just has always felt to me like something really different than a sport. fellow american caroline marx burst onto the world surf league winning rookie of the year in 2018. a year later, she was the overall runner up and she's stilljust 19. ijust love surfing so much. like ijust, i like to go to bed thinking about surfing, wake up thinking about surfing, you know, even the days we don't have to surf or don't have to practise. like, i just want to go in the ocean, the ocean. so therapeutic to me. emma wilson is following her mother penny's footsteps. wind surfing for great britain at the olympic games. can the former world junior champion now bring home a gold medal? you feel like you're flying on the water, but you're not. and the board is like lit up. and, yeah, just you're on the edge, but you're in control. and that's the best feeling, i think, in windsurfing.
