off the shower activity completely, i suspect. there will still be some, but not too many. there should be a decent amount of dry weather and some spells of sunshine. temperatures between 4—10 degrees, and then behind me here comes our next weather system, bringing cloud and rain from the west. but the story really for next week is for things to settle down. high pressure building its way up from the south, establishing itself quite strongly across the southern half of the uk particularly. so, we will see a lot of dry weather, some spells of sunshine. chance for some rain at times in the north where it will be windy, but it's going to feel milder for all of us.
