work. we've done our part. we brought it up to everybody's national attention. now i'm asking baltimore and all the other states that are supporting this cause to let the people work. let the state's attorney do her job and let's see what the outcome is going to be. we've already started. we immediately started to clean up because no one wanted the riots and everything. so we want to focus on putting our city back to normal and getting things back to normal. this is going to take time. it's not going to happen overnight. the people have heard our cry. let them work. let the legal system do what it needs to do to make this right. >> reporter: lisa, thank you so much for speaking to us. >> you're welcome. >> reporter: you're hearing someone who's lived here how long have you lived here? >> i've lived in maryland for over 30 years. i'm a real b-morian. >> reporter: i know they say balmore in this neighborhood. 30 years here. she knows the city well.
