So leaving that aside it with a latino population, what is he measuring. The fact is that all these Tech Companies have anywhere between a third to as high as 60 of the workforce the minorities. And it is because asians are performing very much the same line that works in the nba. And they need to get a steel spine, grow up, how can i say this on cable, grow a pair in stand up to the likes of Jesse Jackson, and say that no, just say no. What i would suggest that they do, if they really want to promote diversity and they want to bring more blacks onto the work force, go to the historically black colleges, counsel the students that if you want a job with google, twitter, if you want a job, these are the types of courses that you are going to have to take.
