interference when another constitutional law is being intruded upon. and i think that jeffrey's right. this is all about just drawing out this procedural playing field in order to litigate this fully here in the state of texas, we're probably going to be right up against june when the decision in the mississippi case is going to come out. we already know what it looks like to basically gut roe in texas. and i'm afraid that other states across the country are about to see it, as well. and i hope that america will wake up to the reality that roe is going away. women's liberty is going away. and this is going to have a huge impact on women's ability to participate fully in society and in the economy in this country if we don't do something about it in the political spectrum. >> wendy davis, jeff toobin, appreciate it. thank you. there is new information tonight on the omicron variant from one of the first studies done in the united states.
