Tomato growers from Telangana are becoming crorepati farmers due to the recent high prices. Mahipal Reddy, from Medak, made an impressive Rs 1.8 crore from his tomato sales while farmer Y Narasimha Reddy earned a whopping Rs 30 lakh from his tomato crop. Farmer P Raghunandan also sold tomatoes worth Rs 80 lakh from his three-acre land.
