what they are calling a safe zone. that would require a no-fly zone inside of syria. they have been asking for that for several years now. hoping the united states and coalition decides to go through with that, which would leave a large space between syria and turkey as a safe zone for the refugees, but keep the jihadists out of turkey. when it comes to iraq, it is a different scenario. they are saying we are okay with having the united states send in exploratory special forces. we are okay with training. we are okay with getting equipment and money, but we do not want to see boots on the ground. we do not want to see combat boots on the ground from the coalition. question deal with our own security. different countries have different ways in which they want help from the united states. they certainly want help. one thing turkey has said is
