Its all going to come out to turn out key battle you know states, theres a handful of them, and we have coverage across the country. Jeff flock is in ohio where the lines have been long. Robert gray is out west in colorado where a series of western states could be the deciding factor. I want to go to both of you, but lets begin in ohio. Voters braving long lines, polls closing in about five hours from now at 7 30. No republican has ever won the presidency without winning ohio, so, jeff flock, what are we in store for as you watch in columbus . Reporter we have had huge turnout all day. Were in a little bit of a postlunch lull right now at the Tremont Elementary School here in columbus, but it has been big turnout, and theyre reporting that across the state. Cuyahoga county, turnout is huge, its huge for both candidates, but in Cuyahoga County theyre now predicting between 6770 . That would top what happened four years ago with president obama in his reelection bid. And the republicans are positive, theyre feeling very positive. The chairman of the Cuyahoga County Republican Party says donald trump will get more votes from cuyahoga than any other of the 87 counties in ohio, and it will be cuyahoga eventually driving a trump win on election day. Important to note, trish, that hes doing this, we think, without help from the republican governor of ohio, john kasich, who wrote in the name john mccain as his candidate. You cant do that here in ohio, because hes not a certified candidate. Its a wasted vote. Other people would point out while some are mad for that, others say what if he was the nominee and hed stayed on message the whole time, the economy, growth, and there hadnt been a bunch of foolishness . Hed win by 7030 they think, maybe. Trish the one thing youve got to hand donald trump is that he has managed to get out the vote in terms of rallying the base. And, you know, well see what it looks like after in whether or not he wins or not, but this is one for the history books, for sure. People will be writing about this for decades, and here we are living it today with all our viewers on the front lines. Jeff, thank you so much. All right, turning to the allimportant state of florida and the story there, hispanic voter registration, it is up by more than 453,000 votes, nearly doubling the 2012 level. Could that sunk donald trump . Our adam shapiro has been on the ground in the Sunshine State for weeks, has been looking at all of this early voting data thats been coming in. What do you make of this one here, the idea that twice as many hispanics have registered to vote, adam . Reporter yes. Well, the couch to that, trish, would be that youve had an influx of people from the midwest who are racially conservative white folk who have moved down to the western and southwestern parts of florida as well. Yes, there is a surge of latino and hispanic voting thats taking place too, by the way, in orlando and Orange County as well as broward, miamidade, palm beach counties but you really have to pate til we get to 7 p. M. Here in hillsborough, 8 p. M. In the panhandle. Its donald trumpeter story. Let Donald Trump Trump terri. Twice in this county voters have selected george bush, and twice in this county voters have selected president obama. So this county is the bellwether because, as it goes, florida goes. Heres whats happening right now in hillsborough county. Roughly 63 voter turnout to, thats everything from early voting to mailin ballots to the people voting today. In 2012 the turnout was 72 . So i was speaking to different sources, and i got a statement from the republican chairman of the Republican Party of florida, and what Blaise Ingoglia told me was although you see a surge of latino voters in other parts of the state, quote, were also seeing republicans turn out in force in florida. We expect that the democratic ballot lead will be erased by this evening. And that lead hes talking about, as i wrap up, is the lead going into this morning. Democrats had a roughly 150,000vote lead in early voting by mail and by early polling station. Trish all right. Adam shapiro, thank you so much. I want to move west to colorado and to nevada, both which will be closely watched, both states critical to Donald Trumps path to 270 electoral votes. Joining me with a preview is robert gray in denver. Hows it looking . Reporter hey, trish, very busy out here. Nine electoral votes up for grabs in the centennial state. Keep in mind be, this is the first president ial election that people actually mailed their ballots. Balloting has been underway for about two weeks, in fact, physical balloting in this place we are right now, you can see folks still coming in quite busy in here, hundreds of people have already come in to cast their ballots either by paper, they also have tablets here as well. We should also keep in mind whats interesting about colorado, you can register to vote and vote today on election day, and you can also vote anywhere in denver county, not just in the precinct where you live. Now, the countings going to begin in less than an hours time in the counting room which frank is showing you right now. Theyll also be counting those ballots that were mailed in, some also being dropped outside. They have a drivethrough to help people drop off their ballots on the way to work, several Police Officers as well as election officials. Keep in mind these ballots will be scanned, theres a tripartisan paid election Judge Committee at each terminal, basically, that means one democrat, one republican and one independent. And if you see thumb drives on there, well, im told the computers will shut down if a thumb drive is inserted into that slot. Quick look now at early voting, i mentioned the mail ballots now, early voting about 69 of those have been returned, slightly more republicans than democrats, but keep an eye on that independent bloc. They are the biggest bloc, so thats going to determine what happens. Also we should say very robust voting, they outpaced the National Average in 2012, 2. 22 million have voted early, thats almost matching last times 2. 57 million total. So very active ball old otting balloting here in colorado, trish. Back to you. Trish robert, thank you so much. Early indications showing few problems for voters at the polls, say for, you know, a few sporadic machine problems and long lines. Thats been a concern, as donald trump has warned of fraud and has been coy about whether he would concede if he lost. Heres what his son, eric trump, had to say about that issue to ya bartiromo this morning on fox business. Hes said absolutely so long as theres no games, no funny business. I really believe were going to win tonight. I feel something thats out there right now. I just feel something thats out there, and i think were going to the take a lot of states that have never gone republican before. Trish the one thing everyone can agree on right now is it is a long fight to the finish line. Joining me with her perspective, pollster lee carter along with ned ryan, Jonah Goldberg from the National Review and progressive radio host chris hahn. Good to see all you guys. Lee, im going to start with you. Walk me through what you see as perhaps the most viable path for donald trump tonight starting in florida . It is a tough path. First of all, he has to win every single state thats been called republican or leaning republican, thats not necessarily guaranteed. Then he has to win all four swing states. He needs to win, florida, north carolina, ohio and New Hampshire. And then he needs to take one more state and turn it blue. It is not an easy matt to victory for donald trump, but it is possible. Weve seen record voter turnout. That blows up the model, by the way. Likely voters are voters that voted before, and we know were going to have a lot more than that. Then we have to look at who is voting. Were also seeing Record Number of working class people going out in michigan, he could turn michigan. If he turns michigan, very viable path. Theres also talk that he might be able to turn pennsylvania. Thats a neck and neck race. Trish that would be amazing. Ive said from the beginning, jonah, one of the things that has made this election so different is americans are so frustrated, frankly, with their economic lot in life. The last 20 years when you look at wages adjusted for inflation, theyve been meaningless in terms of growth. So parties, as a result, jonah, they have become increasingly meaningless if donald trump were to take a michigan or a pennsylvania, does that show you that the parties as we currently know them have effectively dissolved . I dont know if it shows that. I do think youre absolutely right that the parties disturb theres a pretty serious disconnect between the Party Apparatus and the voters. And you can see if trump is successful in flipping pennsylvania and michigan or either of them, you can see were going to have a whole new Electoral College map Going Forward where the rust belt states look, start turning red, the sort of hightech states stay blue, and the old sort of leftright conservative liberal thing becomes less important in the populist and racial lines become more important. Im not sure its going to happen, but if it does, you would say that this was the bellwether for it. Trish ned, we saw Hillary Clinton there in philadelphia, 30,000 people showed up. I dont know how much was for her or whether it was just the idea that you got a ticket to a free concert. You had everyone there. You had the obamas, you had bill clinton,. Bon jovi. Trish hillary herself, bon jovi, bruce springsteen, you name it. Theres part of me that wonders is this indicative of the free stuff . You get a free concert, more free stuff if Hillary Clinton comes to office, and how is the country and some of those states like michigan, pennsylvania, ohio going to react to that . Boy, ive got to tell you, i mean, please, lets see what the results are tonight before we Start Talking about a hillary presidency, because i think it would be devastating on a variety of fronts. You know, but the thing that ive thought about with hillary as president , again, youre dealing with judges, youre dealing with obamacare, youre dealing with, you know, free college. Shes listening to her speech last night in philadelphia, im thinking, dear god, whos going to fund this . Trish right, right. Its more than free concerts, its free college exactly. You start adding up trish all kinds of freebies. I looked at my wife and said our significant tax bill would go up even more so under a hillary presidency and, again, thats not how you bring prosperity back to this country. Trish right. So youre hoping you see a donald trump win and some of these conservative economic principles are followed. Let me go to chris hahn for a moment because, chris, you know, assuming the senate stays in the hands of the republicans, assuming that, you know, Congress Stays in the hands of the republicans, arent we just going to have four more years of basically nothing . Well, im hopeful that the senate will turn blue tonight, but in case it doesnt, i think there are enough people that will want to work with the president and try to get things done. I also think theres going to be a renewed effort in the house, particularly by speaker ryan and things who actually want to get things accomplished to push aside the more fringe elements of their party and get things accomplished trish you think speaker ryan stays . There were rumors he might actually step down regardless of what happens. I dont think hes going to step down. I think hes going to have a bit of a fight on his hand. Like i said, i do think theres a good number of republicans in the house of representatives that want to get things done, and there are only about 40 or so that want to stick to their ideological beguns. I think if guns. If speaker ryan actually wants to get things done, hell bring some democrats along with him. That will secure his leadership, that will actually get things done Going Forward. Americans trish you know what . Were getting ahead of ourselves. Weve till got four hours and 45 minutes before the first polls close. Im going to be joining neil cavuto in his special cover an tonight, that starts at 8 p. M. , everyone so make sure you kind et right keep it right hire on fox business. Thank you, jonah, lee, ned and chris. All right, donald trump, hes got the momentum, without a doubt, in this final stretch. But is this momentum going to be enough to bring out republicans who have been on the fence about him . Are they going to come to the polls . We are asking michael reagan, son of the late, great president reagan. He was a trump holdout, and now hes backing him. Thats next. I use whats already inside me to reach my goals. Donald trump, everyone, coming into this final day of the election with all the momentum, but is that momentum enough to bring republicans who had been on the fence about donald trump, will it bring them out to the polls . Joining me with thoughts on all of it, michael reagan, the son of the late, great president reagan and author of the book lessons my father taught me. So good to have you on et. Good to be here. Trish why are you voting for i voted. Voted absentee. Trish what is it about him as a candidate that caused because i know anybody that follows me on my twitter account knows how i feel about donald trump. You know, you dont have to support him to vote for him, because i would rather have a donald trump there than a Hillary Clinton there because we know the baggage shes going to bring with her. And that concerns me greatly. It should concern every american. Donald trump doesnt bring that baggage with him. Trish what about the other and i think good people around him. Trish what about the other republicans that you talked to that felt the same as you, are they coming around . Thats whats really sad, there are only two choices. Your going to have youre going to have Hillary Clinton or youre going to have donald trump. And what you ought to do is vote for trump, get him elected and then work on putting the right people around him as the right people around my father in 1981 when he took over the presidency to move the country forward. You cant do that on your own. Youre going to need the right people. Trish now, youve made the point repeatedly that your father and donald trump are very different, but there are aspects that are similar in that they are able to excite people about politics in a way that, michael, we just havent seen. I mean, i dont think i have seen people this excited about the idea of change really since your dad. Yeah, youre absolutely right. You have two people whohave been able to get that group of people together. But the difference is they werent angry with my father, they were supportive. But trish there were people that thought your dad was a little crazy. I remember. I was a little kid at the time, but, you know, Ronald Reagans crazy, hes going to wind up putting this country in nuclear war but one thing youll never find, an answer from Ronald Reagan denying the fact that he was a cowboy, denying the fact that he would turn iran into a parking lot. He let the left sell that, he never got involved in that debate. And where trump has made the mistake is he keeps on getting himself caught up trish hes gotten better, youve got to admit. And isnt it interesting, we conservatives have railed against the president for using a teleprompter, now we pray that donald trump is on teleprompter every day. [laughter] trish well, hes had a lot of ideas really that have caught the imagination of the american public, one of which is drain the swamp. That has become a big theme of his, but i think it expresses the prussian bationing that frustrations that americans have with washington. Theyre just spending all of our money willynilly and no real regard for the future, no real regard for the bottom line and no real regard or appreciation for all of the work that people put into this economy and their willingness and need when you think that 70 of our taxes are paid by 5 of the public be, the left would have you believe thats just not happening, that we need to, in fact, pay more trish well, i think Hillary Clinton said, what, the rich need to pay their fair share. And then you say, define fair share. Theyll never give you a definition of fair share, but they make people feel that somehow the rich are stealing from them. And you think, youve had eight years of obama. Why arent things better for the black community . Why arent things better for the Hispanic Community . Why arent things better at every single level . Theyre not. Trish michael, you know, donald trump took that on. A lot of people were very nest when he said, look, basically to the black community, things havent been going well, why dont you give me a shot. And addressing in this in a way that i think the Republican Party has been afraid to. In other words, things are lousy in inner cities, but its almost as if a lot of republicans have chosen to kind of sweep that under the rug, ignore it. They figure theyre never going to get that vote anyway. Doesnt that need to change . It lull needs to change. It absolutely needs to change. Ive spoken at events where ive said when my father was president , this party was much more inclusive. Ive tried to find a way to show you that, and the way ive shown them, i actually ask everybody in the room whos black or hispanic to please now stand, and everybody at the table is looking at each other going, oh, my god, theres no blacks and hispanics here. That these to change trish other side the demographics are going to get increasingly challenging s the governor of new mexico . I havent seen her. Shes hiding. [laughter] Trish Michael reagan, thank you so much. Good to see you. Well do it again. Trish indeed. Donald trump and his family casting their votes a short time ago in new york city. Were going to check in with team trump, laura trump is right here, shell with be with me next. Ill see you here in two. Theres a lot of places you never want to see 7. 95. Trish donald trump and his wife melania casting their ballots just a few hours ago right here in new york city. Youre looking looking at the l rather, the picture that came in earlier live. In just four hours his Victory Party is going to be kicking off nearby, a couple blocks, at the hilton hotel. Thats what the campaign is calling it, a Victory Party. Theyre staying optimistic. It has been a long journey for mr. Trump, certainly a lot of ups and downs to say the least along the way. My next guest has been with him from the start visiting cities and making the case for her fatherinlaw. Joining me right now, Donald Trumps daughterinlaw and wife of eric trump, laura trump. Good to have you here. Thank you. Trish so youre down to the final hours, looking forward to a Victory Party tonight. Whats the plan . Well, i first of all, i cant believe were here. I know the rest of the country feels the same way, but were finally here, and its a little surreal actually. But, you know, the plan is really just what its been from the beginning which is to be together as a family and, you know, every primary we were all together as a family watching the results come in, so itll be the same thing finish. Trish watch the results tonight. Yeah, well see. Trish fox business, we hope [laughter] and then youll go to the party at what point just depending on how the news flow goes . I guess well see how everything comes in, and well go to the Victory Party and hopefully be celebrating. President bush trish you have been married two years, its your anniversary today it is, yes. Trish your husband tweeted out a happy anniversary. Congratulations to both of you. [laughter] thank you. Trish youve known each other a while, and youve been around your fatherinlaw for a while. Did you have any idea, laura, he was going to do this . You know, its something he talked about, but i dont know that we all knew it was very serious until or, you know, the year really leading up to it. You could see the frustration building. Its sort of the frustration that i think all americans felt. You know, things were not going the way that they should be in our country. There were a lot of people out of work, there were you know, we have huge debt in this country, our educational system is broke been. And donald trump kept seeing things day after day just like all of us day after day that really frustrated him, and finally he said, guys, i feel like i need to step in and do something was the nominees weve had in the past have been less than stellar, they havent been able to get there in the white house, and i think he felt this was his time. Trish its true. You think about the sacrifice it takes really to run for office, he made a personal sacrifice, a financial sacrifice, you, your husband, the whole family is making a sacrifice. And a lot of people look at politics and think why would i do that today . I mean, so, you know, he was willing to put himself out there. If hes not successful, what does he do . Well, first of all, i think he will be successful. The enthusiasm in this country is incredible, and the movement behind him is, you know, nothing short of amazing. Look, if he doesnt win, hes got an incredible business to go back to. Thats the thing about donald trump, youre exactly right, he didnt need to do this. Trish theres all those people, laura, now that are saying, you know, we want change, were demanding change. Yeah. Trish and so i would think regardless he will remain a very powerful and important voice in the party. Yeah. Well, and i think youre right. And look, the people that you know, i was touched by the most on the campaign trail, i cant tell you how many times people came up to me literally with tears in their eyes saying he has to win. Trish no, i feel that talking to people too. Theres so much at stake right now in this election. You were just in north carolina, your home state. How do you think thats looking . It feels really good in north carolina, you know . Given its my home state, i feel like the stakes are very high for me. I promised my fatherinlaw a victory there, and i hope i can deliver. Trish thank you so much. Good to have you, laura. All right, after checking in with team trump, we are going to focus on team clinton. Right now you are looking at live pictures or, rather, pictures that just came to us moments ago from the Jacob Javits Center here in new york city where Hillary Clintons going to be holding her election event tonight, her party, shes hoping its going to be victorious as is donald trump. That will be happening, well, in just a few hours because the polls are closing, some of them anyway, at seven. And sources say clinton was set to have a massive Fireworks Show over the hudson river but that she canceled the display at the last minute for unknown reasons. Perhaps shes getting a little nervous. Earlier today the clintons cast their ballots in the blue state of while the rest of of while the res of the camp cos their finger crosses their fingers. Joining me right now is Leslie Marshall along with syndicated talk show radio host chris hahn. Good to see both of you guys. All right, chris, you know, theyre talking about some of these states that have been historically blue switching red. Do you throw cold water on that . And if so, why . Yeah. Yeah, look, i think its going to be tighter in michigan than its been in years. I think that pennsylvania will be a little bit of a squeaker, but i think the democrats are going to win the senate and the president ial race in pennsylvania, and i think michigan will be a little bit tighter than its been in years. Weve seen this. I think donald trump touched nerve with some of those white work class voters in the upper midwest who have lost their jobs. His message on trade was good. Unfortunately for him, thats more than balanced out by him turning off women, turning off minorities of all types. So i dont think that hes got a chance to win those states. Trish heres the thing though, the trade issue. It seems to me, leslie, that should have been ripe for the picking for Hillary Clinton. It should have been an issue that the democrats really embraced. I mean, arent they supposed to be the party of unions . Yes, definitely. But remember or, part of the problem and, actually, donald trump was part of that problem, and people seem to forget the number of jobs, thousands, that he shipped to china, mexico, other countries, and that is something trish youre saying as a Business Owner himself which im just going to jump in because as a Business Owner, you are going to do what is most efficient and often that does mean shipping jobs overseas. What hes saying is government needs to intervene. They need to get in there so that i cant, as a Business Owner, ship those jobs overseas quite as easily as i do, leslie. Sure. But democrats have been saying that with their specific legislation that they have proposed in the past to, you know, to hold those corporations accountable via the tax loopholes. So in other words, democrats and republicans agree something has to be to done with reformation in the tax system, but they dont have the same way of doing it. The other thing with regard to trade with hillary and bear beny and her original support for tpp when she was secretary of state certainly hurt her with some of those voters, no question. I do agree with chris and his projections. Trish its not just tpp, the transpacific trade partnership, its also her coziness with wall street. Chris hahn, shes out there giving 200,000 speeches knowing shes going to run for president of the United States. She knew it would come back to haunt her, her staff knew, and yet somehow she thinks its still okay to do that. Right. Trish those doubts are still there in peoples minds. They worry that shes not going to fight for them the way bernie would have or maybe even the way donald trump would. Let me quote one of my favorite fox business quotes, as a business person, shouldnt you make money the way people make money . What are you talking about, trish . This is a guy who was selling 200 million apartment buildings on wall street, and thats his problem. Trish yeah, but you know what . Heres where it gets complicated. She knew shes a politician, right . Shes not a business person. Right. Trish ive got to hand it to her, if she can command 200,000 a speech, wow. Yeah. Trish she knew, chris, she was going to be running for president of the United States. She knew that she was going to embrace an antiwall street platform. So she had plenty of opportunity to turn these things down. She didnt. You know, all im pointing out, chris, is that this could have been easy for her. If they well, maybe not her. You know what . Not that they trish the challenge of being an actual politician is perhaps part of the underlying problem here. Go ahead. Trish, nothing worth doing is ever easy. This made it interesting, gave us something to talk about. Hooray for us, hooray for her, hooray for women everywhere because shes going to be the next president of the United States. Trish if they had picked someone just a little bit more politically savvy, say joe biden . Well, what do we want, somebody who can do the job or somebody whos great at giving a speech . I guess we want a little bit of both trish youre no joe biden fan. I love joe biden. I absolutely adore joe biden. Hes going to be a great secretary of state, and i think its a shame that he didnt get a chance to run for president. She was the nominee, she worked hard, she deserves this, congratulations. Trish i dont know. Its tight and all im saying is, you know, if you guys have put someone else up, maybe you wouldnt be having these nailbiters. Hey, if john kasich was running, the republicans would be doing better right now. Hes not. Trish i know leslie always liked john kasich and thought he was a threat. We will see. We still have many hours to go, and people are still going to the polls. Leslie and chris, wonderful to see you both. Ive got to tell you, everybodys watching New Hampshire today. Do you know the town of dicksville notch . Be 12 people live there, 8 people can vote. They cast their votes at midnight. I was watching this live, and i was a little surprised, ive got to tell you, because typically dicksville notch, its way up in the sticks, practically in canada, no real economy. They actually voted for Hillary Clinton. But, again, only 8 people voted, so i dont know really if you can count it as a bellwether. Anyway, New Hampshire, the state overall is actually pretty important this year. Its only got four electoral votes. It has a small population, it was once in recent years solidly blue. I mean, if you go way back, it was always red. It has recently switched blue, but people are saying it may flip right back because of donald trump. Were going to talk about that and the importance of donald trump getting the live free or die state. Thats next. At old dominion, we ship everything you can imagine. Shares of cvs are plunging after the company lowered its profit outlook, warning that it could lose 40 million prescriptions next year as its competitors create new networks that exclude its stores. Were going to be right back with a look at New Hampshire. See you here. Trish all right. Weve got some breaking news out of the swing state of nevada. The Trump Campaign has filed what could be the first of many lawsuits. Fox newses has confirmed the campaign is accusing polling places of anomalies during early voting in the Las Vegas Area last week. Polls there were supposed to close at 7 p. M. In the state, but because of long lines, officials allowed people to vote after 7 p. M. The lawsuit asks that those votes cast at early voting spots after 7 p. M. , those spots that stayed open, those votes be impounded. So, again, the Trump Campaign filing a lawsuit there in nevada. Voting is underway all over the country including my home state of New Hampshire today, it all began in the tiny little town of dicksville notch where polls opened at midnight, making it the you see this sign, theyre very proud of this in New Hampshire, especially in dicksville notch. Its kind of all theyve got. Only eight people voted, but they were the first eight people to vote in the 2016 election. Hillary clinton is the winner in dixville notch, donald trump picked up two, gary johnson got one and former Massachusetts Governor mitt romney, well, he received a writein vote as well. The results serve as forecast for the rest of New Hampshire . No. But with the polls so tight, ill tell you, New Hampshire overall, it could very much matter. In fact or, it could even determine the outcome of this election. Former massachusetts senator scott brown is standing by in manchester. He joins me now. Senator, always a pleasure. This is a pretty important day for the country, for the state. Youre a donald trump supporter. Hows it looking there in New Hampshire . Well, first of all, i know youre, obviously, from New Hampshire as well, and theres a lot of action here. My wife had to wait in line in the small town of rye for over an hour, the same throughout the state. The secretary of state believes hes going to have 90,000 sameday voters show up. What does that mean . You though what it means. People show up, they dont have a license, theyre domiciled here. They dont live here, theyre domiciled which means they stayed in a hotel or friends house, and they walk into polling places, and they vote. And it skews the election, i believe, and every effort has been thwarted by governor has a santo change that governor hasan has changed that trish oh, back up. Youre telling me that people are just sort of coming into the state and camping out, getting a hotel room so they can vote . Oh, yeah. Shul. [laughter] absolutely. You know . Youre supposed to, obviously, say im planning on living here, winkwink, nodnod. You walk in, if you dont have a license, youre domiciled here, you havent voted, you can fill out an affidavit and vote. Its unbelievable. Trish wow. The democrats trish what is the governor doing about this . Well, she vetoed every effort to change it to require a 30day residency requirement, and its a real trish by the way, just to make our viewers familiar, maggie hassan, democratic governor, running for senate so im trying to read between the line. What are you suggesting here, senator . Well, i think that kelly and donald trump need to have a larger margin than 1 or 2 victory, otherwise youre going to have the sameday voters come in and affect not only has it affected me in my race, there were 40,000 that came in, i lost by 15,000. Mitt romney was 100,000, and he lost by a lesser amount. So it is a factor. My hope and feeling is that the folks will come up, and itll be a 35 buffer. And what im hearing everywhere i go, and to im traveling around, checking in with polling places, manchester had a problem. One of the boxes wasnt taking the ballots, so theyre taking them manually. You know, theyve got a pretty good handle on things here, but youre seeing a huge turnout. And youre also seeing a lot of people say, hey, im voting for donald trump, dont tell anybody, you know . [laughter] everywhere i go whether its the gym, a restaurant, everywhere i go i dont know if its just because of me, but ive had a lot of friends checking in throughout the various parts of the state, and theyre saying the same thing, theyre doing these inform aal things, and out of 50 people, its like 40 for trump and 0 for hillary. Well 10 for hillary. Trish you were the senator from massachusetts. You live in New Hampshire now, and i know youve had a summer place up there for years, so youre really familiar with the state and its culture. Historically it was red, and then, you know, in recent history it has started to shift, it has started to change. I blame, you know, all those well, we have a word for them in New Hampshire, but all those people from massachusetts coming up and kind of really starting to change that live free or die very small government oriented culture. I mean, even democrats dont want their taxes going up in that state. Well, i think its a little different than that. First of all, trish, im ninth generationing from New Hampshire, you know, so i have long and strong ties, one of the founding families of New Hampshire and have been here for over 30 years in terms of a taxpayer, unlike governor hassan whos been a taxpayer ever since her husband left the college he was the headmaster. Trish exeter. He was my college counselor. Well, im sorry. Trish its a small state. [laughter] its okay. I know youve got a long tradition. My only question is do you think New Hampshire is going to vote for donald trump today, yes or no, senator . Ive said its his to lose, and hes done a pretty good job trying to lose it but, yes, i think New Hampshire goes, more importantly, that little part of maine thats going to be in play as well, that one electoral, two electoral trish yeah. He may get that. Scott brown, thank you so much. Were taking a break. Looking for a Medicare Prescription Drug plan that could save you money . As we continue to watch people going to the polls right now on this very, very important day, youve got to wonder what the role of the media has been in all of this and the bias that the media has had. Joining me right now is the host of media buzz on fox news, howie kurtz. Good to see you. Same here. Trish i mean, i think the media has been extremely biased, not afraid to show its bias. I mean, in previous election cycles they maybe tried to pretend they werent, you know, all thinly veiled. [laughter] trish right. But now the gloves are off, and how do you think thats actually going to affect the outcome . Well, i think a divided country can finally come together and say, boy, the media did a lousy job. Even people on the left supporting Hillary Clinton think we turned this email thing into a major story, but there is simply no question if you look at the sheer volume and negativity of straight news reporting that the media have tilted heavily against donald trump, have written him off prematurely, and he has a shot at winning this thing despite the opposition of much of the press. Trish in other words, it shows you much of the press is completely out of touch with what mainstream america is actually thinking. I made the point that and to you ive made this point. Yeah. Trish too many people are living these affluent lifestyles in big cities, and they dont know what its like to be living paycheck to paycheck and have to worry about whether or not your factorys going to shut down in the middle of america. Theres a dual problem here that will last beyond the election results. One is how could we so completely misjudge a candidate just because a lot of liberals think he was a despicable character . Hes going to get at least 40 million votes tonight. What about those people . How is it that we are completely trish he might win. He might win. Im not doing it yeah, he might win. Win or lose, so Many Americans are frustrated with what they see as a broken political system in washington. The media very out of touch. Particularly in new york, d. C. And l. A. Trish so, in other words, the biggest loser, perhaps, in this entire election cycle might actually be Mainstream Media. Other than billy bush from access hollywood, but yes. [laughter] Mainstream Media is going to be a long time recovering its credibility. Trish you know, i think in some ways its actually hurt journalism and what journalism stands for. I believe in transparency, and view viewers know if i have a feeling youre not shy. Trish i also try to make sure, and we do this on this show and this network, i make sure that we have both sides, that, you know, you hear for example, we had laura trump on the show, and then we had chris hahn, democratic strategist, Leslie Marshall, democratic strategist. We want to make sure were presenting both sides, but there doesnt seem a viewers are smart. They can tell when people have their whole fist on the scale, and the worst thing to me is critics who have defended and justified the more negative approach of donald trump on the grounds hes not an ordinary candidate. That is bunk. Thats not journalism and it has embracerred me a trish they kept him in the entertainment ex. Yeah. Trish thank you so much. Make sure, everyone, watch media buzz 11 a. M. He is now running and may be the president of the United States of america, it is a very tight race. We are on it all day, all night for you. Liz claman taking it from here.
