Pressing for their constituents from job creation and the impact of in the drug epidemic. So today, were asking our viewers what is the most important issue in your state . We have regional lines today both in the eastern and central time zones can call 2027488000 those in the mountain and pacific time zones can call 2027488001. You can also reach us on social media, on twitter, twitter. Com cspanwj and also on facebook. And good morning. One of the governors giving their state of the state address this week is governor jerry brown of california. Lets take a look about what he said about protecting undocumented immigrants and the impact they have on the state. So as we reflect on the state of our state, we should do so in the much broader context of our ountry and the challenges it faces. We must reaffirm the basic principles sat there made california the great exception that it is. First, in california, immigrants are an integral part of who we are and what weve become. [applause] they help create the wealth and the of this building. I recognize under the constitution, federal law is supreme and that washington determineS Immigration policy but as a state, we can and weve had and we have played an important role. Californias enacted several protected measures from the undocumented, the trust act, the drivers licenses, basic Employment Rights and nondiscriminatory access to higher education. This is what made the dreamers and you made it happen. [applause] we may be called to defend those laws and defend them we will. And let me be clear. We will defend everybody, every man, woman, and child whos come here for a better life has contributed to the wellbeing of our state. [applause] host and were asking our viewers what matter most to them in their state. Doug is calling in from oklahoma. Good morning, doug. Caller yes, good morning. I would say very clear what i think it is, is the earthquakes were having in oklahoma and in my opinion, its due from the the oil companies. Whatever method they call it, it is fracking. They put the dirty water, dirty water in the ground too and i believe thats the most important thing in oklahoma. Host and what would you like to see state officials do about that, doug . Doug, are you there . All right. Were going to sheradon calling in from columbus, ohio. What do you think is the Biggest Issue there in ohio . Caller thank you for cspan. Thanks, brian. Ill tell you what, i worked for 43 years for a company. Im 87 and ive been retired over 25. We had Profit Sharing. It was started over a hundred years ago. But these after 2008 debacle which somebody from the banks should have gone to the crowbar in my opinion, stop jonathan ponds was a certified financial consultant. I talked to him on the phone. He said Company Pensions were just appearing at the rate of 10,000 a month. I wish brian lamb would cover pensions and Profit Sharing on some program. Thats what i think should happen and to people the young people dont know what theyre getting taken out of their lives because they dont these companies dont have pensions except for the officers, of course. They always get taken care of. And when was the last year the minimum wage of 7. 25 an hour was raised . Dear . U tell me that, my host lets take a look at some other governors are saying. Scott walker in wisconsin talks about college affordability. Lets take a look. Ok. We will come back to that a little later on. Davids calling from washington, d. C. Good morning, david. Caller good morning. Host and what do you think is the most important issue there in the district . Caller i do think the most important issue facing washington, d. C. Us the most important issue facing the nation. And i do think it is who is coordinating global terrorism. I think we have a fundamental disconnect between our military apparatus and understanding the complexity of this war. I think enough evidence has come down the pipeline to exclusively prove that the royal families in saudi arabia, the house of saud was responsible for coordinating 9 11 and that for them, this was an all hands on deck military maneuver against the United States. And that theyre coordinating a very longterm military maneuver, meaning theyve been planning it for decades. Theyre coordinating with their closest friends, to bin laden, they chose a path to take the blame, osama bin laden, but for the royal family, this is all hands on deck. We just had a phone call between donald trump and the king and theres nobody in our military apparatus that seems willing to admit that the house of saud was coordinating with bin laden against the United States. Host ok. Some of other headline, a judge issuing an interim halt of the president S Immigration ban. The New York Times report said a federal judge in seattle said on friday temporarily blocked President Trumps weekold immigration order from being enforced nationwide. Reopening americas doors to visa holders from seven predominantly muslim countries in dealing with the administrations humbling defeat. Host up next, we have sylvia coming in from North Carolina. Sylvia, what do you think is the most important issue facing your state . Caller hi, good morning. The most important issue facing North Carolina is medicate expansion. We had met the threshold of having a surplus per governor macquaries you know, thats the thing that he asked to happen in order to consider Medicaid Expansion and that happened before he left office. Now the Republican Legislature needs to follow through and support governor macquarie and expand medicaid like they were going to do. Host ok. Lets take a look at one more state of the state address. This one from idaho. Governor butch otter talking about the Affordable Care act and what he hopes the administration will do to improve it. We stride for personal really license as well as in our state government. Two federal edicts this year has been more damaging and more damaging to our selfdetermination than the Affordable Care act. There is broad agreement in this body on the need to help tens of thousands of idaho with incomes too high to qualify for obama care subsidy but too low to afford the Health Care Coverage on their own. There is very little support for expanding medicaid. I understand that. It would mean subordinating our to the soaring song of federal dollars and neither the Nation National government nor taxpayers can afford either. Beyond continuing to seek the lucid answers to the policy questions weve been answering for years, we have the option of waiting to see what the Trump Administration and congress will do with obamacare. But waiting by itself is seldom a solution. Instead while we wait, i would encourage you to seek ways to make idaho less dependent on the feds. That includes continuing to build a local partnership and encourage marketplace innovation that address our idaho goals of improving health care, accessibility and affordability. However, i believe that waiting in this case is not entirely an exercise in ticking and oversized down the road. I mentioned our immediate future is marked by hope and uncertainty. Nowhere is that dichotomy more striking than in the upcoming change of leadership in washington, d. C. While few people know just with a to expect from president elect or his cabinet, im far more hopeful than anxious about the promise of a new and a better day in the relationships between the federal government and the state. And we have another North Carolina can on the line. What do you think this most important issue there . Caller were doing our taxes and how were neigh globalization and tourism and immigration. Were using the land owners assets to fund all the utilities but the tourists and the commercial interests come in and use up the utilities and dont contribute. And we need a sales tax system versus administrators voting access to our personal possessions and we need a agency tion enforcement that is automatic without the individual citizen having to pander to a third party. Like an attorney or an Insurance Company to securities. Host ok. All right. A little more on the judges ruling last night on the president immigration order from the Washington Post. Says the ruling from the u. S. District judge was broader than similar ones before it and it prompted officials to immediately communicate with airlines. At the same time though, the white house said in a statement that the Justice Department would at the earliest possible time file for an emergency stay of the outrageous ruling from the judge. Host davids calling in from franklinson, louisiana. Hi, david. Caller i think without good paying jobs and without good government, we dont have a good society. Im from louisiana but im indian, french, yugoslavian and i work in all field. Im exmilitary. I fought in vietnam. I work at juvenile detention centers. And at adult facilities. It creates so many problems ben you dont have a good economy when you strike zone a good economy. Drug abuse, thats a big problem in america. That can be easily involved, to better education with jobs, good communication. Racism is a problem all over america. Not only with the blacks. Its lack of education. Host well david, do you think thats more the responsibility of governors or is that caller it is the responsibilities of governors all the way up to the chief. Im glad they named the kansas city chiefs. Chief chief. Ecause the country was stolen. From good people who are suffer right now. We have to donate, to feed them, clothe them. Some still on reservations. Thats sad in this country. That is the worst racism that a person can think of when you think a someones country away from them. Host ok. Susan is calling in from tacoma, washington. Hi, susan. Caller hello. Host and what do you think us the most important issue there in washington . Caller i cant presume and state for everybody but to me, what ive been hearing on cspan about the nomination of devos and the things that she proposes or doesnt speak up about really frightens me. For instance, she thinks that from what i heard, she thinks that its ok and preferable for children to carry guns in school. And im thinking what planet do you live on, honey . Hat ive been hearing on cspan about the middle e meaner eastern countries. Never before realized that they believe that somebody who believes that god had a son and sent him here, in other words, jesus, is worthy of death, that that is the bottom line and you could probably meet somebody as kind and wonderful as anyone else. But when the call comes from their religion to murder christians, i dont know what where all we stand but i hope ill be safe and i dont know how much of what i heard is absolutely true. I wish that there was some Program Available to help everybody in the general public understand the religion and faith of these people because they do contribute when they come here. And if theyre not a threat, they should be allowed to come in. And if they are, more power to giving them out. Host ok. This is a programming note later on our show. We will talk more about bette devos and her nomination. Arnolds calling in from tennessee. Arnold, what is the biggest state . Here in your caller well we have many as many state does. When i called in, the young lady asked me what the issue was i was going to mention and i said global warming. And, you know, every states connected to every other state. And the United States is connected to the world. And about two years ago on cspan, you had the head of greenpeace on your show and he said that that if thers temperature rises another three and a half degrees t basically over, you know, for everyone. I heard 99 of all surface dwelling experience expertise expertise are species are going to rise but he says there is still time to stop it but he said the only way to stop it is that we have to reduce our oil use. By two thirds. We have to leave two thirds of the oil that is still in the ground. We cant bring it up and we cant burn it. We do, were dead. And so that right there by itself is the most important issue. If we dont solve that, all these other problems are really not going to matter. But if you allow me to end my phone call. If we dont, you know, the woman before me spoke about jesus. This nation has to return to god. And also the whole world. But im not talking about religion. Im talking about the fact that god is love. We have to return to love. You know, back in the 1960s, they had that song, what the world needs now is love sweet love. Thats the only thing that theres too little of. Thats the only thing thats going to save us if we can start loving one another and if you allow me to end this phone call with a short sentence, ive written a book. I put the book online. Its at godislove. Org. And host ok. Guest excuse me, i stutter slightly. My sentence goes like this. Hat would could it do to everyones attitude about everything to see evidence of proof of love . God is love. To see evidence of proof of god within the structure of the text of my book. Host ok. We have a lot of calls to get through and we also are looking at what governors across the country are saying. In new york, andrew coma talked about how he would bring jobs back to the state. We have an exciting opportunity to attract jobs because the Economic Cycle has turned. Many cooperations that corporations that went overseas for cheap labor have learned a very important lesson. They learned that sometimes you get what you paid for. They are going back to new york the dees the job of tomorrow is having an education. Advance manufacturing advanced manufacturing requires skills and an education. The truth is that automation has taken american jobs far more than any immigrant has taken american jobs. [applause] host dan is calling from pennsylvania. Janet, what is the Biggest Issue there . Ller for me, its take care of the clean water act. Excuse me. All my life, ive depended on the strong e. P. A. To uphold the clean water act because none of those industry cause, you know, nastiness and the things that they do to provide jobs. None of the safeguards are given. They have to be enforced. They have to be forced to conduct their business in a clean manner. Without the clean water, were all in trouble. So in a nutshell, i am for a strong e. P. A. I am for up holding the clean water act. Water is essential to all life. Water is life. And id like to see a stop of fracking to pennsylvania. Host we have another report from the Washington Post about signup for the Affordable Care act. Says the number of americans igning up for coverage through health care. Gov dropped about a half million by 2017 as efforts by President Trump to demolish he Affordable Care act host we have colvin calling in from midland, texas. Colvin, whats the most important issue for you there . Caller the thing in my in the state of texas which has importance to the nation is government my invention. President , this bush, president obama, and now President Trump and the future residents had been firing my inventions, collecting i only ollect 2. 3 billion a year but president obama collected more than the on top of the i. R. S. Making it already 3. 5 trillion in taxes. President bush, half of the now, this President Trump who is a billionaire is trying to collect more. Ou know this is part of my invention is founding all this corruption the government has saudioing, you know, like abia you know, all this tons of dollars that they put in their planes and then they send to it this country, you know. This comes from my money, my invention, you know. You respect the fifth amendment which says government must they host ok. Ok. Samuel is calling in from washington, d. C. Samuel, what is the most important issue you see facing the district . Caller ok. Of course job and then also like americans basically everyone in this country but at i want meme to understand people to understand what donald trump is doing is a real thing. Just imagine, friends, everyone s listening. If you want everybody to get out is close all american embassy, take all your soldiers from middle east and africa. I want you to ask yourself. What would you be eating . We come to this down look for opportunity, for jobs. Not to terrorize anybody. We love this country. We will die for this country with no problem. But its a privilege sometimes. Every four years, you know our feeling by simply talking about us like we objects, like we dont contribute. Go home, go home. How about you go home from all the other place . Have you ever thought about that . Please. Host ok in indiana, Governor Eric Holcomb talks about one of the Top Priorities in his state which is fighting the drug epidemic. Lets take a look. A fourth pillar is to attack the drug epidemic. This is a problem thats taken an enormous toll across the country and indiana has not escaped the pain. Since the year 2000, death from drug overdoses have increased 500 . And we are 15th in the country in overdose fatalities. This epidemic causes ripple effects with devastating impacts on our children and families, our cities and towns, our schools and government agencies, our Health Care System and our Health Care Cost for each of us and our economy. And typical in typical hoosier fashion, we have heroes on the front lines saving lives every day. They include the Public Health nurses who run Syringe Exchange programs in nine indiana counties. Paula from Fayette County is here with us tonight. Thank you for your unwavering service to those who are battling addiction. [applause] and thats why we will give county Officials Authority to establish Syringe Exchange program to ensure that the people making decisions are those closest to the problem. But we need to do more. Much more. So were going to attack this problem on all fronts, prevention, treatment and enforcement. Host david is calling from jonesboro, arkansas. What is the Biggest Issue in your state, david . Caller well, the drug epidemic is really catastrophic. I agree with was that the indiana governor . Host yes. Caller yeah. I agree on most parts with what he said but there are other elements. Im an attorney and ive represented hundreds and hundreds of people that are seriously injured and in such a oxy hat they try how to codone and sometimes they end up with im talking bones broken all over. Theyre wheelchair bound. And they cant work. And all they do is sit around. And the medicines they get now, which is the medicines have been reclassified and cut back to where you cant get hydracodone which us the most effective Pain Medicine there is, probably. Oxy codone is effective also, but theyve cut it back to such a degree that they are going to not theyre not going to horne heroin, but theyre going to morphine and theres all kinds of ways to get it. Everywhere i hear, these people are just doing it because it stops the pain. Its a temporary thing but when you e in pain 24 7, 365, cant work and youre sitting at home and youre hurting, people will do anything. They will steal. They have to have something to stop the pain. And they should never have changed the law or the regulations about this because it has made people go out on the streets. There are hundreds of people that are now getting drugs on the streets. They normally would get them from the doctor but the doctor has been regulated to such a degree that they cant give those out anymore. Not the way they do. And so weve got hundreds and hundreds and millions of people that are older and sometimes younger involved in terrible accidents or just health problem. My son has gotting wes for the and he cant get the kind of medicine to help him because of all the cutbacks and the people watching the degree and the number of medications that you take. And hes in pain 24 7. Host brent what, did you think about what governor holcomb said . Caller well, he made perfect sense but i want to say real quick, this jerry brown and cuomo in new york, they need to be put out to pasture. Those people are clueless. Indianapolis governor, hes making perfect sense. You know, the two ways to stop and then rebuild this country is build that wall, stop all this heroin, all this mess from japan, all this heroin from the middle east, all this cocaine from colombia. Stop them all from coming this country. Please put a lid on it for hemps sakes. This obama has saturate this country with every kind of drug you can think of. Fact. Host ok. And some of the other headlines from todays wall street journal. Donald trump is signaling a new era for bank. He says President Trump ushered in a friendlier era for wall streets relationship with washington calling for an end to eight years of rising regulations and publicly embracing some of the industrys top leaders. At a white house meeting, mr. Trump promised to undue a bevy of restrictions on Financial Firms put in place after the 2008 financial crisis while praising the crows c. E. O. s of black rock ink and jpmorgan and chase. Bill is calling from broughto, california. Bill what, did you think about what Governor Brown said . Do you agree what the top riorities are there . Caller the thing that say see that is a major problem is that we seem to as a country have lost our mind. 2008 through 2016, we were playing politics as usual. And the russians were watching what we were doing and they were looking at us through different colored glasses. They saw a country divided. And they took advantage of it. And were still playing politics without thinking of what is taking place today. In a hightech world, this is not muscles were dealing with today as we were in 1900. Were dealing with brainpower. Instead of women not being as important as except for world war ii when all the guys were off fighting and so on, what were doing our brain has regained power by having 50 more brains to apply and help us in a hightech age. And were playing politics as if we were in the 1950s. I just think its absolutely stupid that we dont think beyond the shores and in todays world, obviously, things happen in an instant and communications as such that before the words are out of your mouth, somebodys already complaining about it. Host ok. Up next, we have lawrence who is calling in from clem on, new jersey. What is the most important issue there in your state . Caller high taxes. We dont use the money that ande supposed to getting i would like to make a statement will be a years nation the closest to germany, the nazis than weve ever had before. Host ok. And there in new jersey, governor Chris Christie gave his state of the state addressings also talking about the issue of drug addiction in that state. Lets take a look. Children coming to school high oratorture bade drug culture at home cannot learn. You came of this chamber because you cared about improving the Health Care System. Great. Its affecting the medical community. The cost of this epidemic is putting a burden on our system which we will not be able to bear in the years to come. So you came here because youre concerned about law and order and safety in the streets. Thats great. But this is affecting how we fight crime. Police are in danger every day. Citizens are at risk on the streets and on the roads as drug addiction causes behavior that law enforcements simply cannot handle. You care about economy in the jobs . And thats what brought you here . Well believe me t affect the Financial Security of every person it touches. Jobs lost. Savings wasted. Potential ruins. All by a culture of addiction. None of that adds to our economy. Just stalls it. Lets say you came here today because you care most about your own family. Well let me tell you this. Only through the grace of god has it not touched your family already. You are among the lucky ones. And your luck could run out at any moment. This administration has done more than any new jersey history on the issue of addiction and were proud of it. Were proud of what weve done. But its not been enough. We have to do more. Host were talking to our viewers asking yous what the most important issue facing you in your state. Those in the eastern and central time zones can call 2027488000. And those in the mountain and pacific regions can call 2027488001. Sandras calling in from massachusetts. Sandra, what would you like Governor Charlie Baker to focus on there . Caller my grandchildren died this year, both of them. One was alcohol probably because he died in his own vomit. And the other one died from opioids and they both were halfbrothers. My daughter is dealing with that and her husband dying from disease of the lungs. I may lose my daughter because of her strength and because of all this. On top of that, i have a brother that needs to be wheeled from the van to the Wheelchair Place to get access to go to the v. A. So he can get his c. O. P. And his cancer of his lungs taken care of. And thats all. I dont know what to tell anybody. One was 39 one was 31 that died and the other one was 29. Host sandra, were they able to get help or was that one of the problems is not a lack of services to help . Caller no, what happened was one came right out of the place that he got help. And they gave him a dose of something and then he went flying to get something on the streets because it was like shaky. They should have never released him that soon as they did. And the other one was we dont know. I mean, he kept telling me it was he was an alcoholic and not a drug addict. I kept we kept taking him to the methadone clinician and everything else. But he told me after he come out this last time that he felt safer in prison. Because he was flying off the handle when he came home. With people, he needed help. And it wasnt proper. Host howard is calling in from lebanon, missouri. Good morning, howard. Caller good morning. Thank you for taking my call. My whole thing, i believe that needs to be taken care of, yeah, they said theyre taking care of the opioid opiate addiction problems, but, you know when you go apply for a job and youre im disabled but i have friends that are hurt and they have to take them, you know, an opiate to kill the pain, i have to take it. But im in a wheelchair. So, you know, the outside occurrences, you know, hes definitely in a wheelchair. He is also taking hes ok, you know and he can take it and stuff. But other people, you know, take it and they may not have the outside appearance. I think they judge, you know, with their eyes instead of with facts. And then, you know, our social security, you know, theyre taking it away from us and then they give us a raise, you know, like 2 or 3 and then immediately it went for the insurance to the that i pay for, you know. I dont want to be a burden to be on welfare. So theyre not giving us enough choices, you know. And these guys are saying, you know, if they wore in our communities walked around in our shoes about how much pain were really in, what would they do . How would they deal with being addicted to the drugs thats given to you legally by the doctor . Host ok. In other headlines from wall street journal today. Congress has moved to repeal some energy rules. Legislation to eliminate two energyrelated regulations is heading to President Trumps desk paving the way for the First Successful use since 2001 of a rarely employed law that allows congress to kill agency regulations. Host derrick calling from atlanta. What do you think is the most important issue there from georgia . Caller hey, thank you for giving me the opportunity. I want to say one thing. Thats my email. I think the Biggest Issue in atlanta right now is that we feel that we may need a new president. We are very in atlanta, we are very indecisive and were very in particular about the decisions that President Trump is making. Now obama was here and nobody had said anything about the eight years that hes been here. Hes done a really, really good job. And the only way that you know that a president has done a really, really good job is what hits home, what hits your finances, what hits your bills what, jobs you get. Do you get promoted . Those are the things in america that we need to be focused on. So i think that, i mean, we need to look into the decisions that our new president is making and obviously, do we need a new president . I mean, were building a wall . You know, to keep immigrants out . There are murderers and all that stuff here. So the focus from atlanta is were very nervous in dealing with other countries and decisions down the line and all these things that are being that donald trump is doing and he hadnt been in office, you know, inaugurationed maybe over a month now inaugurated maybe over a month now and theres so many things that hes doing that may not sit well with other countries. But so as americans, were going to be smart about it. Lets think about what hits home. Host ok. Another state of the state address this week was from Connecticut Governor Daniel Malloy where he talked about encouraging job growth by creating stability within the state. Lets take a look. A decade ago, if any of us told our constituents that in 2017, not only would electric boat be aing up their production than well, theydown wouldnt have believed us. They would have told us that we were overly optimistic at best and naive at worst. And yet here we are today. Working together. We have turned what many once considered an impossibility into a reality. Weve given these employers and the tens of thousands of employees who work for them something that is vital in todays world. We have given them predictability. We know that predictability creates confidence. And we know that confidence creates growth. When we give people reasons to believe that their job is here to stay, were giving them the confidence to purchase a home or buy a new family car or to start a college fund. In other words, were giving them confidence to take part in our states economy. And its equally true for their employers. Predictability allows businesses to expand, to make new hires, to put down new roots right here in connecticut. That is what companies and their workers are looking for. They deserve it. And it is on us to provide it. Host mark is calling from peoria, illinois. What do you think that the governor should be focusing on there . Caller good morning. Yes. First, i would like to give condolences to the seal that lost his life this week. Hes from peoria. And i have seen his family. Ive met them, but my condolences to them. First of all, i want to be very blunt and very quick. Congress needs to work more than three and a half days a week. Someone needs to stand up. Member, ssman, a cabinet a senator, someone needs to change that rule or that fashion that they only work three and a half days a week, 155 days a year. They get paid very well. They could do much more work if they will just simply doing their job. Second of all, President Trump, hes our president. Im a democrat. Hes our president. So you have to hope the best for him. But he needs to maybe step back a little and get off twitter. Become one of the people, you know. Hes not one of the people. And he needs to do that. Third of all, illinois has a problem with our governor whos republican and he wants to cut a lot of taxes and cut a lot of services. And you cant do both. You have to have something to do to make the roads with, to make the schools with. The education secretary that they just nominated, very bad. And shes never been in public school. Her kids have never been in public tools and shes a billionaire. Shes never even been a principal. Very bad. Host ok. Allisons calling in from conway, arkansas. Allison, whats the Biggest Issue for you there . Caller i would say womens rights, Prison Reform and racial issues. Im from the other guy is from jonesboro, im like two hours from him. But here we have the republican who are happy that trump is president and theyre making money. And then you have the other part of arkansas which is just poor, low income. And poor low income causes men to be felons. Men cant work because they done higher hire felons here and that leads to drug abuse and for the women as well just because theyre not that educated. Also racial tension is terrible. Like we really have to fix. The way people think around here. I have one white son and one black son. And when they walk out the door, its two totally different worlds for them. And i just like arkansas really needs to understand that black lives do matter and i get emotional when i talk about it because its just so hard here. So i just think they need to work on racial issue. The poor people are so beat down that they dont even care that trump is president. Were still going to work. Were still going to take care of our family. Thats really all that matters. Host ok. Aurora is calling in from thorn dale, pennsylvania. Aurora, whats your top issue there in the state . Caller i believe its the cost of education, which is ridiculously high. I dont understand how congress can expect for us to get these jobs that require us to go to college but yet we cant afford to go to college. Because its too expensive. And then the executive order that trump signed for the f. H. A. , that affects me personally because im trying to back homeowner but yet i am a College Graduate but i cant afford these 30year fixed mortgage rates. I need that f. H. A. Loan in order to purchase a new home for the first time. So thats just my gist of it. Host ok. Gary is calling in from kentucky im sorry, from glovesville, new york. Gary, what is the top priority there and what did you think about what Governor Cuomo said . Caller i heard Governor Cuomo speaking. Governor cuomo, of course, hes a democrat. And new york state has been the new york state legislation has been ruled by democrats for probably the past 30 years. And when he talks about bringing jobs back to new york state, i dont believe thats ever going to happen because our state is one of the is either the highest or the second highest in taxes. Ted states when it my main concern, i think donald trump is going to do a terrific job. Our state, when he talks about new york and upstate new york where the jobs how theyve been decimated, hes correct. I moved from the lower Hudson Valley in 1988, move up to where i am now in upstate new york. And in 1 j
