At least the daffodils, tulips and cherry trees are blossoming in B.C.
But their spring glory is not enough to counter growing irritation and fatigue among residents of the province in regard to the handling of the pandemic by politicians, particularly in Ottawa.

And, despite the usefulness of masks and some other restrictions, they could well contribute to the expanding wariness, pessimism and mental-health problems coming out of COVID-19 lockdown, especially among young adults.
