A robed gunman who pledged allegiance to isis opened fire on a philadelphia employer at close range advancing on the cop while emptying the stolen Police Issued 9millimeter handgun firing as many as 13 rounds. Somehow fouryear veteran Jessie Hartnett was able to avoid most of the bullets. Hit three times in the left arm. He exited the vehicle and returned fire before collapsing in pain, losing blood, and calling for help. Im shot. All cars stand by. We have an officer shot. Repeating in the 18th district assist the officer 60. We have an officer down. The suspect, 30yearold Edward Archer was caught by responding officers. Hes an excon. Her son had a couple of head injuries and was hearing voices and the family asked him to get help. Two Law Enforcement sources describe him as more as a disenfranchised looser. But Authorities Say he confessed his motivate and theyre searching his home and social media for more clues. He stated that he pledged his allegiance to Islamic States. Once again, which he has been, the affect hes had and the vindication hes gotten particularly on the immigration issue of letting muslims come in and not come in having a pause on that. And we know what went on in cologne, germany in new years eve and we know about these two iraqis who came in and have now been arrested as terrorists. And the other thing is, you know, what i think helped legitimatize him with republicans more than anything else . It was that fantastic counterpunch at Hillary Clinton. Republicans loved it. Lou yeah, he is no one to mess with. As every one of the establishment candidates has now learned. The rhetoric persists, but you can tell they have so many body blows, their legs are about to followed under them, dont you think . Well, anything donald trump says, he says himself. I wasnt supposed to be here. He went into this race because like 70 or so of americans, he was frustrated with the government. He never could have foreseen how he could coless this group of people in the Republican Party that the gop was not even paying attention to. So its time now for the gop to realize that party means the more the marrier. Lou i understand youre giving him props, but i dont think youre giving him an sufficient amount. Im an analyst. Lou this man knew what he was doing from the moment he stepped forward. You think so . Lou i know so. You know so. Lou and the reality is that what hes worked through in seven months, he is dominating every poll, hes ahead in every race. Right. Lou and we are about to see history unfold. And i cannot believe the number of people who want to who want to argue, and weve heard it here. Lou fred, you and i have talked about this. Yeah. We have. Lou there is no candidate as as smart at the techniques, at the strategies, at the execution of candidacy that can keep up with him. Well, and the you know, he commands the press. So many people in the press dont like him, theyre criticizing him. Lou youre talking about a president who hates every conservative cant stand you and me. What are you talking about, partner . Thats ahead of the he is an amazing character, and its clear now that he can he can not necessarily will, but can win the republican president ial nomination, beating Hillary Clinton is harder. I wouldnt say thats a certainty i dont know. I disagree with all the rhetoric on that actually. I think that lou yeah, a woman is about to get endited it appears. Thats right. And i think donald trump has the intelligence and the ability to be a whole lot more president ial. Lets remember hes not consistently conservative. Hes very centerrist on a lot of things. Lou he is. I think he has it in him for that part. Lou i think he is what he is. I mean he is centerrist, he is radical, hes a disrupt, he is also the frontrunner. Fred, ive got to ask you this. In virginia, the party down there wanting to close the primary. Yeah. Lou at a time when this is a man who can draw those democrats and those independents necessary to win the presidency. Thats madness. Yeah. I think theyll have to back off on that. The primary in virginia i live in virginia, isnt until march 1. So they lots of time to change their mind. And, look, and particularly after the National Chairman says, look, were going to back this guy if he wins the nomination, i think theyll have to say, look, were going to do what virginia has always done and thats had open primaries.
