We were not able to perry that was not true. What is going to take is a call for special counsel. There have been congressional hearings. I testified. A classic case. The department of justice is incapable of investigating itself. In fact, they are involved in this other scandal as part of this mess where they were part of an irs attempt to make criminal cases out of what they called lets pc it a false claim cases, fall supplication cases. No evidence of any fall supplications. What they were going to do, they were participating. The idea that the department of justice can somehow review itself is absurd. In federal court, and this is a good development. A companion case 12 very similar in u. S. District court judge has allowed the case to move forward. And in other cases the irs is being put on notice that no one including federal court judges are buying this destruction of evidence accident that the irs seems to still. Lou as you say, that is good news and it is progress and it is positive, yet we have been now with the next development, pushed off to the month of october. Still i mean, the American People have been staring them straight in the face. This government is corrupt. The Internal Revenue service is being used as a political tool, hammer. Absolutely. Lou against innocent people is only problem was that they were on a different side of the political spectrum than the people running the Internal Revenue service. They exercise their First Amendment rights of free speech. That was a government problem. You know, this points to a deeper problem. How are they getting away with this . A fact of the matter is, if theyre is a change in the senate and the second Start Holding hearings as well and you have a house and the Senate Making demands that contains the entire scope. I dont think that the attorney general can just ignore the reality of what would be bearing in on his department of justice. Right now he is not acting like an attorney or a general.
