because of obamacare came out with a report talking about how good that was because a lot of people wanted that. Charles what a wonderful thing, the gift that keeps on giving. Day after day after day. Another attempt to get out the youth vote. President obama changing his tune on the spying program and in the collection of records make it harder for the government to gain access to those records. Lets bring in the author of obama zombies. Young people really railed against it. Something that unified young people, didnt matter. Do you think now they will flock back to the president with open arms . I dont think so. He has to get this approved by congress, whatever he proposes, but lets not forget while he is saying we have to make changes to stop the data collection, we have the white house saying they want to give up control of the internet to an international body. Imagine what young people find out the web search may be filtered by the chinese or the russians. This is not something you do to garner support amongst younger people. Democrats in general are going to have a problem because they recently did a paul, 29 of millennials have faith in government to do the right thing. Bad for democrats, but also is a data point that can be exploited moving forward. Charles it is one thing for the millennials to say the democrats, we bought it for a long time, but we reject it now.
