Controversial move encouraging the alleged Russian Hackers of dnc emails to release missing Hillary Clinton emails. Trump running mate mike pence set to hold a town hall meeting in pennsylvania any moment here looking at live pictures from inside the gym in scranton. Our reporters canvassing the city of brotherly love to the protests outside. Plus Vermont Republican jim douglas on who would be hillarys most powerful secret weapon. Her husband or barack obama . On wall street as the fed remains frozen on this hot july day reducing to raise rates, the markets are anything but frozen. Moving up and heating up at the very moment, give it up for apple biography tech while oil dips below 42 per barrel. Were less than an hour to the closing bell. Lets start the countdown. Liz breaking news, the markets are actually climbing and scratching their way Higher Feeling much more comfortable in the summer heat at this hour. Now that the fed announced no change in Interest Rates. Now, in the last hour, its been revealed that only one Voting Member Kansas City Fed president Esther George was in favor of being a socalled hawk and hiking rates. The other nine said forget it, back off for now even though the labor market has strength end, Business Investment is still soft. When you ask might the fed hike future rates a 50 chance the fed will raise rates in december but it doesnt look like it any time before the election. Now, as you can see when the decision came out, the s p was down five points right before that was announced, you can see it has punched up to the upside. Now in the green up just a quarter of a point. But its still a significant move. The dow, which was down four points just as the announcement was made, now up 34 points. And the techheavy nasdaq up 16 at the moment. Now up 32 in the wake of the no move on Interest Rate hikes. Look, i hope you listened to us yesterday on oil because look at this. We warned you the glut is still bloating. Oil dropping below 42 today, settled at 41. 92. Right now its at 42. 11, so just slightly above that after the government reported a surprise build in inventories. Please do not be surprised. We told you that the rigs are grinding back up to work and theres just going to be too much oil inventory. To apple still popping in the afterglow, look at this, up 7. 25 , apple sold more phones than wall street had expected, price targets raised all over and up and down wall street. One analyst steven calling for apple to hit 168 with its at 10 103. 72 now, the microblogger reporting its slowest Revenue Growth since going public, down 14. 66 . Promising video is going to be the best way forward, striking deals with all kinds of sports organizations, the only reason to own twitter is for the potential eventual sell to some other company. Okay. To politics and historic moment last night. Hillary clinton officially clinching the Democratic Party nomination, and they shatter this Glass Ceiling, this animated Glass Ceiling to give the sense she becomes the first woman ever nominated for a major party for president. Husband bill clinton in a 42minute long self written speech sharing a deeply personal account of his wife hillary, calling her quote the best darn change maker ive ever met. But while sharing their love story inside, outside the convention, anything but love, chaos, division, tears, rowdy demonstration, flag burning, Clear Division between the establishment and the sanders insurgents. With no sign of slowing down any time soon. Now, tonight lets see if anything happens here. The convention rolls on, hillarys campaign brings out the big dogs, president barack obama, Vice President joe biden, both making the case why clinton should be the next president. Running mate tim kaine will accept the nomination and Michael Bloomberg, republican Michael Bloomberg coming out of the woodwork to endorse the democrat nominee. And we have peter barns on that unbelievably vibrating floor of the Wells Fargo Arena at the dnc convention. Blake burman, focusing on the controversial comments donald trump just made pretty much making an invitation to Russian Hackers and jeff flock in the thick of angry sanders delegates and supporters. All right. Lets start looking ahead to tonight. Thats lennie kravets adding a little rock n roll flavor to the dnc giving us a preview of his song. He stepped offstage, hug and words with Jessie Jackson will be speaking tonight. But as you can see as he works on that, lets go to fox business senior peter barns who i guess you saw that; right . But theyre on the floor of the Wells Fargo Arena. What other surprises, blow them right here for our viewers tonight. Well, liz, i want to talk about last night, which was about Hillary Clintons biography from her husband bill clinton. But tonight, it will be about her resume, her credentials to be commanderinchief and president. And youve already talked about the speakers president obama, Vice President biden, Michael Bloomberg, and Hillary Clintons running mate virginia senator tim kaine. Tim kaine gave us a little preview of the theme tonight in the remarks in philadelphia. Heres what he said. Shes got the right ideas of how to be strong in the world. Youve got to be strong in the world by being strong, but you have to be strong in the worlda. The most foolish thing you could do in terms of our safety as a community is to shed the alliances we have with nations all over the world, and donald trump is a one man wrecking crew when it comes to the alliances we have with other nations. Now, the delegates are starting to filter in here ahead of the gavel at 4 00, and we have one of them right now, christina black cloud, shes a delegate from iowa. And also is a native american. And christina wanted to ask you what you want to hear from president obama, from Vice President biden, from tim kaine, and others regarding Hillary Clintons credentials to be president. Okay. What i would like to hear is more on her background, her experience that she has worked with International Affairs and Tribal Affairs and any kind of affairs basically out there. And i want them to deliver a speech that makes everyone believe in it. Because i believe in Hillary Clinton. Shes very inclusive not exclusive. She allows people to be at the table and give their information, and she will listen, and shell actually deliver. And i expect it to be very positive. But this could be a tough job because as you know donald trump is actually polling higher with American Voters on the issue of national security. Who would be stronger in fighting isis, for example. So it sounds as though that the speakers tonight, including the president have a big job trying to convince the voters that hillary would be better than donald trump. Okay. Yeah, i understand that. Thats internet too. From my background being around south dakota not everyone has access to internet to do the full survey and all of that kind of stuff. Some may not even have telephones or anything like that. So i believe, you know, if trump is higher in the polls, perhaps he is. But not everyone has access to that technology to be able to vote and to provide a better representation of the actual outcome of the election coming up. Well be watching tonight. Christina, thanks for joining on fox business. Liz, back to you. Liz that is fascinating. I dont know if we have heard that perspective before. Can you ask ms. Blackcloud, theres been so much talk, theres not been any of talk for isis, how to protect the United States against isis, how is that a concern to her. Our anchor liz claman is asking about the issue of isis and republicans have said, well, we havent heard the democrats talking about isis and how to fight isis and terrorism. And on you important of an issue is that to you and are you convinced that Hillary Clinton would be better at fighting isis than, say, donald trump . I believe hillary would be better. Ill go off of that first. Hillary would be better in fighting any kind of threat to the United States. She does listen, make informed decisions when making decisions suchch as that. Thats the whole United States and the people here. So you hope to hear more about isis tonight . Yeah. I mean fight against any terror. Liz thank you so much on the floor of the Democrat National convention while trying to boost the credentials, donald trump is trying to tear them down. The billionaire businessman holding a meeting in pennsylvania in just moments. Trump pushing the idea first floated by Virginia Governor terry that Hillary Clinton was only against the Transpacific Partnership trade deal to win the nomination and that if she does become president , she will sign onto tpp. Clintons Campaign Chair john immediately jumped in as soon as that came out there, pushed back at todays dnc daily briefing. Listen. She is against it before the election and after the election. She has a long economic agenda that includes investing in infrastructure, in enforcing our trade laws, in raising the minimum wage, in fighting for the right to organize, in making sure that college is affordable. And she is not interested in renegotiating the tpp. Liz so how is the Trump Campaign reacting to clintons potential flipflop . Lets get to blake burman in philadelphia. Blake. Hi, there, liz. Tpp, the Transpacific Partnership, this is the 12 nation trade deal in which the Obama Administration has been pushing saying it will create jobs and be good for the environment and the workers. Donald trump has been against this, Bernie Sanders has been against this. Hillary clinton was for it as the secretary of state, as a candidate, she was against this, but now this has been reignited once again with the comments from terry, a close clinton confidante. He was asked whether or not clinton would flip again if she were elected. And heres what he said yesterday. Im quoting here. He says quote, yes, listen, she was in support of it. There were specific things in it she wants fixed. Donald trump immediately jumped on this. He was tweeting this at 5 45 in the morning talking about this issue. He also had a press conference earlier in miami today in which he called on this issue Hillary Clinton a liar. Here was trump from earlier this afternoon. She lied about tpp. They will go for tpp and vote it in very shortly after the election. If she wins, which for the sake of our country, we all hope, and i hope that she doesnt. They will vote it in, just mark my words. Hopefully we dont have to worry about it. But she will vote it. Now, liz, terry has since walked back those comments saying he was talking about what he would like to see happen, not necessarily what he thinks will happen, either way, this is just more ammunition for donald trump on the issue that he has been pounding for more than a year. Trade and specifically tp. Liz and specifically that matters to our business viewers here. Lets bring in two governors from both sides of the aisle whose states conduct a lot of international trade. Former democratic governor of South Carolina jim hodges, he also serves on the dnc rules committee and former republican governor from vermont jim douglass. Great to have you both. What do you make of this . First of all, are you a supporter of tpp . The big problem for those of you who arent familiar with it out there who might be watching is that the concern is once you strike deals with pacific nations that pay their workers less, then products come into the United States that are cheaper and that hurts u. S. Companies and u. S. Workers. Governor hodges. Well, this is an area where i disagree with Hillary Clinton on. I have been in favor of the tpp like president obama. But frankly, shes been consistent on this. Shes made it very clear during the campaign that she would not support the tpp and i accept her at her word. I think she feels that way. Shes opposed to it, and there are a lot of reasons to support Hillary Clinton other than the tp. Liz but you feel the tpp is something that should go forward; correct . Well, i dont have a vote, and she does. I understand her is reasons for that. I think shes concerned about whether or not we can adequately enforce provisions for the tpp. And i prepare repent her positions on that, and i think shes going to make a terrific president. Liz governor douglass, someone who has supported it in the past. He feels hes a more centerrist candidate. Did that make who might be republican centerrist to say i feel more comfortable with this ticket had she pick a very progressive far left Vice President ial running mate . Well, tim kaine is a great friend. We were colleagues together, and i respect him greatly. I think the tp makes sense on ballot. There are concerns about it. This is something where secretary clinton was for it before she was against it, and then it feeds the narrative that is widely held. But she is shall we say flexible on some things. But tim kaine is a great guy, and i think hes a great pick. Liz you know, its interesting there are accusations that have been flipflopped, donald trump was pro abortion before he was prolife. This attends to happen but in terms of pushing Hillary Clinton forward, governor hodges, you have both president clinton and president barack obama who would be out there as candidate and, you know, really supporting the candidates here. Which one is more valuable to Hillary Clinton right now . Now, liz, youre asking me to between choose lebron james and stef curry. Im not sure i can do that. Both of them are fantastic. But president obama, many people think hes developing this country, Hillary Clinton would build on. So i think that president obama is likely to be the more valuable surrogate in this campaign by slight nod. Liz governor douglass, what about you . Thats the way hodges sees it but some people think president obama has not gotten growth back to a trajectory that we feel fast enough. Well, his numbers are a little north of 50 now. So hes at a good point in terms of favorability. But its a long time between now and november, and its very possible that those numbers could slide again. Everybody knows that her husband loves her. And we heard that from his speech. So the fact that a couple of president s are there endorsing him is more than donald trump had, and i think thats positive for her. Liz its great to have both of you. Governor jim douglas of vermont and hodges of South Carolina. Dow jones industrials up 50 points, dont go away. Well be right back. Liz to the dow heat map, we have boeing on top there next to apple and caterpillar but all the way at the bottom you have cocacola. Cocacola shares pretty much as red as their label. The giant fizzling out after reporting lower than expecting numbers in the third quarter. Falling 3 now, the world saying the world isnt drinking as much cocacola, blaming china and latin america because those negative sales overshadowed 2 gain in north america, which is the companys largest market. We have 39 minutes before the closing bell rings and thats when 50 names will report quarterly earnings, among them facebook, calloway golf, cheese cake factory, gopro, groupon, all of them releasing results but is the market more interested in what just happened from the fed . Lets get to the floor show, traders at the new york stock exchange, cme group and the imex suspect. Is it facebook or janet yellen . I think its a little bit of both. I think its a little bit of facebook because you have tech strong, you have apple yesterday, and i think its alltime highs, i think some eyes are there to figure out whether the momentum could continue or not. So put it all together, theres a lot to like bullishwise. Liz allen, you had only one to just stand back for the fed. Right. Liz this was the point that i think really affected the markets positively. While the labor market has strengtheneddened, you have Household Spending is cooling a little bit. But cap x is really still soft near term risks to outlook diminished. It was a complete mixed message, the markets moved higher. Right. I think the markets moved higher because there wasnt an event. It was when expected nothing was going to happen. But they didnt want to stick their necks out just in case. Really were going sideways in the few weeks in the range. We were at alltime high last wednesday, so it has been a full week and the nasdaq closing in on the high as well. What im looking at oil, oil is at the halfway bottom, here at 42 on a weekly basis. If oil stocks confirm, that could be the next catalyst to the upside. Liz okay. I get that and thats what brings in jeffrey. Jeff, i told you theres too much inventory. The glut continues, and what have we . Oil closing today before 42 a barrel. Whats next . 40 or 50 . Liz, you said that when we were trading at 30 also. But the truth is as i said the last time i was here, 44. 5 was a major pivot point and the market did break down. Whats really happening here is the inventory reports that you just got were very, very nonsupportive. The gas season which i expect to hit and show some draw downs has not happened. So thats really weighing. Your previous guest said about that midpoint that i was going to mention that from a technical standpoint, we are right there, and, again, we are really at a point where i think the market should have to say no new reason to go much lower here. So we could with a little help from almost any sector, possibly work our way higher. But, again, im not even going to argue with you, we are washed in oil and certainly under pressure in general. But i am not giving up the shift here as far as the market going down. I would rather buy it here than sell it. Liz ill take the other side, and then you can take that one. Good to see both of you. Keep it right here at the top of the hour as i said facebook is leading the charge for earnings, but a whole bunch of other names among them groupon, and we gave you the list. David and melissa will have these numbers 4 00 p. M. Immediately following countdown. Well see how gopro is doing too. Ill be interested to see if they can turn that one around. Closing bell 36 minutes away. And the dow is up 37 points. Doused. Watch this. Rivera burying the brunt of protesters yesterday. Water dumped on his head as he was out there defending freedom of the press. No e demonstrations. Well show you. Jeff flock, have you been dowsed yet, jeff . Its been an incredible ride here, although last night weve had so many of these people in the Bernie Sanders crowd thanking us for our coverage of their message, which they say is not otherwise getting out. That full story which continues when we come back its the Little Things in life that make me smile. Spending the day with my niece. I dont use super poligrip for hold, because my dentures fit well. Before those little pieces would get in between my dentures and my gum and it was uncomfortable. Even well fitting dentures let in food particles. Just a few dabs of super poligrip free is clinically proven to seal out more food particles so youre more comfortable and confident while you eat. So its not about keeping my dentures in, its about keeping the food particles out. Try super poligrip free. Liz day three, still have protests outside the Democratic National convention. They have been mostly peaceful but ramped up last night. As you can see here, demonstrators skilled fences outside of the dnc. Philadelphia police, see them on the other side, see that cluster . They are waiting below to both help them down and then arrest them. And, later in the night, things got even more heated as some protesters began to burn the American Flag among a pile of papers this. Coming a week after demonstrators burned flags outside of rnc in cleveland. Jeff flock was there on both sides in the midst of those protests last night. Youre back again today. You have a protest starting behind you. What are they planning . Reporter this movement continues, liz. Just because Bernie Sanders is not nominee, does not mean they are giving up. See the protest going on here right now. There is a movement right now, that is being started to exit the Democratic Party. There are people with shirts dem exit on it. What does that mean . Dem exit is evolution of bernie or bust. Weve been telling Democratic Party for months. We have consciously giving them heads up were passionately against hillary. Reporter you are democrat. But you are democrats no more. Im independent. But independent leftleaning liberals and we feel the same. We feel enough of hillary and enough of corruption. Reporter are you worried about donald trump . We heard it, a vote for jill stein, for example, or a vote not for hillary is vote for trump. Were absolutely concerned about a donald trump but we dont want to waste our vote. And we believe, at least my personal belief, that hillary will get elected anyway. I think she has numbers. Were trying to pump life into third party, something Bernie Sanders very much wanted. Reporter jill stein seems to be their standardbearer. She is the heir of, appears of this group. That is the, she is the heir to the Bernie Sanders movement. These people, to a person, say they will not vote for, for Hillary Clinton in the fall. And theyre very loud. Theyre very passionate. And theyre not kidding. Liz theyre not going away. Jeff, thank you very much, jeff flock in philadelphia. With the closing bell 28 minutes away. Dow is Still Holding on to gains 34 points. Bond guru bill gross. What does he make of todays fed statement . His guide to winning Monopoly Game that is the market right now, you need to hear that. Is it wrong to be capitalist . We dont think Hillary Clinton, being a capitalist is a bad thing. She is painted as friend of wall street giving highpriced speeches to some of the worlds biggest banks. Bearing down on high finance, former ubs chairman and ceo robert wolf is banker who knows. He will joins you live from the Convention Center next as delegates find their feet with an hour to go until the gavel. Countdown coming right back. Which have perspective what Vice President joe biden will say in philadelphia. According to Senior Administration official why biden is optimistic about the countrys future. He will argue, this is what were hearing, secretary clinton and senator kaine understands what it means to be middle class and fight to improve lives of people who are the backbone of this country. He will also apparently make the case against donald trump. Here you see him, doing a walkthrough of the stage. So those are apparently at least some. Comments joe biden will make tonight. Turn to robert wolf and former chairman of ceo america. Hillary clinton supporter. I guess you can call yourself a surrogate of a surrogate. Your job is to get fiscal conservatives on hillarys side. How do you do that . I call myself a nonsurrogate, surrogate. Allows me to speak my mind. Im not trying to really move anyone. Im saying fiscal conservatives who are always concerned, about deficit hawks how can you not look at hillarys plan versus trumps plan in a positive light . The center for responsible budget has given trumps plan Something Like 11 trillion in new deficits. Liz for 10 years. Growing over 10 years. Whereas milliarys plan is Something Like 250 billion. And then if you look at real policy, liz, it is not even close. The secretarys policy on clean energy, advanced manufacturing and infrastructure has real death and breadth to it. Liz Michael Bloomberg, who of course, once a republican, now an independent, but like you throwing his support behind Hillary Clinton, he is a huge major businessman. You know how do you speak to those types of people . What does he need to do tonight to get those who are fiscally conservative and socially centrist or liberal on to the Hillary Clintontim kaine train . Listen, entire primary season has been very populist and nationalistic. The question is when you look at swing state, it is also critically important to get center left and center right. That bodes incredibly well for the secretary. Tonight when you hear mayor bloomberg speak. You will hear someone that understands the private sector, understands business and understands the people. He is throwing his full support behind the secretary. Liz, you and i have been talking for many, many years. Liz yes. Each election is the same, it will be about economy and about Foreign Policy and i think tonight between Vice President biden, president obama, mayor bloomberg. It is going to be an incredibly exciting night. I think it will really change the direction of the election once you get into the general campaign season, having all these surrogates behind the secretary. Liz i have to ask you, robert, i dont want to get into this argument with you. No problem. Liz the perception that barack obama is not probusiness. That he has not been supportive of business in a general sense. Is Hillary Clinton probusiness . Well, first of all i would say, i would disagree vehemently on with obama. We wont talk about that because you didnt start the show saying market is alltime high under him. Listen the secretary knows the Business Community. She was a senator of new york. Okay. This is the epicenter of business. And it is not just financial services. It is media, as we all know. It is theater. It is retail. I mean, this is a secretary that understands, okay, that you need a vibrant Business Community to get middle class wages up again. Liz we do. I think she is going to do a great job getting there once she is president. Liz robert wolf, 32 advisors. President and ceo. Be a coanchor. We appreciate you coming on network. I cant wait to get back into new york. It is hot in philly. Liz it is hot here too, thank you, mr. Wolf. Keep it on fox business, all big speeches at dnc convention. Maria gets it started at 6 00 p. M. Eastern, followed by lou dobbs, 7 00, trish and cavuto coast to coast. 9 00 p. M. Eastern. Look at dow jones industrials. Were down 41 points. Still not high of the session. The dow had not been up. Taking to on Hedge Fund Managers in a major way. Staggering number investors rushing toward exits and billionaires taking a hit because of it. Charlie gasparino live from philadelphia. He will talk about that coming up. Follow me lizclaman. Were nearly 47,000 followers. Hoping to hit 50,000 soon. Check out my Facebook Page too. Again, we are winning folks. It took us eight 1 2 years. Were really rolling now. Were so thrilled youve been with us from the start. Those just joining, thanks for being with fox business. Well be right back. V liz take a look. These are live pictures of people searching for their seats on the floor of the Convention Center in philadelphia. You know what . Were hearing that as it begins, it will gavel in the next hour. So, the electricity is ramping up here on the floor with major names expected to speak. We have already told you about joe biden and of course president barack obama. Michael bloomberg, big game up ahead and tim kaine as well. Interesting as markets hover near alltime highs. The dow lost gains it made in the wake of 2 00 p. M. Announcement that the fed would remand pat and not move on Interest Rates, now up seven, funny, twice getting paid to handle money have investors running away from them. Investors pulled 20 billion out of hedge funds during the month of june according to a Research Investment letter. Why are we seeing such large outflows and which hedge fund bigwigs got slammed hardest . Charlie gasparino working story from the fox headquarters in dnc in philadelphia. Charlie a big story. Charlie, a lot of Hedge Fund Guys are here, so a pretty food place to be reporting that out. Put this in little context. They lost 20. 7 billion for the month of june. About 9 1 2 billion of that was from equity funds, stocks funds, a big chunk of it. 3 trillion in the entire hedge fund universe. Do the math and check my math. I was not a math major that comes out to 7 of all hedge fund assets. So it is not exactly armageddon here. Here is the thing, liz, tell you, gets back to our friend joe fami, market analyst we have on once in a while, what he says about markets. The fed is standing pat. It will not raise rates. He said that for a while. If that is the way the fed will approach this election and were going to see modest to slow economic growth, no recession, you can easily get at dow 20,000. If you get a dow 20,000, liz, why do you have to put your money in a hedge fund to pay those fees . Literally go to vanguard for no fee and buy s p 500 fund, which essentially monitors, matches market. The dow is a different index. Liz who got hit the hardest of these big guys, charlie . Hundreds of people. Liz right. Listen, you can go up and down the line. Bill ackman for a lot of reasons has been hit the hardest. Not necessarily market related. That is just bad bets. Long on Valeant Pharmaceutical Company which has gotten slammed recently. He was short on herbalife to the out of ftc probe. The stock is it approaching 70. Lie on cooperman, a great guy. Hasnt had a great year. David einhorn predicted the mortgage crisis and financial crisis in 2008, not doing very good. Ray dalio, in the papers for a lot of reasons, including a lot of commentary on hyper secretive nature of Bridgewater Associates he runs, massive hedge fund, biggest, over 150 billion, he also has not done very well. You know who has done pretty well recently because he is not running outside money, steve cohen of formerly of sac capital, with point 72. May be match aring beating it. We have to check numbers members. If you want to invest with steve cohen he you can not he is under deal with the government on alleged Insider Trading with his firm. Not him in particular. He cant raise outside money. That is essentially where we are right now. Why pay the fee when you can do it for tree . Liz exactly. Matching the market and that is considered good . Buy the s p. And pay nothing. Liz exactly. Basic fees. Eat to see you, charlie gasparino, from philadelphia. Closing bell, were ten minutes away. The dow turned negative while charlie was talking. Were punching back up by just five points. Facebook, hitting new alltime high. As the street awaits facebooks latest quarterly report, well bring you earnings action after the bell. Trying to take a trip down boardwalk, marvin gardens. We play monopoly with the bond king. Bill gross says it is time for the fed stop handing out 200 bucks every time you pass go. Well get his reaction to todays rate nondecision coming up. Hi, bill. See you in a second. With this level of intelligence. Its a supercomputer. With this grade of protection. Its a fortress. And with this standard of luxury. Its an oasis. Introducing the completely redesigned eclass. Its everything you need it to be. And more. See your authorized dealer for exceptional offers through mercedesbenz financial services. Mercedesbenz. The best or nothing. Facebook betting getting a lf likes on wall street. Facing lifetime high. Lori, what are you looking at facebook. Reporter well find out whats up with whatsapp. People want to hear about the growth. Wall street expecting big things from facebook. Shares as you mentioned lifetime high. Eps expectations gain of 53 cents, with revenue expectation gain of 49 cents per share. Im sorry, 49 to 6 billion in revenue. So, facebook will be our headline here after the bell. Well also hear from go proand whole foods. Back over to you. Melissa lori, thank you very much. Bond liz bond kings message to the federal reserve, stop paying monopoly. Quit paying 200 bucks every time you pass go, putting money all over the place is not the solution. Bill gross has 9 billion under management. Bill, let me ask you this right off the bat. The fed did not raise today. There is september meeting, october meeting and december meeting. Will the fed stop raising rates because its a political hot potato. I dont think so, liz. Congratulations on 50,000 followers on twitter. If i knew how to tweet i would follow you. Liz thank you. I think we hear more in august. They go out to jackson hole, wyoming, with a little meeting. I think at that point we her from janet yellen what she plans to do. That is month away. We have one hike in the next six months or so pretty much what the market is looking but not more a than that. Liz are we through the brexit storm . Are we looking in the rear view mirror . Is that possible . We talked a month ago about the importance of globalization and deglobalization. I think while that is sort of been postponed, that and the election here in the United States and elsewhere, middle class are hesitant going forward, if that is mild way to phrase it. No, i think brexit is a good indication of problems ahead. Were not seeing them in julyaugust. Liz maybe well have a little hailstorm or two beyond what we already saw with very dark clouds back a month ago. To the monopoly concept, those of us who played it, youre given a bunch of cash from the bank at beginning, proceed to buy real estate and solid assets but at decent prices but every time you pass go you get 200. In a way youre making analogy that the fed is throwing out lots of 200 tranches to people over and over again . Yeah. The fed and boj and bcc. Boj, bank of japan and ecb, are the biggest players now, they are purchasing, this is hard to believe but it is true, they are purchasing 180 billion worth of bonds per month, three times the net issuance of u. S. Treasurys. It is no wonder that Interest Rates are negative there. No wonder that in the liz it is not working. It is not working unless im turning the world upside down and i dont see the right side of this . Were still at very weak growth. Atlanta fed says, wait a minute, we see 2. 3 growth in the quarter, not 2. 4 because of brexit and couple other things.
