The overwhelming majority were africanamericans. And that means in our schools we have more seats than we have kids to fill them. So we close the schools because we didnt need the seats. We thought we could give the kids a better chance at a better resource school. Its not i think people are impatient and they have every right to be. I think people dont trust the board of education, because we have not always acted in a way that is consistent. I get that.
